Canopy by Hilton Sao Paulo Jardins

I had a four night stay in April 2026 that went better than expected. It’s like the equivalent of a 3.5-4 star boutique hotel in the US. The room was big and clean, the bathroom was modern and clean and housekeeping was good (although mostly only spoke Portuguese). I saw some reviews complain about the area and it being down an alley but it’s a nice, quiet, safe residential neighborhood with some really nice houses. It’s a short walk to the main business avenue (although up a hill) but there are some nice restaurants a few mins walk away I wish I had the chance to try. The breakfast was fresh and good with decent selections. One day I tried to order just fries to snack on at like 3pm but they couldn’t make them. The staff was apologetic though. Overall my interactions with staff were all cordial and good. The gym is a bit small but if you run, the main park is about 0.75 miles away. My one complaint was the walls were a bit thin so occasionally heard hall noise or doors slamming. And there was a water drip coming off the roof or something outside my room. Normally I’m sensitive to noises like that but it didn’t affect my sleep. They also stored my luggage for a few hours after check out with no problem. Would recommend

Excellent location. It feels like you’re living in the neighborhood. Friendly staff. Rooms have everything you need. This a perfect place if you want a great location, clean facilities, great service. The breakfast was good, not a huge variety of options but has enough selection. I prefer nice boutique hotels with excellent service and this was exactly what I received!
