Exercise room that we couldn’t get into that only had two bikes and nothing else. Only one ice machine for the whole entire hotel. I did like the fact that it was next to a sprouts which was nice. It’s probably a normal $100 a night hotel.

I never stayed in a hotel that you needed to request things for your room before. Everything was on request. Nothing was just there. Location was not too close to much except strip malls. Overall, the hotel was ok for a bed. No pool. Price was fair

This location worked well for my family and our needs. It was clean and front staff no matter who it was, were very nice and professional. There is a Sprouts that you can walk to as well. They have laundry room and to go breakfast (muffins and fruit bars). The entire facility gives you a brand new feel. There are many restaurants near the area as well. I would recommend.

The elevator was broken the entire time. There was nothing noted at the time of booking and it had been out for a while. They put us on the third floor. I just finished cancer treatment and was there for my fathers passing. The worst trip i have ever had. This place should be shut down.

Our stay was nice and quiet, everything was clean and staff were nice! My only two complaints were that the breakfast was lacking with just some granola bars and yogurt. Also there was no pool which I thought was odd especially being about 22 minutes from the beach

It was very clean. In a good location. Shower water pressure in the bathroom was weak. The room didn’t have no coffee maker. And there was a full kitchen but no cups or plates. The grab and go free breakfast was very limited to coffee and granola bars and maybe some tangerines. Glad there were good places outside to eat.

Great stay. Floors need to be mopped and cleaned. I went to clean something from the floor and that napkin was black after swipping. I placed my foot on the floor to see how it felt and it was sticky. Everything else was fine.

I wasn’t to crazy about the floor it seemed sticky. Water pressure in shower was low but water was hot. Front desk help was very nice and helpful. AC was quiet and worked well. All in all it was satisfactory for 1 night.

My room smelled like cigarette smoke and mold. The room had a damp feeling and I woke up to a roach crawling on the desk chair. Check in employee want very professional but the overnight front desk employee was the only positive quality Amy the entire experience. He was friendly and responsive.

The room had a musky scent and feel to it. There was a dampness in the air that affected our breathing. The pillows were not comfortable. I found a used bar of soap in the shower with hair on it. The number of towels provided was inadequate. The grab and go breakfast was almost non-existent by 9 a.m. Shower curtain smelled bad. Not enough hangars to hang clothing. The phone in the room didn't work and because it was the weekend, no one was available until Monday or Tuesday to repair it. I also couldn't use the internet due to some service issues that we eventually resolved.

The continental breakfast was the most limited I've ever seen. Tiny yogurt, no variety, and small plastic-wrapped muffins. More like snacks than even a liberal definition of a "continental breakfast". Both coffee urns were empty despite the fact I hadn't seen any customers in their vicinity. But, on the positive side, the room and the hotel overall were clean.

Room always felt a little stuffy, not matter how low we turned down the a/c. Hallways felt humid and kind of smelled like a locker room. However, the room itself was very spacious and clean. I really loved the light-up mirror in the bathroom. It had great lighting and plenty of counter space for getting ready.

I am a regular guest of ESA, and this hotel is very nice. My single complaint, however, is that the ceilings are too thin and I could hear every single step of the person(s) directly above me.

Really enjoyed my stay. My fiancé and I did not want to leave the room. The bed was so comfortable, shower clean, microwave and kitchen areas clean. Parking was easy, close to a lot of restaurants and shopping.

Very nice hotel. Easy check-in. Room was very nice. Beds were nice and comfortable. TV worked fine. The shower was great. A bit noisy from "heavy walkers" but you always have people who think their the only ones in the hotel. The faucet extends about one inch into the sink so it's very tough to brush your teeth, wash you face and hands, etc.

We stayed on a Saturday night into Sunday morning until our cruise out of Port Canaveral. Because of this, our objective was to spend as little as possible however we wanted a place that felt safe and clean. This place was great for the price! Very close to shops and food. Was very quiet. The hotel was new and clean. The rooms are very small but included a small stove and full size refrigerator which was also great. This served our purpose. The bed was smaller than we expected (seemed like a full size). and wasn’t very comfortable, but again it worked for us. I gave it a 4 star only because the phone in the room didn’t work. Not expecting that with it being a “new” hotel. I was told that they were aware and some of the phones in the rooms were not operating.

