El hotel es hermoso, pero; por el precio que cobran no entiendo como la carpeta del cuarto estaba dañada, solicité antes de arribar que no hubiese polvo porque mi esposo es alérgico y había telarañas y polvo en mi cuarto, en cuanto a las instalaciones son hermosas, el personal no fue amable ni atento, nadie nos preguntó cómo marchaba todo excepto el muchacho de Valet parking fue el único trabajador amable en la propiedad, en conclusión el hotel es bello pero el personal 0/10 y no entiendo para que preguntar que quieres si al final el cuarto no va a lucir como lo solicitaste…

Tv channels didn’t work & restaurant overpriced. Great hotel otherwise.

As we pulled up it was confusing as to where to go or park or stop for valet. Once we figured it out I will say our valet nick was fantastic. Unfortunately that was the only thing fantastic. The place was absolutely packed for a derby event. Our fault for not checking that before. Not the hotels fault for having a successful event. But, I couldn’t even figure out where the front desk was. Finally found it, got to our room and it was pretty awful. Not clean, a balloon from a previous guest still suck up on the ceiling, TV hanging crooked on the wall, hair in the bathroom, and one k-cup for the morning. The remote wouldn’t turn down the TV and we could hear every word anyone said in the hallway and room next to us. We grabbed our bags and left and drove 3 hours back home. We had plans for the night but getting through that lobby and trying to come and go from there would have been a nightmare. Much easier to take the hit on the $$$ and cancel plans. We booked it for the motorcycle then after visiting the Harley Museum but in the future we’ll look in the Milwaukee burbs for a room.
