Check in was fast, friendly and great. There were a few other tenants up late outside with loud music and noise. However, the indoors and hallways were very quiet. The ice machine by our room didn’t work. The parking lot was terrible full of potholes. You can tell that this hotel used to be great years ago, but definitely needs lots of updating and exterior cosmetic work. We saw 2 baby roaches in our room. Overall descent stay but not a 5 star hotel.

Out dated, pool area unclean, jacuzzi not able to be accessed, dead trees and flowers, pest problem, poor repairs in rooms, covers had stains, stale smell and dusty, hot breakfast was not good at all.. nothing like the pictures online

Yes, the furniture is dated. Yes, the carpets are OLD. The place has character,l. The important stuff, mattress, linens, pillows, TV are all recent updates. The staff is helpful and friendly. The Breakfast was limited, continental type with biscuits and gravy both days. I wish there was more hot options. The pool has some cosmetic issues but the water was clear and cool and nice. One can tell by looks and the little the clerks shared, the hotel is attempting to come back. Not everyone is a Hilton Heir though. I hope this little place gets tge boost it needs to make the big renovations it needs. They have my $$.

This wasn’t the best but it wasn’t the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at either. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The setting gave more motel vibes than hotel. The room was clean. The only 2 things that stood out to me were several minor cosmetic appearances in the room & the back door seemed to stay unlocked which was concerning for safety. Anyone could just waltz in. They have cameras, but still. The dining area is so beautiful & breakfast was so delicious. I didn’t get a chance to try their bar or dinner selections since I ate at the restaurants surrounding the hotel which, by the way are in walking distance. Overall I’d give this hotel 4/5 stars & would still recommend them to anyone traveling in the area.

My husband and I booked with this hotel in Bossier City, LA. We were a little disappointed with the condition of the building and room. The bathroom had stains in the bathtub and on the ceiling tiles. Actually, the beds were very comfortable. Normally, the outside entrances of the building are locked, but none worked. We made sure to park in the front with most of the vehicles for fear of break ins. We did not feel safe. The whole hotel needs a complete remodeling.

The property was nice and the rooms were nice as well. The only things is the pool was dirty with napkins and things floating in it and was foggy. The staff wasn’t very friendly or welcoming. And they don’t offer breakfast in the morning. So it was ok. Wouldn’t really stay again

The Hotel itself looked very nice online. When we arrived the Lobby and the dining area was as pictured online....very nice. The room was awful. There was mold growing on the toilet paper holder. There was mold and rust on the tissue paper holder. The room was outdated and in need of renovation. The air vent was rusted and wet and very nasty. The bathroom was horrible. We did not take showers there. I would have still felt dirty afterwards. I closed the door to the bathroom and slept in my clothes. If not for the 16hr drive to Bossier, La and a hotel price of $124, I would have left to try and find another hotel. We left there at first light and checked in at another Hotel, got showers and went back to sleep. Oh, we did take a look at the breakfast bar, it was set up nice, but we did not eat anything. I wouldn't recommend this place to a Possum.

This picture of this place is very misleading. The lobby was beautiful but when it was time to go up to our room we had to go through a side entrance on the other side of the building(which was unlocked) that means anybody off the street could have just walked in. We did not feel safe at all. Soon as we walked in the building from the side entrance it was dirty and smelled horrible. The stairs had dirty carpet. Our bathroom was disgusting. Hair in the tub and sink. The shower head was moldy and toilet had urine on the seat. After a long day at the ballpark with sleepy kids we didn’t want to change hotels but we definitely will not be staying there again. Definitely need to upgrade and deep clean the rooms.

Upon entering all 3 rooms that were booked for my family, sheets/pillowcases were dirty, stains on bed--unknown what it was--hair found in the beds, rat droppings found on the couch and along the wall. The dishwasher in the king suite had food particles everywhere. The hotel puts on a great facade. The registration area and atrium ar beautiful. They need to invest money into making the rooms to match the entry----Nice, nit run down and disgusting.

Filthy. Stains on the mattress, microwave was so dirty it was stained. Hair all over the bathroom, dust and dirt on the vents, stains on the sheets & bed skirts. The housekeepers and the breakfast attendant were very polite & friendly.

The rooms are the biggest concern, very old and need to be updated & deep cleaned but no bed buds so that’s good. The lobby & event center was very nice but the rooms are not. It was good enough for a quick stay & the other hotels were booked. The staff was AMAZING, best part. Breakfast was delicious as well!

Older hotel. Huge building. Big atrium area with a fountain and piano for breakfast. There was a bar for night events as well. It was clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower was tiny. I am 5 7 and had to stoop down to get under the shower. I didn't remove my shoes because the carpet was a little questionable. But other than that it was good!

Staff was super nice but there were a couple things about the room itself that could use updating. When you moved on the bed the lamp flickered on and off if powered on. The tv and refrigerator made clunking noises while on, we had to unplug both. The bathtub would not drain after taking a bath. The sheets/topper for the mattress were a size too small for the bed.

Hotel was very nice but the rooms could use an upgrade. The lobby, atrium and outside was extremely nice but the room was not as you would expect from the rest. Bed was comfortable and place was quiet. I would stay again.

Area safe, location just of interstate and close to dining, gas, and shopping. Cost of room was reasonable. Bed was very comfortable, sheets, comforter clean and crisp. Air Conditioner worked like a champ. Bathroom clean. Towels new and fresh. Room could use some updates such as carpet. Bathroom shower/tub needs caulking. Some rust on vents. I would gladly stay again.

