We stayed here for four nights in early October and it was lovely. Bobby Sue upgraded us from a Cherry motel room to Rosewood Villa 15 with 2 bedrooms with king size beds plus a loft and it was very nice. Had a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, and dishes and utensils. Nice living area with an electric fireplace. Bathroom was nice and big with a great bathtub and shower! My only suggestion would be to install a couple more towel bars, there was only one. The property is very pretty with a little lake and walking trails. The staff we encountered was pleasant and accommodating. Although we ate all our meals in the cabin, there are restaurants in Bethlehem and Littleton which are close by. It was a great base to explore the White Mountains! Thank you Bobby Sue and staff for your hospitality!

We did not want to leave!!! Bobbi-Sue was amazing- answered email questions- made us feel like family! They even had a bonfire going every night for the guests! Cabin was gorgeous - exceeded our expectations and this stay was one of the highlights of our entire bucket list New England visit! Thank you, PMR!!! Bobbi- Sue is such an asset to your company!! Peter and Alexis were great as well!!!! Hope we make it back!!! 5 stars all the way!!!! Be sure to visit these beautiful cabins! Beds were so comfortable!!

We stayed in a cabin at the Presidential. It was spacious, clean, well stocked . The beds were comfortable. There is a lake, playgrounds and even sheep and goats. The staff was more than courteous. They even built a campfire so we could meet our fellow cabin dwellers. The location is excellent for Franconia Notch and the White Mountain adventures.

Excellent customer service from Bobbi Sue! Wicked clean cabin and I felt like we were treated like royalty. Loved hanging out in the Adirondack chairs on the cabin deck and watching the wildlife in the private lake. Also, the outdoor fire was raging and was perfect for our marshmallows and s'mores sticks that are in the office! Would hands down stay at this property again and definitely plan to in the future.

Excellent communication with Front desk staff explaining all details of the stay with directions. We even got an upgrade to a Cabin. The cabin was clean, facing the lake with great mountain views. The cabin was comfortable for 2 people with a full kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!

We have stayed here many times and it is always a wonderful experience. All of the cabins are cozy and clean. Great for a family trip or couples. The cabins have a small kitchen and family room area to hang out in as well as cozy lofts. Bobby Sue is always so helpful each stay! We will definitely keep coming back!

The room was infested with cockroaches which made our trip very uncomfortable.The people were nice.The overall look of the place was nice until we spent two days killing cockroaches for the amount of money we spent.I am not happy with this resort

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The cabin was immaculately clean with all of the amenities for a multiple days stay. We only booked one night and wished that we had planned to stay longer to take advantage of the local hiking options. Littleton is a darling town a mere 5-minute drive away.

We absolutely loved this resort. The views were breathtaking. The cabin was gorgeous and clean. Lots of nice restaurants in the area, we recommend Littleton Freehouse Tarpoon and Schilling Beer Co. We would definitely love to return. Absolutely no negatives.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here in Octber during Fall foliage season. The staff and front desk was friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful. The cabin we stayed in was clean and cozy.We were able to come and go as we please. We can't wait to go back next year. We definitely recommend this resort.

Our stay at PMR was excellent we stayed in pine 4 it was exceptionally clean and ready for us to check in early they left everything we needed for our stay everything was fresh and clean they even supplied extras in case you forget any travel supplies they definitely go above and beyond for their guests I would highly recommend this resort to anyone who is looking to get away

This was an amazing and quiet place to stay. Easy check in and check out. Bed was super comfy! Great WiFi for meetings I had to attend while I was there. Great option for someone conferencing at the Omni resort and can’t afford the room! Thanks again for a perfect stay!

The cabin was very clean and nice. I was not aware of no AC for the cabin. That may have been ok other than the windows did not have screens on them to prevent bugs and critters from possible joining us in the night and evenings.

Bobbi Sue was so helpful and put us in a pond side cabin. My only complaint was the size of the shower. I’m not a large sized person but it was snug. Otherwise absolute dreamy location.

I just feel like the sofa was too small, only one person could comfortably fit there. And the directions on how to get there were a little bit confusing. Also I did not like the fact that they did not have a stove there.

TV not working upon arrival but was eventually fixed. Maintenance guys were very helpful. No shampoo and only a half empty bottle of conditioner in shower. Was brought new and full ones. Then heater was whining loudly and not working and since 30 degrees out needed it so had to reload car and change rooms at 11:00pm. Staff did try to work on things and did get us into a different room. Evening was taken up by all this. Room basic but clean.

Log style cabin recently re-done. The cabin was very nice, clean, plenty of space. Nice snowy landscape. Would love to see it in summer or fall when the snow doesn't exist. Bobbie Sue was fantastic to deal with. I would recommend this place to folks spending time in this area.

