All staff members (valet, front desk, restaurant) were friendly and attentive. Convenient to the Gateway Arch Park and Ballpark Village/Stadium. Rooms were very large and well-appointed. I did not love the pillows, and I prefer a top sheet rather than just the duvet. Everything else about the room was great. The valet is $45/night. I parked on the street--but if you want to avoid feeding the parking meter, you can only park between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

Unfortunately the pipes froze and broke right before we arrived at the hotel but the staff was amazing and relocated us and provided transportation to our new hotel. They went above and beyond and couldn’t have been nicer in spite of the challenging conditions that they were facing. We were sorry not to stay there but will try again next time we’re in town.

Pipes burst in the hotel and they didnt even send an email telling me. Sent me to a new horel nowhere near my destination. Then finally sent me an email 2 days later saykng they wont charge me a cancelation fee. Like thank you so much.

I would never stay here again. The valet was full and there was no direction as to another location to park, the tv in the room did not work, the internet wifi was down the entire time; the bathroom didn't have one single towel to use for a shower.

No only one wash cloth try to call desk phone rang for 3 minutes and then a hang up. Our room had a rug that was so curled up on the corner both of us tripped several times had to put something to hold down it was very dangerous, jarred back. Since it was New Year eve day restaurant was closed told there would be a continental breakfast in lounge however when I went down at 7:30 am stood at counter for 5 min before I had to ask for help and was informed they were trying to figure it out who would be working. Sink in bathroom not functioning properly. No one to help with baggage help for $45 parking. which was good . If you have formal dress or a long dress bag very limited space in closet, the have a dresser that takes up to much space.

STayed here before. Staff is always awesome with lots of smiles. Very convenient as we were there for KISS concert. Quick 10 minute walk to venue. I have 2 complaints - 1) bed is way too soft - just a preference thing, and 2) wish you had a market with snacks and bottle waters/sodas as bar was shut down after concert. Otherwise, stay was great!

I had a very long wait to check in and actually left and came back after dinner to check-in. Because the hotel is downtown - parking is a premium and hard to secure because all parking requires a downloaded app provided by the city. All payment is on line. No people present at parking lots. No real restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

It took us a moment to get to the hotel due to one way roads. But it was nice having valet to handle the parking. We didn't use the restaurant. The staff was all friendly. Quiet. Clean. We liked it and would recommend to stay there again.

My room was 74 degrees, I got stuck in the bathroom in my room because a heavy sliding door went off its tracks, the internet was so slow that I needed to use my own phone as hotspot, and the staff did not seem to care when I complained. Stay elsewhere...

The food and drinks were amazing at their resturant. Staff was super friendly and offered assistance throughout our stay. They let our kids try the gelato for free. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, great size, and the bed was comfortable we didn't want to move. Valet was quick and friendly to get the car. I would recommend this property to anyone who is visiting for an event in St. Louis, vacation or for business.

First of all our room key didn’t work which made us to have multiple trips to FD from 8th floor. Then we were assigned the room and room phone was not working, which we complained about but no help arrived to fix it. Some staff members were helpful but didn’t expect this kind of service from place like this.

Greeted warmly by Judy(?) at the concierge/front desk for my check-in. Room & bathroom were both beautifully designed, furnished, & appropriately clean. The young gentleman in charge of housecleaning was courteous & accommodating when asked for spare hand towels. A truly enjoyable weekend-long stay. Thumbs up!

All staff members (valet, front desk, restaurant) were friendly and attentive. Convenient to the Gateway Arch Park and Ballpark Village/Stadium. Rooms were very large and well-appointed. I did not love the pillows, and I prefer a top sheet rather than just the duvet. Everything else about the room was great. The valet is $45/night. I parked on the street--but if you want to avoid feeding the parking meter, you can only park between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.

It took us a moment to get to the hotel due to one way roads. But it was nice having valet to handle the parking. We didn't use the restaurant. The staff was all friendly. Quiet. Clean. We liked it and would recommend to stay there again.

STayed here before. Staff is always awesome with lots of smiles. Very convenient as we were there for KISS concert. Quick 10 minute walk to venue. I have 2 complaints - 1) bed is way too soft - just a preference thing, and 2) wish you had a market with snacks and bottle waters/sodas as bar was shut down after concert. Otherwise, stay was great!

I had a very long wait to check in and actually left and came back after dinner to check-in. Because the hotel is downtown - parking is a premium and hard to secure because all parking requires a downloaded app provided by the city. All payment is on line. No people present at parking lots. No real restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

The food and drinks were amazing at their resturant. Staff was super friendly and offered assistance throughout our stay. They let our kids try the gelato for free. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, great size, and the bed was comfortable we didn't want to move. Valet was quick and friendly to get the car. I would recommend this property to anyone who is visiting for an event in St. Louis, vacation or for business.

No only one wash cloth try to call desk phone rang for 3 minutes and then a hang up. Our room had a rug that was so curled up on the corner both of us tripped several times had to put something to hold down it was very dangerous, jarred back. Since it was New Year eve day restaurant was closed told there would be a continental breakfast in lounge however when I went down at 7:30 am stood at counter for 5 min before I had to ask for help and was informed they were trying to figure it out who would be working. Sink in bathroom not functioning properly. No one to help with baggage help for $45 parking. which was good . If you have formal dress or a long dress bag very limited space in closet, the have a dresser that takes up to much space.

They just opened 2 weeks ago so everything is pretty much new. Todd was great checking me in for my 6 night stay and the bed/pillows were fantastic. Housekeeping needs some serious organizational upgrades. I asked for clean linen 3x but never had a change done. They also came and knocked on my door 3x one morning and twice the day after. Something about an error in their system, but not convenient when sitting in teams meetings! I will stay elsewhere next time as management never acknowledged the issues (front desk staff) nor resolved something as simple as fresh linens mid-stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Le Méridien St. Louis. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained, with a great atmosphere throughout. My room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive, making the entire stay feel welcoming and effortless. The location is also excellent for exploring downtown St. Louis, with many of the city’s attractions and restaurants within easy reach. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. I would definitely stay at Le Méridien St. Louis again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

Unfortunately this hotel has only been open for 8 days (new ownership?) and is being slowly renovated while guests are trying to stay there. The floors were dirty, rooms were sort of tidied with towels taken and only face towels left, the body wash was empty and not refilled, electrical workers/equipment/noise, privacy signs on room doors ignored, we had no lightbulb in our one room lamp and I had to walk down in the night to get one since the phone didn’t work, the morning offering was an urn of coffee and stale half bagels. Sadly for Marriott the list goes on and they will be hearing from me

Pipes burst in the hotel and they didnt even send an email telling me. Sent me to a new horel nowhere near my destination. Then finally sent me an email 2 days later saykng they wont charge me a cancelation fee. Like thank you so much.
