Buen hotel, muy completo, aunque no se dan abasto con el estacionamiento, tienen que mejorar eso y considerar un elevador por que está pesado subir tantos pisos con maletas!

La ubicación es muy buena. Es un buen lugar para dormir El wifi funciona super bien.

En general bueno el único inconveniente es que no hay elevadores para las personas de las tercera edad !

Está limpio en general, lo que no me agrado es que no dan más papel higiénico ( solo ponen 2 rollos y dure 4 noches, éramos 4 personas) o shampo y solo cambian las toallas si lo pides, son amables, está muy bien ubicado y la zona es muy tranquila y hay comercios cerca, el estacionamiento no es muy amplio, si te quieres estacionar debes llegar temprano o no alcanzas lugar y ya tienes que dejar el auto en la calle

Muy buen hotel, aunque es más estilo ejecutivo es muy conveniente por el precio y por la comodidad, de todos los hoteles durante el recorrido por la península de Yucatán es el que mejor WIFI ha tenido, limpieza, el colchón pese a ser de memory foam es cómodo, te dan botellas de agua y cápsulas de café, excelente!! Piden un depósito pero te lo regresan obvio si no has hecho desmanes en la habitación así que todo bien, esta algo retirado del centro pero del ado de la calle 40 esta como a 10 mins caminando así que buena opción para descansar

La habitación amplia y cómoda, el aire acondicionado bien, solo que piden un depósito al realizar el registro lo cual no mencionan en la reserva, se igual forma no hacen limpieza de manera diaria ni realizan el surtido de básicos como papel higiénico o jabón. The room itself was acceptable, and I could have stayed longer since I live locally. However, the attitude and lack of professionalism from the staff made me certain that I never want to return. It became very clear that the focus is solely on money, not on guest experience or respect. For example, if you run out of toilet paper, you are expected to pay extra. I was also refused my 500 MXN deposit because I did not physically have the receipt — despite the fact that they had a photo clearly showing my passport, the cash, and the receipt together. The room was inspected and found to be fine, yet it’s worth mentioning that when I checked in, there were bugs and dirt that I had to clean myself. What shocked me the most was not only the rude and dismissive tone used by the older female receptionist and one of the two males, but the way they handled the towels and bedsheets at check-out. Staff went to the room, brought them to the reception area, and held them up in front of others, inspecting them for stains in full view of everyone. This was deeply humiliating and completely inappropriate. Accidents can happen during a stay (I spilled some avocado and cream, but it simply washes of 100%) — sheets should simply be washed, not publicly examined. Craziest thing I have experienced during a checkout, why do they want to touch and stroke on the used bedsheets publicly that a couple has had for days? The situation became so uncomfortable that I eventually told them to keep deposit

No se acercaron en ningún momento a limpiar, preguntamos y nos dijeron que solo la limpieza se hace una vez a la semana y las amenidades como el jabón y el shampoo también solo las ponen una vez a la semana.

La habitación es amplia y cómoda, unicamente tomar en cuenta que no es hotel son tipo departamentos, no hay elevador y es un poco ruidoso, no hacen limpieza hasta el 7mo dia de estancia, las amenidades tienen costo extra, sin embargo esta bien ubicada, el precio es accesible y hay varios restaurantes cerca

After a week at the property, we never got room service of any type, no clean bed linens, no clean towels, and no ice or water (all drinking water had to be purchased). The staff was amazingly unhelpful.

Está bien la relación precio calidad, sugiero pongan sábanas para taparse ya que solo dejan el edredón. También que avisen que el checkout es de aproximadamente 20 minutos o más para que uno calcule el tiempo para trasladarse a su destino, ya que no lo hacen mientras no verifiquen cada una de las sábanas, fundas de almohadas, toallas (que no tengan ni una mancha y si la tiene en ese momento la lavan para ver si se limpia) utensilios de Cocina, etc. eso sí, con mucha educación.

Todo estuvo muy bien a excepción de que al retirarte te bajan las sábanas y toallas a recepción y si tiene manchas normales por el uso ellos empiezan a lavarla en una llave de agua que tienen atrás de recepción, para verificar si se quita, en mi caso la mancha si se quitó ya que considero que fue una mancha por alguna ropa que venía sucia de polvo o algo así pero se me hizo un poco descortés ya que se puede notar cuando una mancha es solo por uso o cuando es una mancha que de plano no se quitará como pudiera ser grasa, sangre,pintura etc.

