Shared car park with three other hotels didn’t present us with any problems other than finding the hotel without sat-nav help. The breakfast was very good. Enjoyable stay, close to Bricktown and the free shuttle was very handy.

One of the main reasons I booked a room here was parking for my truck and 24’ trailer. There was no issue on a Thursday evening. Room was good, breakfast good, location good, and pool was good. No complaints.

I ended up needing a place to stay in Oklahoma City near the downtown area for a 3-day conference I was sent to on a last minute notice. It was just outside of Bricktown, and literally a less-than 5-minute drive to the OKC Convention Center. As it turns out, this place was nearly half the price of surrounding hotels, and, to my surprise, was much more updated (according to workmates that stayed in downtown OKC) than some of the more "reputable" hotels downtown. For less than $100 per night, I had a VERY CLEAN room in a quiet hotel, just outside of downtown OKC. Also, I had a full size refrigerator and freezer, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, dishes and silverware, and a great breakfast. I was very pleased with my stay, and will look to stay there again next time I will be in Oklahoma City. The only real disappointment I had was the fitness center. Not a lot of options... Could definitely use a rack full of DBs and/or KBs.

We have stayed here several times and each time has been pleasant. The staff is friendly and the property is modern and well kept. They have a free shuttle that runs to anywhere in Bricktown until 2am. That alone is worth the savings instead of taking an Uber.

For the price, this is one of the best options to stay near bricktown. They offer a free shuttle to and from bricktown from 3p-11p Sun-Thurs and 3p-2a Fri-Sat. Highly recommend taking advantage of that as the area between can be a little sketchy after dark. Very friendly staff and comfortable beds.

Several issues so I'll just list them... At check in, man working told woman checking in ahead of me that 'tomorrow's my day off so I don't really care what happens when I'm not here' Initial entry to room... Musty smell, very warm, and damp feeling Threshold between tile and carpet frayed revealing the track strip with exposed nails. Previous guests dirty sock left under bathroom vanity. Moldy caulking around tub Random hairs on floor, tub, and sink. Toilet lid and seat didn't stay up, apparently startling when a man needs to relieve himself at 2 am and the seat slams down mid-stream. One bathroom tile loose and pops loudly Everytime you walk across it. Breakfast provided is a bonus but the food was just ok. The area has had storms and power outages. I took what I could get but we won't stay here again.

The check in was simple and quick, had to pay extra for an early check in. At the point of check in I had just drove 24 hours from California, so my first want was a shower and to rest before my second leg. The shower had hair on the wall and in the tub, I looked for wash cloths and there was none, so I went to housekeeping and they basically told me they didn’t have any. They had some cut up what looked like rags, different size, shape and condition of the body towels. They expected us to use a hand towel that’s like 4 times to large to use to wash our body. The water pressure was absolutely abysmal and the tub didn’t drain. So after all that I got to stand in my soapy, dirty water while I’m getting out of the tub.

My room smelled like urine. The extra tv had no remote and was unplugged in the sitting area of my room. The nightstand usb ports didn’t work. The bathroom was clean but needed work done on the rusty, moldy shower pan. All bedding had stains and so did all furniture in the room. Not great.

The room was excellent. It would be a great hotel for someone staying a few days. It has quite a few amenities. The room and shower were updated. It is also fairly close to bricktown. We really loved it and will try to book this same hotel when we come back to bricktown.

Having the little kitchen was excellent. Great space in the room. Beds were pretty firm and I like them firm. Front desk check in staff was just so so. Check out person was very helpful. I did not she used to eat breakfast at 12 o’clock noon checkout was excellent for me.

It was good space inside the room and it was very clean. The only problem was the shower area. Only half of the shower is enclosed by a partial glass on the end of the shower head and that portion was broken and glued together at the hinge. Other than that, the room was great!

Room was clean, the shower in our room has a half door so water got everywhere, and the lamp on the desk burnt out the minute we got in the room. however; the room was clean, amenities were nice and the breakfast and coffee were very nice. the girl working at the front desk was friendly.

