The bathroom sink water pressure in the sink sucks. The water never got hot and you can barely feel it running. When I needed to rise a rag or something I did it in the bathtub. The sink wasn’t even good enough for brushing your teeth. What’s up with the one raggadey elevator with the blue psycho ward padding on the walls. The bath towels are tiny(glad I bring my own). I asks for a king bed in my reservation and got two doubles. Any money spent and I didn’t get what I wanted is too much money spent

The staff themselves were very nice and seemed interested in helping. However, I reported 2 light bulbs out in my room and although I was told someone wd replace them, no one did. No one refreshed the in-room coffee from day to day. Breakfast choices were very limited and not at all healthy. Computer in "business area" wd not turn on. No grounds at all to walk outside, just parking lot.

The property itself could use some serious maintenance. The outdoor pool is not functional, the lobby floor wasn't very well-cleaned, and my husband and I both passed on breakfast each day because of the items available, but the staff was friendly and helpful and the location was good for my short business trip in Greensboro.

This hotel is an older building, and maintenance in the entire hotel is not performed in an adequate manner. I have images of eight or more problem spots throughout the hotel. Some of these things are an easy fix and we do not understand why this place is in such a deplorable shape. One of the problems is that the pool has been closed since the beginning of the year and this is the later part of August. Also, some of the advertising had a hot tub listed. There is no hot tub. The front desk staff is very nice. We want to especially thank Salina for her happy smile, her willingness to help right away when it was in her power, and for just generally being a super employee. The Continental Breakfast is not a continental breakfast. There was no bread, no jelly, no cold cuts. The Jimmy Dean Sausage Croissants are not part of Continental Breakfast and were gross when heated. All in all, we believe that we paid too much for this establishment. I do not know why they have an 8 rating on Expedia. I looked at 2025 reviews and they are all 1 stars.

Ali checked us in and we arrived late at night and tired. He was friendly and polite. Our room key initially didn’t work so when I went downstairs to replace it he offered to come upstairs to ensure it worked. He didn’t have to do that so I consider his service above and beyond. Great job young man! The one thing I’ll say needs improvement is the fitness room. Please add some wipes and water for sanitary purposes. It appeared clean but I needed something to wipe down the equipment after I used it.

The pool was not open and the bathroom had mold in the ceiling.

The hotel overall was good, the vending selections were very limited. 2 dollars for a can soda is a bit over priced, and a bottle would have been more convenient.

This property is very basically for a good nice rest BUT nothing else. The amenities are limited. We were not told the pool was closed/broken until after checking in.

05/09/2025 - SO SURPRISINGLY DISAPPOINTED!! Maybe it was a combination of the brand name, photos and my prior experience with the chain, but boy was I not expecting the poor experience we got here for the price point. This hotel was built in 2019, a short 6 years ago so to have as many issues as it presented with was mind boggling to me. Upon arrival we felt pretty good. Front desk staff was courteous enough. We traveled with elderly parents, arrived at 1:30PM, asked if rooms were ready and if so, could we check-in early. The young lady at the counter said “sure, you can check in early for $30 extra per room”…first red flag. Because the weather was nice, we decided to take advantage of the two wrought iron benches directly outside the entrance until the 3:00PM check-in time. The furniture in the lobby looked decent enough from afar but once you got up on it you can tell immediately that upholstery cleaning was not a priority here. Regular maintenance can take furniture a long way. I pray that I’ve been a decent enough human being to be going to heaven because if there was an elevator to hell this must be what it feels like. It continues to have the moving pads up on the inside and the way that thing loudly banged & shook as if it slammed into something on each passing floor was crazy, and it bounced & shuttered each time you got to the ground level, you sort of held your breath for a few seconds hoping that once it settled the damn doors would open, jeeez. Front desk was very nice. Rooms were in poor condition. Bad odors and not very clean.

Hotel was very clean as well as the room. Came for the Blake Shleton concert and a shuttle was offered by another company, this made it so much easier and less stressful to get to the coliseum.

The facility was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The bed was comfortable, but the room wasn't very presentable. The bathroom mirror was dirty, there were stains on the carpet, and what looks to be rust in the refrigerator.