No hacen el aseo a las habitaciones a menos que tú los pagues con costo adicional.

Todo muy bien El único problema es que no realizan limpiezas en las habitaciones y te cobra multa si dejaste alguna sábana manchada ya sea de café o labial

La habitación bien, buena ubicación y el cuarto bastante decente. Los colchones súper blandos, no pude dormir ni descansar, no tienen soporte lumbar, literal te sumes en el colchón, pésimo. Sólo nos dieron un jaboncito de 25 g para 4 personas y 3 noches, pedimos mas y lo cobraron a 10

El hotel está súper por lo que pagas, se nota que las habitaciones son recién remodeladas, la habitación muy limpia, la entrega de la habitación igual fue muy rápido, menos de 5 minutos. Así mismo el personal fue muy atento y amable, en la habitación incluía ya unas amenidades sin costo que se agradecen mucho, como fueron 4 botellas de agua y 4 cápsulas de café americano. Hasta el momento es la mejor estancia relación calidad-precio que he encontrado en Mérida. El único pero que podría comentar, solo por mencionar algo, es que si te asignan una habitación que de hacía las calles externas, el sonido de los vehículos que transitan si se escuchan en la habitación, por lo que si no eres de sueño ligero, o no te cuesta trabajo conciliar el sueño, no tendrás ningún problema.

Excelentes habitaciones

This property had all the amenities I needed. A fridge, powerful AC, hot shower, comfortable bed, etc. The only thing I didn't like was the thin windows. My room was facing a busy street, thus it got very noisy during heavy traffic.

Muy buen precio y buena calidad. Nos quedamos en una suite con cocineta y la recámara espaciosa. Nos gustaron los colchones Memory foam...muy cómodas. Transporte público muy accesible desde el hotel

Habitación con mucho espacio

Comfy hotel, great wifi and air con, helpful staff. Room was clean and spacious. The microwave, coffee machine, iron and fridge were all great extra amenities. Near main bus stops and on bus route from the airport. Big desk with sockets was great as needed to use it for work. Lovely comfy bed. My only issue was that the windows do not close properly and thus street noise can enter. Used earplugs to counter it.

Das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Handtücher, Einzugsdecke (nicht nur ein Laken), warmes Wasser, ein kleiner Kühlschrank und sogar Besteck, Geschirr, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen waren vorhanden. Das Zimmer war direkt an der Straße, demnach war es etwas laut wenn Autos vorbeifuhren. Allgemein war das Hotel recht hellhörig. Nachts hat man noch Kinder aus anderen Zimmern schreien gehört. Abgesehen davon war der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.

Lo que no me gustó fué el depósito que te cobran y que te hagan esperar mucho tiempo en el check out para revisar la habitación.

Excelente servicio desde la recepción

Está bien la relación precio calidad, sugiero pongan sábanas para taparse ya que solo dejan el edredón. También que avisen que el checkout es de aproximadamente 20 minutos o más para que uno calcule el tiempo para trasladarse a su destino, ya que no lo hacen mientras no verifiquen cada una de las sábanas, fundas de almohadas, toallas (que no tengan ni una mancha y si la tiene en ese momento la lavan para ver si se limpia) utensilios de Cocina, etc. eso sí, con mucha educación.

La ubicación es buena y las instalaciones en buenas condiciones Solo al final es desagradable ya que para el check out los empleados no tienen buen trato. recomiendo tomar fotos de las condiciones en las que se recibe la habitación ya que luego ellos ponen cualquier pretexto para no devolver el depósito

The 500 peso deposit is fine, but the 24 minutes waiting to get the deposit back is not fine. When we are ready to check out we want to leave.

Great property with large family style rooms. Centrally located to multiple restaurants and other local attractions.

Muy buen precio, seguro, limpio, acceso a transporte público y cerca del centro.

Excelente ubicación, a unas cuadras de la Calle y60 y Paseo Montejo. A unos pasos de un extra, farmacia, lugar de comidas. Las habitaciones son amplias, cuentan con frigobar. Baños limpios y con espacio suficiente.

En general todo bien; te entregan todo muy limpio; esta cerca de todo y zona tranquila

Habitación limpia, con buena ubicación cerca de la unidad de congresos y de Paseo de Montejo