Very friendly welcome and check-in with Bobbi-Sue. The room was excellent, beautiful views of the lake, comfortable and cosy furniture, just ideal location to chill out. Well placed to explore northern NH and the White Mountains.

We loved our stay! The cabin was so cozy. Very convenient to some fun local places including Pollys Pancakes, The Rocks Christmas Tree farm for a wonderful hike, the Robert Frost home, Rek-Lis, Super Secret ice cream, Iron Furnace Brewery, and the Franconia art walk.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The cabin was immaculately clean with all of the amenities for a multiple days stay. We only booked one night and wished that we had planned to stay longer to take advantage of the local hiking options. Littleton is a darling town a mere 5-minute drive away.

This was an amazing and quiet place to stay. Easy check in and check out. Bed was super comfy! Great WiFi for meetings I had to attend while I was there. Great option for someone conferencing at the Omni resort and can’t afford the room! Thanks again for a perfect stay!

recently stayed at the Presidential Mountain Resort and it was an excellent experience. The resort was very clean, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The location is fantastic, being close to beautiful waterfalls and the Omni Mount Washington Resort. There are also numerous trails nearby for hiking and cycling, making it an ideal spot for outdoor enthusiasts. I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxing and adventure-filled getaway.

I took my mother for a weekend getaway in mountains. The cabin was very clean and appeared new inside. We rented a 2 bedroom which was perfect for us to each have our privacy. The king beds were comfortable. There was extra loft space upstairs with 2 futons that would be great for a family with kids. Kitchen and bath were clean, fridge, microwave, little keurig and some basic dishes were included. The area was quiet even tho located on a main road. Location was great..easy on and off 93 and next town Littleton only 5 minute ride and had any stores, restaurants needed and a nice downtown area. Only 30 minutes from the Mt Omni washington which was a great trip for nice lunch. Bobbie Sue was fantastic!! She called day prior to confirm my reservation and even moved us to a different cabin because she thought it would be a better view than the one i randomly chose online. She was very welcoming on arrival as well. Great trip!

We stayed here for four nights in early October and it was lovely. Bobby Sue upgraded us from a Cherry motel room to Rosewood Villa 15 with 2 bedrooms with king size beds plus a loft and it was very nice. Had a kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, and dishes and utensils. Nice living area with an electric fireplace. Bathroom was nice and big with a great bathtub and shower! My only suggestion would be to install a couple more towel bars, there was only one. The property is very pretty with a little lake and walking trails. The staff we encountered was pleasant and accommodating. Although we ate all our meals in the cabin, there are restaurants in Bethlehem and Littleton which are close by. It was a great base to explore the White Mountains! Thank you Bobby Sue and staff for your hospitality!

Coziest getaway spot. Bobby-Sue was so, so helpful and kind. This resort didn’t fall short in any area. It was clean and well-kept. The cabin was heated prior to our arrival, and held heat nicely. Full size fridge and freezer, coffee maker with coffee pods, creamer, and sugar. Thoughtful staff made the experience so enjoyable. Daily texts with the anticipated weather and inviting us to campfires with complimentary treats. The bathroom was well stocked and clean. The comforter on the bed was my absolute favorite part, it was so soft and the perfect weight. We stayed in Chestnut 11 and the view was perfect. Staff offered to take our photo together when we stopped by for the complimentary waters and breakfast. Bobby-Sue thank you for making our experience so wonderful. We will see you next year where we are hoping to extend our stay much longer - this is definitely our annual winter vacation spot.

The location was perfect. The room was extremely clean and most importantly, no spider webbs. Coming from Boston Massachusetts was easily accessible. Bobbi Sue is an amazing person. She informed me what locations were open during my stay and suggested nearby places. Will defininately return to this amazing place in the near future highly recommend it. Thank you so much.

We absolutely loved this resort. The views were breathtaking. The cabin was gorgeous and clean. Lots of nice restaurants in the area, we recommend Littleton Freehouse Tarpoon and Schilling Beer Co. We would definitely love to return. Absolutely no negatives.

The property is on a beautiful mountain setting next to a pond with fountains in the pond KNIGHT there are fire pits for campfires playground for the kids, beautiful facilities. We had a class reunion there. The manager is so helpful with anything we needed. We would highly recommend this for functions and just coming up to stay in the fall. The rooms are spacious with beautiful views.

I was a little worried about sending a picture of my license needed for check-in. Once on property procedure was explained to me about needing picture. It is not very senior citizen friendly as no railings down to bedroom downstairs. Maybe just a heads up that seniors (we are 74 and 77 Yrs old) need to be very cautious. It would also be great if there was a coffee maker similar to ones found in hotels/motels/inns along with coffee. Do try the Cold Mountain Cafe - excellent Thank you for the great stay