Hotel had an immediate odor upon arrival. My child was in the floor of the room for a few short minutes and his feet were black from filth. Beds were rock hard. Not enough water pressure to even wet your toothbrush. One of my worst stays.

The room had an extremely bad odor, it was like a mix of garbage, bad body odor and chlorine. Even using Lysol didn’t help. The carpets were stained in the room. The tile floor was sticky, had dirt marks. The shower walls had marks. Lights were not properly functioning. Vents were dirty. I shouldn’t have to go to the store to buy cleaning products to clean a bathroom and floors for a room I’m paying to stay in. The elevator floor has cracked tiles hat when stepped on it lifted where someone could get hurt. The walls were scratched in general hallways. I’m in shock for a Radisson chain to be like this.

Very clean

I was very disappointed to find the bathroom that was not clean. found hair strands in the bathtub and toilet was not clean. The floor does not look vacuumed. There was broken shelf in the bathtub. The light was out in the bathroom. The light bulb of the lamp (next to bed) was missing. The curtain was not closed good. no blackout. The bright light came in the morning and woke me up real earlier. unhappy. no napkins in the breakfast area. the counter was not clean. very disappointed. I did complain to the front desk all i got was thank you!

Room smelled of smoke, did not clean my room for a two night visit. Thin walls

We stayed one night, a Wednesday night. The check-in and check-out process was good. My biggest concern and complaint was the room I was staying in, Room 407, had evidence of a room leak above the bed and mold was on the celing at this point. Very bad. This brings my whole overall review of the property to a grade of "Terrible". This wasn' something new, it had been there a while and nothing being done. The other complaint was the shower not having any water pressure through the nozzle to remotely come close to a "spray". The sink had pressure, but not the shower. For the price per night, breakfast could have been more to it. Other hotels with similar pricing, had hot meats and eggs.

I was so happy that the rooms were spacious AND CLEAN!! The gentleman at the front desk, Ali, was wonderful!! I cannot say enough about him. Pleasant & attentive. My husband and I were surprised at the breakfast every day. The coffee was DELICIOUS! We will be back!

Room was large and clean, little dated. No ports to charge anything. For today's time, that very frustrating and a cheap fix. Got there 2 hours early and they wanted to charge me an additional $30. The room was ready and there were only 5 cars in the parking lot (I counted). Very frustrating 😑. I'd understand if the place was packed and they needed time to clean and prepare, but this was not the case. I stayed in a the largest king suite they have. Batroom was clean, but was showing age. Was some small bits of trash on floor. Bed was comfortable and room was large. NO CHARGING PORTS OF ANYKIND! pi found thus frustrating. I usually stay at Marriott and hilton, but this place was in the same parking lot, so I decided to save $40. Was it worth it, not really. Its simply that with the others it seems like customer service and needs are of utmost importance and concern. Here, it seems a little cold, sterile and becoming dated! Breakfasts was good, but not much to offer. It was the best apple and orange juice I've had at a hotel of any caliber. (I've stayed in many around the country and world 🌎 numerous time. I share that for context only .) Would I stay here again. I paid $80, so it was very much a value price decision for what I would call a very value based hotel. I Never felt unsafe, parking lot was lit, customer service was adequate. Yes, I'd stay for $80 or less. Anything more than that, then no. Much better places in the area at a slightly higher price point.

From the outside and the lobby, this location seems nice but once you get to your room it's a different story. The curtains are full of stains, the bathroom was filthy like it had not been cleaned after the last guests, and the rooms needed to be updated. Our room also smelled like old water or mildew every time we entered it.

Whoever was in the room above us, Made such noise all night. Banging, stomping, moving furniture, slamming room door. It was loud from 8-12am. Miserable.

There was a child in the room above me that ran back and forth from 7:45 pm past 10:30 pm. I called the front desk and the woman said she knew who it was and would take care of it which was at 9:20 pm. That never happened and I called over and over with no one answering the phone! Really restful when I had to get up at 5 am!!! Will never stay here again!

