Bad wifi in room in most areas of the hotel. They advertised on Booking. com that many languages were spoken at the reception. However, all employees at the hotel only spoke Spanish. Hence, difficult to ask for advice and receive good service that you would expect from a hotel at this level. All in all we expected more from this hotel at that price.

The hotel is really run down and extremely overpriced. Sofa bed is terribly uncomfortable, kitchen is poorly equiped, dishes are dirty, check-in lasted forever although I was first in line. Breakfast was real disappointment. We got the apartment in the lowest floor with the view of the hotel garage. There was no privacy on our balcony and there was constant noise coming from cars and people. The only good thing about our stay is that it lasted only one day.

Staff responded to our requests promptly, heated jacuzzi and rooftop patio delightful. Views are beautiful. Walking distance to Guatape is a very big bonus. Rooms have glass windows floor to ceiling so the noise from the town is terrible at night due to loud concert music. They are building a shopping mall directly across the street and the rooms facing this will hear noise from banging metal and Jackhammers, even on weekends. 7am onward every day. Room service brought cold eggs for breakfast but at least it didn't take long.
