Walking in staff was rude, walking though hallways carpet was extremely dirty, stains everywhere, and nasty smell all through hallways, had to change rooms immediately walking into room damages in the room main room tv didn’t work, living room TV was broken, toilet kept running. Finally changed rooms immediately walking and pull out sofa was stain and torn cushions. DO NOT STAY HERE, find somewhere else not worth it.

The building needs maintenance; it looks old and run-down, the carpets smell bad , and it is evident that they aren't cleaned very often. They need to improve housekeeping planning; we arrived at four in the afternoon, and the room still wasn't ready, so we couldn’t have rest after sport tournament. When you pay for breakfast in advance, they don't tell you it's à la carte rather than a buffet; if you're in a hurry, you have to wait for the breakfast to be prepared, and by then, you don't have much time left. The ice machine wasn't working; we had to carry the coolers down to the first floor, and there was nothing to fill them with.

There was construction going on, on our floor. Plastic all over the floor due to it. Smell was strong. The pool was the worse part. It was green and dirty ,there was slime on the bottom of the pool also. It said they sold breakfast and the cafeteria was never open.

The overall stay was fine. Disappointed in the breakfast. We were on a schedule and there seemed to be only one person working the restaurant. It was a made-to-order set- up and took too long. Would have liked a few grab’n go options

Room was clean, staff was horrible. Nobody knows anything at the front desk, it’s always the manager has to do this or that!!! I checked out early and they refused to refund my money after I was told I would get my money.
