Loved our stay. The lobby area was so cute and cozy. The staff friendly and obviously proud of their beautiful hotel. We also enjoyed the well equipped workout room and quiet meditation room. Really lovely hotel and our king room was large and comfortable. Will be back!

Old brick building in downtown, very updated and comfortable rooms, a/c worked very well, shower was super roomy and shower head was downright therapeutic with its intense water pressure. Only bummer was broken elevator. Greet dinner and breakfast options a short walk away, but rooftop restaurant is cool if you have a rez, downstairs bar is cozy and on-site marketplace has versatile selection of snacks/drinks. Workout room was adequate but didn’t use. Would stay again when in town! And recommend you do so, too. The hippie vibe isn’t overbearing, plus there was not a whiff of patchulli oil. Hooray!

The rooftop was a welcomed surprise. Fire pits, comfy seating and a beautiful view made it a great and cozy spot to play board games with the kids while enjoying hot beverages.

Everything was fine but parking. Staff says the academy allows hotel guests to use the spots but I wasn’t sure so I parked in public parking across the road. It would be preferred if the hotel would place signs that state where their parking is.

Easy to recommend this Redmond landmark. Love onsite coffee shop and rooftop restaurant/bar. Fine dining and full bar onsite as well. Easy free parking.

It is a loud neighborhood, but you are provided earplugs and a sound machine. We were on the 3rd floor, and the elevator was out 3 days so we ended up having to carry our luggage down the day of our departure. But honestly if you are there to hike then stairs should not be an issue. The staff was friendly and met any need we had. Overall, I would be happy to stay there again.

Nice room- comfy bed and uncomfortable couch. Rooftop bar sometimes closed for events. Lots of restaurants on site. Elevator was broken - not ideal for us with a large bag and toddler. No dedicated parking- but lots of street parking available.

I liked the vibe/style of the property and the staff of the hotel was kind. However, we attended a concert nearby and were disappointed that the hotel bar didn't stay open longer on a Saturday night when we returned to the hotel. We were hungry after being at the concert for hours and it would have been nice if there had been restaurant-type food offerings rather than just grab-and-go stuff when we returned.

We spent seven nights here and were very comfortable! The room and property is immaculately clean. We didn’t notice any noise. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The deli is good and handy. We didn’t try the restaurant next door but I’d guess it’s just as nice. Some reviews complained about the parking but we were able to park right out the front door every time. If you are abit tired of the generic hotels this place is for you! Just different enough to be fun. We would absolutely stay here again

Carpet areas smell damp, room upstairs kept waking us up, under the pull out bed needed a vacuum, bad!!!! Everything else was fine. Roof top was beautiful!!! Great service.

My friend and I where having a girls weekend away. When we first walked into the hotel it was a charming older hotel that they had been renovated. It had a little musky smell to it. When we went up to our room there was a smell that smelled like a sewer. We dealt with it the first night. The next day we went to our room and boy…. It was bad! We had to go get a candle and room spray. Couldn’t handle anymore. Went to the front desk. They where willing to move us but the whole floor smelled just as bad. They did offered us a $100 refund but we would never stay there again.

The hotel itself was very nice when we walked in. Clean comfortable lobby for sure. The staff was nice too. Our room was also nice but we did find makeup on 2 of our pillows, the toilet was dirty & there was no soap in the shower. Yes, I did address these items the next day & they did take care of them but when you’re tired & just want a shower & clean bed, it’s disappointing. Also, just be aware, this is not a quiet hotel. Downtown noise, including train whistles, car noise, & sirens. Also, doors don’t fully seal & lots of light comes in. They do provide ear plugs but they don’t muffle a whole lot. Probably won’t stay here again.

Hotel was great and staff/service were also on point. The one issue I cannot seem to understand is why the construction work next door needed to start at 5am. The demolition and disposal of materials in the adjacent property got off to an early start on Tuesday morning. And the windows of my corner room weren't well equipped to block out the sound. Other than that - great experience by the SCP team as usual!

Room was clean and okay for our stay. However, the HVAC situation was not good. The unit is in the middle of the already small room; it was loud; and it did not really work well (it would cycle between blowing coolish air and warmish humid air).

Extremely loud. The hotel was in a good location right downtown. The bar and restaurants were good. Everything was great until it was time to sleep. The beds were comfortable but the traffic noise from the roads was ridiculously loud. There was a train that came through every hour that that woke us up every time blaring its airhorn. There is ear plugs on the night stands for this very reason I would assume. We didn't wear them as we didn't know it would be so loud. The windows and walls are thin as this is an old hotel. I can't emphasize enough how loud the outside ambient noise was. I wouldn't stay there again just based on this alone.

Very nice modernized and relaxing room setting. A lot of nice touches to keep you in a relaxed and comfy mood. Beautiful hotel and loved the downtown area, I walked around a lot to visit the local shops and eateries. Only thing the hotel room didn't have, but it was my fault for assuming, was a TV in the room, and I understand why, but it was fine. I had my laptop with me anyway, so I was able to stream at the end of the night with their free wifi. Staff was great and friendly, and the mattress and pillow were extremely comfy. Overall, an amazing experience, I would stay here again for sure if I return to Redmond again. Very nice city overall too, I love my visit.

I can’t believe I paid $300 for this small cramped room. They had 5 rooms that didn’t have a TV. That happened to be our first room. They did move us to a room with a queen bed and a pI’ll put sofa bed. I slept on the sofa bed. Again this room was not worth $300.

Had a 3 night stay at SCP. Comfortable room. No microwave, no coffee machine. Coffee availible in the Lobby 24/7. The HVAC left something to be desired. Noisy and runs off an on continuously. Front desk suggested I turn it off to sleep. That worked fine, room went from 70 to 63 in 8 hours, still cozy. Ice is availible at the front desk upon request. Many restaurants in the vacinity are closed Sunday evening so the downtown after dark is pretty deserted.