Started off rocky, the clerk stayed on a personal call while checking me in. Her cell phone was on the speaker. I thought that was pretty unprofessional. Next, my door key didn’t work the first time. The clerk just made a new key, but turns out that the problem was with the lock. I tried to advise her that may have been the issue beforehand. The room was somewhat clean and comfortable. Did feel safe in that area. Good location. Right off the hi-way. The breakfast was pretty good. Real food. Price wasn’t to bad. The next day, did have another issue with the key not working. Was told that having the room key close to my cell phone would affect the key programming. All and all, Would stay again.

When we checked in (and we were very tired) someone had reserved a room with one bed and I had asked for a room with 2 queens. I have my confirmation and it is correct. The clerk was not nice at all but we called expedia and hopefully we will be refunded . Called around and got the room we needed at a Holiday Inn and it was super!!

Driving up to the hotel was challenging. It is dark and no signage anywhere. The hotel smell stale. The lobby and eating area were semi-decent. The room walls were dirty. The walls had dried brown fluid on them. The beds were clean. The floor hadn’t been vacuumed because there were clothes tags on the floor. The bathtub was disgusting!!! It was an old tub with rust around the drain and build up limescale around the spout and drain leaver. We walked into the room and it was warm. The A/C was set on 64. We turned it down to 61 to no avail. The peephole had paper stuck in it. The inner door was scuffed up a paint was missing. Some of the walls needed patching and the room needs to be repainted. I slept with my clothes on, on top of the covers, in case something happened because there were young kids running the hall at 10:30 pm. There were 3 people working on 3 cars in the back of the parking lot. They had a U-Haul full of tools, the cars were jacked up, and there were parts everywhere. LeBossier is an older property that’s conveniently located off I-20. I stayed there because it’s pet friendly and they don’t charge an outrageous pet fee. Room worked for a couple of nights. Breakfast was okay. Staff was nice and helpful.

Area safe, location just of interstate and close to dining, gas, and shopping. Cost of room was reasonable. Bed was very comfortable, sheets, comforter clean and crisp. Air Conditioner worked like a champ. Bathroom clean. Towels new and fresh. Room could use some updates such as carpet. Bathroom shower/tub needs caulking. Some rust on vents. I would gladly stay again.

The rooms are the biggest concern, very old and need to be updated & deep cleaned but no bed buds so that’s good. The lobby & event center was very nice but the rooms are not. It was good enough for a quick stay & the other hotels were booked. The staff was AMAZING, best part. Breakfast was delicious as well!

The staff is becoming well known to me since I stay there a lot. They are very helpful and accommodating. The free breakfast is hit and miss. Saturdays are the best.

The room was spacious comfortable and clean. The microwave and refrigerator were helpful to have. The breakfast buffet was excellent with scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage. and a lot more.

The continental breakfast and staff were great! The property was fine, but is I need of some deep cleaning on the stairwells and some renovations. I do think this property was a little overpriced. Comfy beds, but the AC struggles even at the lowest setting. Overall I will rate the experience an 8/10.

I would not ever stay here again. The rooms were dirty and in disrepair. For example, torn carpet, leaky ceiling, cracks in sheetrock. LeBossier needs major renovations. Breakfast is not good either. Overall, just not a good place to stay.

Room was comfortable, breakfast was so so. Ran out of coffee took bags to car checked room to make sure nothing left behind and coffee still not ready. Had to go to QT for coffee to start second leg of our trip.

I stayed in rm 8124, bathroom blow dryer was nasty/dirty and it appear it had not been cleaned for some months because it was makeup/dirt all over it. I could not use it due to it had not cleaned, the bath tub was not clean and it had dirt rings around the tub like the houskeeper did not clean it. If I wanted to use the spa hot tub I could not due to it was not cleaned up. The kitchen refridgerator was dirty with dirt spots fron not being properly cleaned. Spots all on the carpet, dirt spots on the blinds in the room.The door to the room was off track. The parking lot lights were not working and very dark at night in the parking lot in which is not safe for guest. I willl be requesting a refund

I called before booking to make sure the pool was open, I booked the rooms solely for the pool. I was only a couple hours away from home. The room had concert tickets on the floor, hair in the tub, sticky yellow crystalized substance in the drawer and white stuck on powder on the end tables. We asked what time the pool closed and we were told 10pm. I'm disabled. We changed and went to go to the pool and it was locked with a bike chain saying closed for maintenance. It was green with algae. Room phone was broken and there was holes in the wall like they had a bar fight in the room. When I was telling my son the pool was closed in the hallway the maintenance man called the front desk from his cell phone repeating that we were told it was open and he knew exactly who we were and what room numbers. You could tell he was high and drunk. All night him and several regulars kept bouncing back and forth from room to room. I definitely would have paid $20 more for a nicer place but I already had my stuff inside, changed and was so exhausted I wasn't going through all that again. This place is sketchy and absolutely nothing like the photos. Windows were busted and looked shot as well. One room ac didn't work well at all.

The pool was cloudy, and there was algae growing in it, and as I was going down the stairs of the pool, I slept and fell hard on my rear end and had to go to the hospital by ambulance. Now my hips and lower back is killing me and I’m having to go to my Pain Management doctor as soon as they can get me and Management said they just cleaned the pool. That was a total lie. Are they just still a terrible job?
