Very clean hotel, updated. Staff was pleasant. The only reason I gave it an ok rating was because of the beds and pillows. Neither were comfortable and my husband and I both woke up with back and neck aches. Didn't sleep very well due to discomfort.

Home2 Suites is my "go to" place when I am in Martinsburg. My only complaint is the lack of receiving a receipt. Due to using Hotels.com, the hotel could not give me a receipt and Hotels.com would not give me a printable receipt. Because of this I cannot be reimbursed. This does not make me a happy customer.