The hotel was Modern and in a nice commercial area off the highway. Inside the rooms were quiet and I liked having a recliner in the room. If I were to fault one thing it's the heavy doors that slam shut nearby and people are not holding them closing Them Softly themselves.

Very clean, not many amenities, but they are all available if you ask. room was a bit noisy because of the flooring, even though I love the cleanliness of the floors it needs to be more soundproof all in all. It was a wonderful stay perfect for what I needed.

This is a well-maintained extended stay hotel, convenient to shopping, stores, Etc and write off of the highway. My only complaints would be the aggravation of hearing somebody above me walking with every footstep day and night. The walls to the left and right are pretty soundproof, so if you're going to stay here try to stay on the 4th floor

Could not find any staff on multiple occasions at the desk. I actually had to listen to private chats from the back room while standing at the front desk for over 10 mins. They have cameras so I assume they knew I was there. My husband also wasn’t able to find staff several times. The rooms were nice except that the noise from above disrupted my sleep.

The walls and floors are thin. We heard everything that went on one floor up and one floor down. EVERYTHING! The elevator smelled of burnt rubber the whole time we were there even though staff tried to mask the smell. The elevator shook and moaned when it went up and came back down and we were only on the 2nd floor.

Manager Cassie is rude, Elevator was broken had to have my pregnant wife walk up 4 flights of stairs, towels were stained, dead bolt didn't work, breakfast is mediocre at best, carpets in hallway are disgusting. Spoke to housekeeping and was told they only clean once a week, never got offered new linens.Cassie manager asked why did i wait til check out to complain. as if moving rooms would have helped the dirty hallways the no housekeeping or the broken Elevator. All that would have done is put me on a higher floor causing me to walk up more stairs. By the way beds are to hard and pillows are to fluffy causing your head to be pushed to high up making for an uncomfortable sleeping experience. I highly recommended the Hyatt place across the street only stayed here because they were booked out. And Cassie said that they called everyone that letting them know that the elevator was broken and i told her i booked Wednesday night and arrived Thursday afternoon she said they called i should her my phone stating thati didnt recieve a call and her response was sir I dont need to see your phone sir. Also for future guest this hotel has actual live in tenets so the good rooms are mostly taken.

I booked this hotel out of necessity as family was coming in from out of town for my mom’s funeral. The hotel was dirty . They were short of breakfast everyday . Customer service was the worst . Front desk service was the worst . They were very rude provided zero solutions and had a bad bad attitude . One of the rooms didn’t have an AC and they didn’t give the guests another room this is in Fl in July this is unacceptable. They messed up the billing and expected guest who left to return to fix the billing . They didn’t give any paper or electronic invoice . They didn’t offer to cslll the guests to get the billing resolved in short they refused to do anything to help customers while we were there I witnessed another unsatisfied guest who was on the phone with customer service complaining about the staff . Front desk staff was Horrible should be fired this is not acceptable

One of the rooms didn’t have an AC and they didn’t give the guests another room this is in Fl in July this is unacceptable. They messed up the billing and expected guest who left to return to fix the billing . They didn’t give any paper or electronic invoice . They didn’t offer to cslll the guests to get the billing resolved in short they refused to do anything to help customers while we were there I witnessed another unsatisfied guest who was on the phone with customer service complaining about the staff . Front desk staff was Horrible should be fired this is not acceptable

The part that stands out the most about the stay was the guest services. The front desk ladies were very helpful, understanding and accommodating! Customer service is very hard to come by these days so it's truly appreciated.

Confusing company policies and poor customer service. We arrived at 11:30pm and were told the elevator was not working and then asked if we still wanted a room. Then we were told that an email had to be provided to complete the check in process. I couldn’t opt out. I had to fill out a parking pass and return it to my car. Before I could go to the room I had to present a credit card and let the hotel put a 100 dollar deposit on it for incidentals. The room was basic but clean but there was a charge for wifi. At checkout I was told the $100 incidental charge would be removed after the cleaning staff got in at 9:00am and inspected the room. Will not stay at this hotel chain again.

