Entrance was a little confusing. Could not enter from the sidewalk without a key must enter from garage to first check in, safety? Double queen room with sofa had lots of space. Clean, relaxing and comfortable!

Simply great! 10/10. Highly recommended. Spacious rooms with sitting area, great bathrooms, very nice fitness center (the best I’ve been to recently) and a nice breakfast included. Every little detail was spot on!

Very clean hotel. Very nice inside and rooms were nice. Only setback was this was by a freeway, my room faced the freeway and it was loud at night. Beds and bathroom were well taken care of. Breakfast was really nice and delicious. The parking is in a garage and there was security walking around so I felt comfortable about my vehicle.

For the price I paid for the property, the fact that the T.V in our room did not work at all was highly disappointing. Also for $240.00 having to be charged an additional $14.00 for parking with no security was another miss. I love staying at all SpringHill Suites but this one was not my favorite.Springscharged

I almost don’t want to say anything about this hotel so I can keep it my secret, it’s that nice! Clean, comfortable rooms, great breakfast, my son loves coming here so we can utilize the rooftop deck- watching the helicopter fly in and out, the amazing view of the city and the parking garage. Just one of the best and affordable places to stay in Albuquerque. 10 all around.

Nice and clean. Breakfast hours are a bit late compared to most…didn’t start till 7 and we had to be at our destination at 7 do that stinks and no swimming pool. Would for sure stay again but would be prepared for those things this time.

I clearly requested fresh clean linen and higher floor room. Our blanket has this black spots that looks like molds (see picture) and room was at lobby floor. No smile nor greeting from the receptionist during check in.

Towels had holes,one was hanging on the back of the door in the bathroom. When I asked the woman at the desk to give me some towels she replied “ I will bring them up as soon as I finish this”. Not sure what she meant but she never showed and later was seen in a truck bed in the parking lot. WILL NEVER GO BACK

First family trip with an infant. Got there in the afternoon and found an emesis on the carpet. Went to front desk and were told there is no one that can clean it there is no available rooms and they needed to honor the next guest room so the solution was for front desk staff to give us a towel and a desinfectant spray to clean it ourselves. Following day issue was addressed with administration and they changed our room but unfortunately the carpet was not vacuumed in between guest since we found trash on the floor and a dead roach

I found the Hotel to be clean, well kept & responsive to the needs of its guests. The rooms are large & spacious with convenient amenities such as a micro wave, small refrigerator & good lighting throughout. I do wish their was a Hotel Bar to enjoy a libation throughout my stay

This was a nice hotel and a good location. It was relatively easy to find and is right off the freeway to get to where we needed during our stay. The room was very clean and a lot bigger than expected. We had a couple minor items that didn’t work well for us: 1. The shower water drains to the middle of the bathroom. Perhaps this is by design for wheelchair accessibility but it created a difficulty because you had to put a towel down as a dam to block the water from running to the door and then wade through the water to a dry towel on the floor at the other side of the bathroom. It was just very messy and inconvenient. 2. Most of the pillows were completely flat and provided no support. It took two stacked pillows to get the head support that a normal pillow would provide. 3. While breakfast was overall fine, it would have been nice to have just plain scrambled eggs and bacon.

Room was facing the highway - poor noise isolation - also at about 8 pm each day, a huge noise was coming from the bathroom - had to be fixed manually each day. Cannot recommend if you need a decent sleep.

We were there for the International Balloon Festival and everything was excellent! The personnel was very nice and cordial, they had lunch bags for us to take at 4 am! with fruit, bread, cereal bar, yougurt so adequate. Our room was spacious, clean and very confortable. I recommend highly and will return , for sure. Thank you

If you are going to stay in Albuquerque especially if you have to be near the hospital. You cannot pick a better Hotel. The front staff was so accommodating. Something we are not used to in this new world. They did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. If you are anywhere near that area and need a place to stay you need to give them a chance. I will not stay anywhere else in Albuquerque from now on.

