We returned after a positive stay in August, but this September visit highlighted a glaring inconsistency in service. After a late check-in, we discovered there was no hot water. We were already undressed with luggage unpacked, and spent over two hours dealing with front desk staff who showed no urgency or accountability. We had to push her to inspect the alternative room she wanted us to move to, which turned out to have no hot water either before she finally admitted maintenance wasn't available. Throughout this frustrating, hours-long delay, not a single apology was made. The next morning, the Manager on Duty handled the issue with professionalism and sincerity, offering the apology we should have received that night. I am raising my rating to acknowledge the MOD’s effort to make things right and validate our experience, but the property needs to address the gap in night-shift training and basic guest service.

Great stay! The staff was friendly and helpful, my room was ready early, and the complimentary breakfast was warm, delicious, and had a great variety. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Las Vegas!

Our stay was very nice, first thing we noticed was how nice the lobby smelled and how friendly the front desk was. We enjoyed our stay from the cleanliness and the accommodations, a gym, a pool, livable situation in the room!
