La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Oxford

We had an excellent stay at La Quinta! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming from the moment we arrived. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. A special thank you to Amanda, who checked us out. She was extremely kind, professional, and made our experience end on such a positive note. Excellent customer service like hers truly makes a difference and deserves recognition. Our room was well maintained, the beds were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere made us feel relaxed and safe during our stay. We also appreciated how convenient the location was and how smooth the entire process was from check-in to check-out. Thank you again to the entire La Quinta team for your outstanding hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. We look forward to staying again in the future!

All staff we encountered were friendly & efficient! We did have a little trouble with our TV, but the issue was resolved quickly. I loved the game area off the lobby! Wish we’d had time to get in a game at the pool table.

We had our reservation canceled by our booked hotel and scrambled to find a room at the last minute. The front desk and manager welcomed us warmly. Our dog had an accident and they were kind and forgiving. Excellent service!

I would stay again if in the area!

I attempted multiple times to cancel this reservation . I also canceled my week long automobile travel plans. No one returned my repeated phone calls! I am not happy with this lack of service!