If you are going to stay in Albuquerque especially if you have to be near the hospital. You cannot pick a better Hotel. The front staff was so accommodating. Here for my son's state robotics competion. Thought I would try a different hotel. Beds are comfortable. Rooms clean and very quiet. No pool which is disappointing for the price. Front desk girl qas not all all friendly. No smile or greeting. Please hire people who want to work and actually enjoy their "customer service" jobs. This was a deal braker for me. I wil keep my business with Hilton.

I reserved a king room. At check in they switched me to a Queen even though the king cost extra. I was offered points for my inconvenience, not even a refund. When I complained that I wanted them to honor my reservation and bump someone else the front desk person flipped out. I’ve never been treated so poorly by any hotel staff.

Once inside it is a nice property. Location is near many sights but felt unsafe after dark. Limited parking in garage and also outside. Had to park some distance away late at night. Breakfast very minimal.

This is a beautiful hotel. You can tell they care ablout cleanliness, room was very clean. I was surprised how big the rooms actually are, love the layout. This hotel care about the safety of their customers by having a key card to get into hotel and on your particular floor. The only small conern I had was walking into the lobby, very confused on how you get into the lobby. My window faced towards the hospital so I could hear the helicopters land, pretty loud. However, I woukd definitely stay at this hotel again.

This property is conviently located and has a covered walk that connects it to The Presbyterian Hospital. 5 min walk to all hospital and medical building services.

Hotel was clean and is newer. Locarion is directly across the street from a hospital with ambulance and lots of construction in the area. Room was good size, bed was very firm, and shower was on the small side. The breakfast was sub-par. Minimal options and none of them very appealing. We ended up eating breakfast at other places.

Was trying to find something off of 40 and accidentally picked this location. Turned out to be the perfect fmlocatiin. Less than 5 min from I-40. Room 221 was very clean. Carpet was so clean I felt comfortable walking around barefoot in the room. Beds and pillows were WOW. Wonderful breakfast selections of hot/cold items included with the stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful with our needs. Will definitely stay at this location again. Traveling with 3 toddlers and 3 adults we fit in this room comfortably.

I almost don’t want to say anything about this hotel so I can keep it my secret, it’s that nice! Clean, comfortable rooms, great breakfast, my son loves coming here so we can utilize the rooftop deck- watching the helicopter fly in and out, the amazing view of the city and the parking garage. Just one of the best and affordable places to stay in Albuquerque. 10 all around.

Everything was very good except for the morning, when we came down for breakfast they didn’t have enough food, people where in line waiting for the few pieces of food that they lady was cooking and serving at the same time. The hotel was sold out bc we checked in around 6:30 pm and the lady said that the hotel was almost full. In the morning we saw families just eating yogurt and cereal bc it was not enough food. My sister waited 15 min. For the next pieces of eggs and actually she told me to ask in the kitchen and I saw just 1 lady doing the cooking the cleaniNg and the serving, i also saw a few other staff people just doing other things but no one helping her, the guests were saying oh lets go get food outside bc it was over and it was just 8:20 am. I mean I asume the manager saw that the hotel was full why they didn’t prepare for the next morning!? Also when we ask for water they said that we have to go to the gym bc the lobby didn’t have any by the time and when we get to the gym the machine was not working. Honestly i have never experienced such q terrible morning in any hotel except for today.

Got there on a pretty late drive-through around 2 AM. Wanted to take a nice hot shower to help me sleep and the water was barely warm. Other than that everything was fine.

Stopped in Albuquerque on our way to Colorado. The hotel is very nice and well secured. It’s next to a hospital and within the hotel is a Ronald McDonald House for families with children in the hospital with a catwalk to the hospital. Bonus points. There were several restaurants within walking distance that are highly rated. We walked to a pizza/wine place that was super yummy. However there is a known transient population so walking at night is not recommended.

Wow! The staff was so accommodating and very courteous. The hotel was very well maintained (except for the elevators that broke down ☹️). It was also very quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