Could not find any staff on multiple occasions at the desk. I actually had to listen to private chats from the back room while standing at the front desk for over 10 mins. They have cameras so I assume they knew I was there. My husband also wasn’t able to find staff several times. The rooms were nice except that the noise from above disrupted my sleep.

Really enjoyed my stay. My fiancé and I did not want to leave the room. The bed was so comfortable, shower clean, microwave and kitchen areas clean. Parking was easy, close to a lot of restaurants and shopping.

Location was fantastic. Excellent shopping and restaurants within 1 mile. We stayed one night before a cruise and will do it again. The room was very clean. In fact I took a shower and didn’t want to walk on the floor so I stayed on the bathmat and slid my way through the room. Just for fun I wanted to see how dirty the floor was and when I turned the bath over, it was clean. I was amazed. Just be forewarned there’s kitchen accessories in the room. But they are available for the asking.

It was a mkxutre of ppl who seemed skid row, even druggy, to Moms with their kids, to truckers needing a simple room. To families in the area.. Just be aware of who's watching you when you walk to your car or room. The room also felt mixture of clean and sticky in areas. It was ok.. Close to main things..

Had to avoid the elevator sometimes due to the cigarette smell in it and we have a 1 year old, so if course that's not safe. Also, I believe there was supposed to be no smoking right outside the main entrance doors, but most of the time there were people smoking in that area. Also, I heard someone down the hallway using loud profanity on their phone and i felt a bit unsafe at that time as who knows if it could have turned violent but luckily it didn't.

I did not like that. It was advertised free breakfast and during my whole day at the hotel not one morning was there breakfast there was a muffin and a granola bar one morning. By 7:30 AM there was no food at all. The coffee was not filled at 9:30 one morning. There was no coffee and there were no coffee makers in the hotel room which I’ve never seen in my life ..so we left your hotel. .. and went to another hotel. I will never stay at that location again.

Unsatisfactory. Hotel was overbooked, but after extra effort the desk staff did find an open room that needed repair as the a/c did not work properly. There is no breakfast as advertised. They only had a vending machine with complimentary coffee and packaged snack bars and muffins. There was no hairdryer or kitchenware in the room.

I chose this due to offered breakfast because I like to leave and be gone when traveling. Breakfast on the counter top consisted of one packet of instant oatmeal but no hot water, cup or bowl, or spoon. There also were six very cheap breakfast bars in total. No juice, no fruit, nothing. No, it wasn't time for breakfast to be over. There was caffeinated coffee in a pot with one stoneware cup on the counter. The room was clean but tiny and bare except for one picture repeated throughout the hotel. There was not even a blow dryer. There also was a lot of trash in the grass between the hotel and sidewalk. I won't stay there again.

The room had a musky scent and feel to it. There was a dampness in the air that affected our breathing. The pillows were not comfortable. I found a used bar of soap in the shower with hair on it. The number of towels provided was inadequate. The grab and go breakfast was almost non-existent by 9 a.m. Shower curtain smelled bad. Not enough hangars to hang clothing. The phone in the room didn't work and because it was the weekend, no one was available until Monday or Tuesday to repair it. I also couldn't use the internet due to some service issues that we eventually resolved.

Our stay was nice and quiet, everything was clean and staff were nice! My only two complaints were that the breakfast was lacking with just some granola bars and yogurt. Also there was no pool which I thought was odd especially being about 22 minutes from the beach

Toilet was clogged. Was told at the desk only one plunger on premises and m a intenance goes home at 5. Really how does that work. someone had the plunger in their room. Offered to move us but no.hard to believe that's how this place rolls.

The pictures on the website were beautiful, until you walked into your room. The room has a old nasty smell, the bathroom was cruddy, the bed sheets are hard and scratchy with spots on the sheets. Do not waste your time at this property, I will not return. You will have a better experience at SpringHill suites across the way.