Do not stay here! The older gentleman that works the overnight shift lacks basic customer service skills and tends to over talk you instead of listening and as a result he charged my card TWICE! When I pointed this out to him, he brushed me off and said that I had to wait for management, no accountability, no apology, nothing!! Definitely not the southern hospitality I received from other establishments in the area!

Everything was excellent. Easy checkin. Excellent staff. Excellent room. Missed breakfast, but had jet lag from trip. Not one glitch!!!

Facilities were very clean ans staff was very friendly and professional

My experience at this Country Inn & Suites was unfortunately very mediocre. When I arrived, the front desk clerk completely ignored me even after finishing her phone call — I had to walk up and say, “Hey, I’m here to check in.” The $100 incidental deposit felt excessive, especially since I was only staying one night. It felt like I was paying for the room twice. The atmosphere wasn’t great either — there were several strange people hanging around the front entrance, which made me uncomfortable. Finally, at checkout, the front desk staff barely acknowledged me and spent more time on her cell phone than interacting with me. Overall, this stay did not meet my expectations, and I will not be returning to this location.

I have never had this happen before after staying at many hotels over the course of my life, but we were assigned a room that was already preoccupied by another guest. Somehow, the fact that this room was already occupied had not been recorded and we were met with screaming and yelling (rightfully so) from the other guest who was asleep when we attempted to enter the room we had been assigned.

We didnt stay. Traveling with children, arrived around 10pm, entire surrounding area and property was infiltrated with homeless and drug activity. Woman shooting up right at corner of drive to hotel. Multiple individuals drinking alcohol in paper bags gathered all around the area. No feeling of safety whatsoever. Dont book here

Lots of homeless people around the hotel(s) area. Walked over to a nearby restaurant and saw a needle on the ground by the sidewalk. The people reminded me of the walking dead show. You can tell the addicts like the area since it’s populated.

Great location.

The area wasn't a good area. There was prostitutes walking up and down the streets. The rooms weren't equipped properly. There wasn't a toilet paper holder at all. No trash can in the bathroom. The food area wasn't adequate. They use dollar tree paper towels for napkins. All of the juices for juice station was constantly out. The back was missing from the tv remote and all the buttons wasn't operational. It was supposed to have a microwave in the room but didn't. Overall you could tell that they were doing the very cheap minimum.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The location was super sketch and the hotel fixtures were very low quality.

Very nice hotel located conveniently near many restaurants and shopping. We stayed to attend a concert at the Greensboro Coliseum which was a very short distance away. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

It was easily convenient to the coliseum. Lots of food options around.

Breakfast was a little limited….but free, so there’s that. Probably not the best part of town. Hotel shares a parking area with at least 2 other hotels so there were always enough cars and other people around where it didn’t seem unsafe.

We stayed here for one night and really enjoyed it! We came to town for a concert and the hotel’s location was convenient and close to the Greensboro coliseum. Definitely will be staying here again for any future events. Hotel was really clean and comfortable. Staff was really nice and helpful. Thank you!

Overall ok. No pool No conference center breakfast was horrible frozen bagels no eggs no sausage

My stay was a very pleasant one. Property was clean and staff very professional. And the price was very AFFORDABLE!! Only one suggestion regarding breakfast....try having more options other than waffles, cereal, and toast. Some hot options would be nice and better quailty syrup. The syrup did not taste good. But other than that, I am coming back again when I am in the Greensboro area.

Breakfast was sub par. No bread. Waffle machine was not working. No eggs, sausage, bacon or cheese.

We enjoyed our stay well enough. Rooms were clean, not as much the rest of the facilities. The breakfast left a lot to be desired but wasn't terrible.

The breakfast is horrible. There is no toast, bagels or english muffins. I was only there 2 nights but I thought how cheap that is. I made a waffle the first morning and the second morning I had a bowl of cereal.

The hotel was clean however the light going into the room was blown so we walked into a dark room and one of the bulbs in the bathroom was blown. Breakfast was a very slim picking. There were waffles and cereal along with coffee and juice. There was no protein such as eggs, bacon or sausage.

Lights did not work in room. Breakfast was poor. Outside was really dirty.

Breakfast is a joke. Marginally clean.
