Florida Golf Vacation Villa

Nice place but could use some upgrades. Overall no real issues. Great place especially if you love to golf or love to watch others golf as you are right on hole number two. Not much within walking distance but a short drive gets you to everything you need.

The house was as shown, but the refrigerator did not supply water or ice during a 21 day stay even though listed on amenities list. We had to buy filtered water and ice. Owner was notified but the issue was not corrected. There was a leaking, smelly sink that took 3 days to correct and no disposal as listed in amenities. The water was completely out for 2 days. We had no ability to shower, use toilets, etc. No compensation was offered. We had to put batteries in most remotes. We also had to get a television operable as it was not working. The pool heating pump was being replaced and a part had to be ordered, so we had no pool heater for the first 2 days. The pool decking was very dirty and we had to clean it so we could walk on the decking with bare feet. The pool furniture all had to be cleaned. The outdoor cushions required cleaning also. The owner suggested I launder the lounge cushions because they were so dirty (it was my vacation). When the owner stopped by to greet us, he offered to reimburse the cost of 2 propane tanks since they were completely empty. However, when we tried to take him up on the reimbursement, owner denied this offer.

Property was clean and stay was very enjoyable !

This home is beautiful! Very convenient between Punta Gorda and Cape Coral. Very easy driving ! The house itself has everything. The pool was warm and the view of the pond and golf course relaxing. The owner was very attentive. Best of all he loved our dog 😁
