Very nice property with multiple nice neighbors. Everything was clean and prepped for us at arrival. Bedding, linens and towels were in place and nice, layout is good, kitchen was good with everything we needed and access to the beach and pool was wonderful. Beach umbrella, chairs and bogey board was simple and painless. Very long and gradual beach. It appears to have been replenished, and some very nearby were not. Result is a long high/low tide swing to the delight of the little ones. Lots of starfish and small hermit crabs in the tidal pools. Great place for a family vacation. Enjoyed it and would do it again!

Very comfortable place on the quiet side of IOP. Well built with noise separation and comfortable beds. Loved the ocean views.

This was our first time with an extended stay at IOP (Wild Dunes)- We had stayed at the hotel last year. The property was perfect for our family and everyone had a great time. The furnishings were excellent and we were all able to have quality together time as well as enough space to spread out. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could hope for. The space below the lanai was great to keep our beach gear. The only thing we would have really liked that was not available would have been access to a grill. I noticed another property did have one- even if electric, it would have been nice to grill a steak, etc. I was surprised there was not one even near the pool for resort access. I feel like we will definitely come back and this unit was perfect for our needs.

Back to back years— Place is great. Mid/late summer stay so there are always little things that need fixed by this time of the summer but any homeowner knows this is to be expected. Nothing too obvious or worth reporting as it had no impact on our great stay and we would stay here again anytime.
