Finest Retreats - Glebe Cottage

Beautiful little cottage in a quiet countryside location (a few very narrow roads to get there!). Very clean and well-equipped.

Lovely kitchen. Bedrooms spacious and styled nicely. Great location. Enjoyed the tennis court . Good shower. Nice private garden. Speedy email help for couple of small issues . Friendly, kind owners. Living room really needs an overhaul. Mismatched furniture and very uncomfortable dining chairs gives it an unloved feel. Cobwebs in bathroom and kitchen. Hedges around the cottage very overgrown. Small things like tiny, dented bin in the kitchen and metal teapot which you would find in a greasy spoon are not what you would expect.

The cottage was exactly what we expected in a beautiful part of the countryside. It had all the Facilities that we needed and communication was clear making check in and check out super easy.

The hosts were superb, the house was stunning. And I just fell in love with the beauty of the whole area. A small issue occurred but was fixed within 2 hours, and the communication was easy and effective. I truly loved the simple beauty of this house and surroundings. There were tennis racks and balls for us to use. And I’m so grateful for the hosts. Me and my girls say a massive thank you! Also we left some ice lollies in the freezer (sorry). Thank you both again!
