The Gordon Hotel exceeded expectations. The staff was exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. Carlita’s Rooftop was the perfect location for our corporate event, offering a memorable atmosphere, excellent food and drinks, and a beautiful setting. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.

The Gordon Hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I stayed at the Gordon for 4 nights in September 2026. The entire experience was exceptional. The staff, in particular, were happy and attentive. If you are going to be in Eugene, this is your place.

Staff welcomed me as a late check in and my stay was excellent. Clean, a super comfortable bed with luxurious bedding. And the best hotel shower ever!!!

This is a beautiful hotel with some nice bonus amenities and located near restaurants and shopping. We were fortunate to be there on a Saturday morning when the market was just a few blocks away. I highly recommend this exquisite hotel.

We have stayed at The Gordon Hotel several times over the past several years. The staff are always welcoming and helpful to ensure our stay goes well. The location of the hotel is excellent and within walking distance of several restaurants and river walks. What has changed however is the general ageing with the hotel itself. It is showing some wear-and-tear in the public areas. More so in our rooms; some items did not work, drawers would not stay closed, a/c hard to turn on and control, and so forth. The hotel would benefit from updating its amenities and refurbishment.