It’s a new facility so few complaints. The red chair in the sitting area is stained, but we had to look to find that. The front desk clerk was very efficient. We couldn’t figure out our TV and she came right up to help.

Prepaid for a double bed room and they freely gave it away and told me “first come, first serve.” And I had to take it or leave it an hour before a birthday party I’d driven over 200 miles for. Manger was unhelpful in resolution and never responded. Had to call corporate twice because the staff was horrendous and tried to blame Expedia! How is this Expedia’s fault? You were prepaid. Never again.

We had already paid for our room and tried to check in 30 minutes early (@2:30). They told us no, we could not check in until after 3:00pm. We left and ran a few errands and returned to the hotel to check in at 7pm. They then told us they had given away our room because we did not check in at 3pm as it is a first come first serve basis. Even though we had already tried checking in and we had already paid. The staff that was there when we initially tried to check in were extremely rude. The property also had a bad smell. Would not recommend especially because of their front desk.

We booked a king room. When we arrived, the staff gave us a room with 2 beds. Not a big deal but not what we booked. When I asked staff why, I was told that they gave us the room that travel service requested. I contacted travel service and confirmed that the hotel was sent the king room booking. The staff lied and couldn't care less. We used the shuttle service to go to dinner which was nice. However, when I tried to call for shuttle service for ride back, it took more than ten calls to get through. Then the front desk hung up on me twice. We ended up walking back. I asked the staff person at the desk why he hung up on me, he said he was too busy. Unbelievably poor service and attitude.

I'm giving it an average review solely for the area around the property; this part of the city is still under development. Even though there's construction going on, I couldn't hear it & my room was facing the construction site. Bass Pro is a 10 minute walk away, but if you're driving, Bricktown is very close. The Country Inn & Suites facility & staff were great. The complimentary breakfast is also good; its more than your standard continental breakfast.

For the price, this is one of the best options to stay near bricktown. They offer a free shuttle to and from bricktown from 3p-11p Sun-Thurs and 3p-2a Fri-Sat. Highly recommend taking advantage of that as the area between can be a little sketchy after dark. Very friendly staff and comfortable beds.

We were very impressed with all accommodations. The only issue I would comment about is the gravy at breakfast — very thin, very watery. Everything else was outstanding.

The hotel was fine. Except, during breakfast, my sister took a drink of chocolate milk and it was curdled! She was so sick, and her stomach still hurts. The room was fine, but dont recommend the breakfast! It's not worth it!

Not a bad place to stay except noise from hallways and adjoining rooms was loud enough to disrupt sleep. Breakfast room clean and plenty of room. Milk served in small cartons outdated and bad. Several people noticed it!

My only negative on this hotel was the breakfast. I fully expected the typical hotel stuff but it seemed as if a lot was missing, as if they weren't ready so you had to ask for it, and we went down an hour after it started. Small complaint.

Bed is comfortable and room was clean. The shower pan leaked and left the etance soaked and the breakfast was inedible.

Booked a 2 night stay. Front desk was friendly when we showed up. Room was clean upon entry. BUT the entire floor in front of the A/C unit was SOAKED. The beds are NOT comfortable. The microwave wouldn’t even open all the way because of how it was installed. The freezer made a god awful loud noise that only stopped when you opened the fridge. Breakfast was COLD. Biscuits and gravy, sausage, egg, all of it cold. No silverware in the room aside from one spoon and they were out of regular coffee to brew in the rooms. And their “fitness center” has about 3 treadmills and one cable machine, so don’t expect to do any sort of weight lifting. Overall, not impressed for the price and wouldn’t stay there again.

When we arrived the first room smelled strongly of Weed. They switched our room without a problem. The second room was better but the whole hotel had a musty weed smell. When we left and throughout the rest of our trip everything had that smell. I had to replace all my CPAP equipment get rid of the smell that was still there. Would not stay again.

We were visiting OKC to attend a baseball game and the staff mentioned they had a shuttle to the ballpark. We do not drive at night and this was a blessing for us, as we did not get out of the ballpark until 9:30 pm. The driver was very helpful in getting us to the correct entrance and picking us up right across the street.