Property seems to be in a great, young vibrant area. Love to see an older property refurbished instead of knocked down and all new. The gentleman who checked me in was great, but by the time I parked my car and returned, he was gone. That was unfortunate as his replacement seemed nice enough, and was hopefully a new employee, as she did not convey a level of confidence nor knowledge I thought necessary for the night shift. The attached bar was way too busy for one bartender who was making specialty cocktails. While I appreciate she made the drinks in “order” time management also includes knowing when to pour a glass of wine or beer in between the time consuming creation of a specialty cocktail. My food came up and I still waited for my glass of wine. Not that big of deal. She was slammed and some sort of GM/management person needed to jump in and do Something.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Front desk staff amazing! Be staff superb! Upper terrace a delight especially at sunset! Delicious food at dinner. Rooms well kept and appointed. Will absolutely stay here again!

Since we had to vacate our rental house at 10:00, we were prepared for a long wait before check in. BUT, to our surprise we were offered an early check in and did not have to wait 5 and 1/2 hours to be in our room. WONDERFUL staff.

Really great spot to stay in Redmond. Was a small bit of confusion at check- in but by the time my wife and I came back from dinner it had been resolved and we were even upgraded. Front desk staff bent over backwards to make sure we were happy with our accommodations. Really impressive service. And why I'd come back here in a second.

I prefer staying in Redmond over Bend on my way to SoCal. SCP is an old school unique friendly welcoming space amidst a walkable small downtown with excellent restaurants.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and sincere. We felt really welcome. The accommodation looks wonderful. It was tidy and clean and felt spacious. The food was superb. It’s close to Smith Rock State Park which is ideal. Because it’s an old building it can be a little noisy. But the rest of it makes it all good.

Loved the cafe and restaurant within the hotel…also the hotel is very close to Redmond Airport, which was convenient for us since we had an early flight the next morning.

Unique and amazing hotel with history. It's in the heart of Redmond, next to all the shops and restaurants. And the balcony was adorable with great views of three sisters.

This is an older hotel in the middle of town but it is updated and clean. It’s very chic I’d say. It’s a boutique vibe hotel, nice lobby area and bar. Parking is free on the street and their parking lot is close. We went to a concert at Duffy’s Watering Hole, which was very close. Good central location to a lot of activities around town. We had a basic room, but it had a nice sitting area in addition to the bedroom. Bathroom was pretty spacious. Bed was comfortable. There is a little street noise, but they provide earplugs and it didn’t bother us. Would stay there again.

The heathy, locally sourced food/drink options were fantastic. Everything we ate was delicious and it was a welcome change from the typical offerings at most hotels. The room was incredibly noisy. They are aware as there was earplugs bedside. We really enjoyed the location and did a lot of walking the neighborhood, shopping and eating at the local restaurants. It is a pain in the butt to get ice for our room. With all the food options, there was no way to get room service. Not a big deal but would've been a nice bonus. Bummed we couldn't eat at the rooftop bar because of lightning in the area but I did check it out and it looked like a fantastic place to soak in the views and sun. Parking was not very convenient and it would've been nice if they had the front clearly marked for loading/unloading suitcases, golf bags, etc.

I can’t enough great things about this hotel! It is a super crazy and unique place. It’s one of my favorite hotels I’ve ever been in! Picture someone like Chip and Joanna Gaines coming in to decorate a hotel with the west culture in mind. It’s absolutely adorable, with amazing restaurants, all located in the sweet downtown area of Redmond.

Customer service especially from the younger staff was great. Facility location is very convenient and surrounded by good restaurants, coffee shops, parks. A great option outside of Bend. Food and drink was good overall. Only had one issue with coffee and bagel but otherwise excellent. Will stay again and would recommend to anyone. Make sure you visit the rooftop. A great view and service but a shame they sometimes close it before sunset.

The staff here delivers 5 star service. High-touch and personal. I felt like I was staying at a Four Seasons! My room was spacious, meticulously cleaned and mostly quiet aside from some street noise (they provide earplugs which is a nice touch ) The restaurant and bar are fantastic too. Great vegetarian options and the sangria is a must try.

A very nice hotel and very eco friendly. Nice amenities. Great bar offering imaginative cocktails. Food was very good. Only issue we had was our room was directly below the rooftop bar so the room was noisy. I would recommend this place just not a room located below the rooftop bar. 😉

Easy to recommend this Redmond landmark. Love onsite coffee shop and rooftop restaurant/bar. Fine dining and full bar onsite as well. Easy free parking.

I liked the vibe/style of the property and the staff of the hotel was kind. However, we attended a concert nearby and were disappointed that the hotel bar didn't stay open longer on a Saturday night when we returned to the hotel. We were hungry after being at the concert for hours and it would have been nice if there had been restaurant-type food offerings rather than just grab-and-go stuff when we returned.

Great location the staff was awesome and the lobby itself was really cool. However, the rooms are cheaply furnished. It looks like they went to IKEA seven years ago and haven’t replaced any of the furniture since. My reason for the lower score on the review is simply because of the price they charge per night. I would have expected the room to be furnished a little more high-end.

We loved our stay here! Staff were amazing and so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and had nice amenities. We spent a few hours on the rooftop enjoying a drink and watching the sun set. We never had been to Redmond but we plan on returning!

We found a little diamond that cares about their guests. We stayed for 2 nights as a weekend getaway. The staff was great but Katie stood out amongst all the staff. We encountered an unusual situation with the floor above ours. Katie made things right without hesitation. We would stay again in a heartbeat. The only downside is lack of storage in the room to unpack our suitcase into. Otherwise, we love this boutique hotel.
