Friendly lobby staff, even walked me up to my room. Clean room, to die for breakfast that was included, friendly breakfast staff,and hotel was situated in a great area. Felt super safe. Security at the front entrance as well. Super recommended

Read my previous review where I give a little more detail. But I’ll stay at this property again. Please include Decaf coffee options (it’s Colombia) we all want to enjoy a coffee even if we can’t have caffeine. Restaurants could also use non alcoholic beers and mocktails, as well as a healthier breakfast that has some gluten free, vegetarian and no sugar options. Also please include at least one bottle of complimentary water per room to get guests started upon arrival. Service at the hotel is excellent. Location is super conveniente and overall is a very nice and well run property.
