Brand new hotel. Location is quite convenient. At proximity from Marseille Cathedral. If you like to walk it is not that far from Vieux Port. Ideal for those having to take a boat to North Africa or Corsica. Breakfast is very good, thanks to the excellent product they use. Excellent cheese, choice of healthy cereal, bio product, fresh fruit juice… Room are good with sufficient space. Missing a gym.

Very well located hotel close to points of interest and also public transport. Comfy bed and clean room, staff is friendly and self service laundry room saved my life. Would definitely stay again. Didn’t breakfast so can’t evaluate it if it’s worth the price you pay (€18)

Bathroom mirror needs replacing as the water has destroyed the backing. The shower showerhead needs fixing and you need better pillows. Otherwise, the bed was super comfortable, and the place was very, very clean.

Residhome Marseille is a lovely new & modern hotel in a quiet street in La Joliette but well situated with just a 10-15 minute walk to the old port & shops. In the opposite direction a few minutes walk takes you to Le Docks Village & Les Terrasses Du Port indoor shopping centre. The Metro, bus & tram services are all nearby with very regular service. A short bus ride takes you up to the Notre Dame De La Garde with fantastic views of the city & a lovely restaurant & the old streets of Le Panier are also nearby with lovely little shops & cafes. We were in a studio for 2 which was perfect, very clean with a big comfortable bed. The kitchen area had a fridge, microwave & two ring hob & a nice touch was complimentary tea, coffee, sugar & two bottles of water. Without exception all the staff were very efficient, friendly & helpful which made our stay very enjoyable. We had a great holiday & would highly recommend Residhome Marseille.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, which made my experience even more comfortable. The newly furnished rooms were stylish and cozy, providing a perfect space to relax. I also felt very safe throughout my stay, as the hotel is in a secure location with great service. The comfortable beds and well-maintained facilities made my stay even better. The room was well equipped but, while the Air Conditioning worked well, it is set to 22 degrees Celsius or 72 fahrenheit, and cannot be decreased from there. Reception confirmed that this is a building-wide policy. This is uncomfortably warm! Otherwise the hotel was great. Excellent location, loads to do.

Everything was good in terms of convenience and easy to explore Marseille. The room is spacious and the kitchen has good cutlery and utensils for cooking. Only one negative is that for soundproof rooms as advertised on Expedia...I can hear the sounds of kids crying and running in the hallway and above me.

The suite was perfect for our family. There were plenty of towels, robes and snacks. The AC worked well, which was a relief in the heat. The shower was a bit awkward but was fine for 2 days. We would definitely return!

This is a wonderful property. My room was enormous - all white and immaculate! Large bathroom with both tub and shower, writing desk, dinette table and a complete kitchen with cookware and utensils. The hotel is located on a quiet street just steps away from the Le Panier district. Tram, bus and Metro are within easy walking distance. The staff is pleasant, helpful and professional.

Excellent place to stay In Marseille. Easy walking to the old port and centre. Metro and tram nearby for other places to visit. The staff were very personable and nothing was too much trouble. Comfortable beds, clean rooms.

This is a clean, cute, affordable hotel. I stayed 2 days in Marseille and I walked everywhere I wanted to go from here. They let me store my luggage on arrival to do sightseeing. They were kind. They let me check in early.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, viel Platz, gute Klimaanlage. Wir hatten Studio zum Hof, das war sehr ruhig. Gute Lage zum Erkunden der Stadt, nur 10 Minuten vom Mucem.

This is a wonderful property. My room was enormous - all white and immaculate! Large bathroom with both tub and shower, writing desk, dinette table and a complete kitchen with cookware and utensils. The hotel is located on a quiet street just steps away from the Le Panier district. Tram, bus and Metro are within easy walking distance. The staff is pleasant, helpful and professional.

Superbe hôtel bien placé personnel sérieux et disponible. Chambre bien insonorisée bien équipée et spacieuse. Bonne literie Avec kitchenette très très bien équipée elle aussi. Le petit déjeuner est de qualité. Un peu cher 18€ tout de même.

The property was excellent, we actually tried to cancel our Paris reservation at a different hotel to stay at a residhome and we couldn’t, we will definetly look for this chain next time we come to Europe. Things to improve: not dish soap available, toilet paper was so small it was never enough, breakfast was too expensive for what it was, other than that pretty perfect

The property and the room were both clean and the room was spacious, with an attached kitchenette. What I was disappointed with was that tea and coffee were only provided for the first night's stay, which I learned when I asked for tea/coffee on the second night (the staff member was very kind to give me some despite this rule). For a four star hotel, rationing tea/coffee for only one night is very cheap and falls below the standard I would expect for this star rating.

Séjour parfait dans cet établissement, idéalement situé pour découvrir la ville. La Major, des restaurants, une supérette, station de métro, tram et bus à proximité à pied. Vieux Port à une vingtaine de minutes à pied également. Le studio Executive est excellent, insonorisé et climatisé. Parfait pour se reposer après de longues journées de balades ensoleillées. Le coin cuisine est très pratique pour se préparer à manger, même si nous n'avons préparé que des salades. :-) Si vous optez pour la formule Executive, des snacks salés et sucrés ainsi que des boissons fraîches, thé, dosettes Nescafé et capsules Nespresso sont inclus pendant le séjour. Pour l'apéro et le petit déjeuner, c'était un vrai plus, nous avons apprécié. Je recommande sans hésiter!

Lovely hotel. Well located. Room was clean and kitchenette was well equipped. Staff were friendly, warm and on hand. Unfortunately, email communications was poor and I had to ring hotel re number of beds in room. That didn't yield a satisfactory response but it was all sorted on the day.

Très bon séjour au Residhome Marseille ! L'emplacement est idéal : nous avons pu laisser notre voiture en toute sécurité dans le parking souterrain de l'établissement et faire l'ensemble de nos visites entièrement à pied pour découvrir cette magnifique ville. Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner, complet et très bon, parfait pour bien démarrer la journée. Enfin, un grand merci au personnel pour son accueil chaleureux, sa courtoisie et sa disponibilité. Une adresse que nous recommandons sans hésiter pour un séjour marseillais réussi !

This is located a bit further out from the city but close to the museums and the Terrasse shopping centre. The studio is clean and simply furnished. I slept comfortably and its quiet area so I felt rested. I had the breakfast as i arrived after 1am so had no time to go for groceries. The buffet breakfast has everything you require - lots of pastries, croissants, hot meals, cereals, fruit. It is a bit pricy at €18. One of the comments I would mention is that they deduct €200 as a deposit when you arrive and it takes a couple of days for it to be credited. Also I did try to email the hotel using the hotel.com message facility but I didnt receive an answer. I had to use another email provided on its own website to check if they were open as i heard there were floods in Marseille. But all in, its a nice place to stay and you have all you need there. Having a kettle and fridge are always handy.
