Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Grand Rapids Wyoming

We asked what time coffee was available in the morning, front desk said 5am. It still wasn’t out at 5:40am. We had to go to Dunkin’ Donuts for coffee. We had the breakfast on Saturday at 7:15am, everything was cold. Eggs, French toast sticks and sausage were all cold. Very disappointing experience

I feel like a complainer and I am sorry however my bed was so uncomfortable and I did not get much sleep due to the guests above our room with heavy feet and constantly dropping things throughout the night aka 2 am morning. For the price -this wasn’t it!

The room was very clean it felt like home. The staff and amenities were GREAT

Tried to cancel bye to winter storm and inability to travel, but was told I would be charged for the night. I’ll never use Hotels.com or book at Fairfield Inn ever again.
