My kids loved the indoor pool. Everyone was nice and friendly and made my family field welcome.

Great staff and great accommodations. The breakfast area is large and we were allowed to use it for our family reunion of about 60 people.

Clean, elegant decor and friendly staff. Pool nice and a good temperature. Hot breakfast with waffles was wonderful. Would stay again.

Everything was perfect except the bed. (But I just prefer softer like my bed at home). Superb service from check in to check out! I believe the gentlemans name was Brad. Sharp dressed and very friendly and accommodated us since we arrived a few minutes early. We were in town for a cardinals ballgame, and we will definitely stay here again. Nice breakfast area and many options.

Parking for handicap or anyone was awful.

The front desk attendant Arianna was very welcoming and made sure I got a top floor room and was very helpful and friendly. The room was super clean and smelled like a brand new house. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was probably the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. Breakfast was really good and coffee wasn’t bad. My only complaint would be the pool is small but everything else was fantastic. Will definitely stay here next time.

Hotel was very nice. Room was great. Breakfast was solid. We did get kicked from the pool because housekeeping left for the day and they ran out of towels. The pool was a big reason we stayed there so that was pretty dissapointing.

When we got to our room there was a work order that the tv didn’t work and the heater was blowing cold air. It said it was completed but it was not. We had no tv and our room was freezing on a night that the low was zero degrees. There was trash on the floor when we got there and the water never got hot. Won’t stay at that Fairfield again.

Staff is always nice. Sheets and pillows smell so clean. Rooms impeccably clean. Love it. 2nd stay at this hotel and it’s nice.

The room was decent, the bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable, they are thin. I requested more pillows and i was brought even worse ones without pillow cases.

Stayed Overnight while working our way from Michigan to Texas. Clean, modern and spacious room. Great shower. Very friendly and helpful staff. Especially enjoyed the cookies and milk at 8 pm! The bed was too soft for my liking, almost to the point of being old and broken down. Pillows were in the same condition.

It was a perfect stay. The room and hotel are extremely clean. The room we had was extremely large and had all the amenities you could want for a single night stay. The staff was friendly, the location was good, and beds were comfortable. Highly recommend this place and would stay there again.

The property was clean and appeared to be safe. In our room however, the microwave did not operate and the hotel did not replace it. The refrigerator did not work correctly and a service person was never sent to inspect it. It seems, if you are there on a weekend and have trouble you are just out of luck.

My husband and stayed at this location for an overnight get away to celebrate our anniversary. When we attempted to go to dinner we discovered our door would not lock. I immediately contacted the front desk and was informed there’s nothing that could be done until 7 am the next day. Per the employee I won’t name, the hotel was full and they were unable to do anything. They expected my husband and I to sleep in a room where the door wouldn’t lock or latch, unacceptable. I asked for a number for someone who could make a decision. My request was simple, put us in another hotel or give us a refund. He complied and gave us the general managers number. I attempted to reach Tanner twice before I contacted corporate. I spoke to corporate and it was suggested we push something up to the door, really? While we were out to dinner it was suggested that we take our belongings with us, I couldn’t believe this. Shortly after getting off the call with corporate I received a call from Tanner. He was apologetic, to our surprise another room right down the hall was available. It wasn’t as nice as the one we were in but at this point I was exhausted and frustrated. Our overnight getaway did not end in an anniversary dinner. I don’t understand why I had to call anyone. This wasn’t a I don’t like my room complaint. It was a serious safety concern. Area was right off the highway. First room was amazing! Room was clean, bathroom had a great shower. Second room was just ok.

Front desk service was fantastic. Rooms were comfortable and clean. No issues with anything. Great breakfast, but I wish there was biscuits and gravy. Other than that, the stay was perfect!

This was one of the best stays I’ve experienced! The staff and management were incredibly kind, courteous, and professional. They went above and beyond. Extra thanks to Nick! Great accommodations all around. I would stay again and highly recommend.

We chose the Fairfield Marriott because it was close enough to St. Louis without being in the city center and so crowded. It was easy to get to, clean, comfortable, and the staff was very helpful and friendly. They offered a complimentary breakfast that consisted of fruit, eggs, bacon, breakfast sandwiches, cereal, and more. They also offered warm cookies each evening which was a nice treat.

This hotel is in a very convenient location - sometimes a little hard to exit, depending on traffic.

Had a quick Spring Break trip with my kids. The stay here was great. Friendly staff, great breakfast and they even had milk and cookies every evening. We enjoyed our stay!
