Pantile Lodge

Room is lovely. Milk and bottles of water left for us in the fridge. There was snacks and juice left for us as well. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Breakfast is brilliant with lots of choices. The pouched eggs are perfect and the cinnamon french toast is delicious. All the food in the café looks good.

Room was luxurious and location excellent - peaceful but accessible from main road through village. Plenty of parking as the 2 rooms are behind the village cafe which has lots of parking space. Because they're round the back it's peaceful and there's a nice garden area with seating to enjoy in fine weather. Shower was good too. Big advantage if you're a late riser - breakfast is 9 - 11 and checkout till 12! Only quibble is you eat in the cafe which can get very busy at weekends and we waited ages to even give our order and when the food came they'd got my partner's order wrong. Mistakes can happen when staff are busy but no apology was forthcoming. That said, we'd stay there again but maybe not at the weekend!

Excellent accommodation at a reasonable price compared to others in the area. The included breakfast was also specially great. Highly recommend, would go again.

A perfect stay, we would highly recommend 👌 Great breakfast options too. Didn't need lunch at all.
