A beautiful, clean, spacious, well-equipped apartment with views of the acropolis. Great location to walk for food or to see the sites. Accommodating staff was responsive and helpful. Would definitely look here first for our next visit to Athens.

En medio de uno de los barrios mas alegres de Atenas, el lugar es una delicia para disfrutar de las amenidades locales, tiendas, comida, ruinas... puede ser que cuando llegues pienses que no es seguro porque hay muchos grafitis y esta en medio de un fela market, pero en realidad es muy seguro y te encuentras dentro de uno de los barrios mas antiguos de atenas... disfrutas todo!! un poco complicado llegar ya que no tiene acceso directo a la calle, pero muy cerca de donde te puede dejar y recoger cualquier uber o Taxi. los cuartos son amplios y limpios, la regadera espectacular, las camas comodas... no tiene comedor pero cerca encuentras varias opciones y puedes incluso ir a comprar cosas y guardarlas en la cocina que tiene cada cuarto. NO hay personal todo el tiempo en la recepcion, pero GIGI la manager, esta siempre en contacto contigo por whatsapp y te resuelve todo lo que necesites. Recomendable? ...AMPLIAMENTE

Für das check in war niemand mehr da und die Infos sind leider nicht bei uns angekommen. Das Telefon wurde aber sofort beantwortet und der Schlüssel war hinterlegt. Die Wohnung ist top gelegen, sauber und grosszügig.

Conveniently and centrally located, with easy access to everything from metro/transportation to sightseeing spots. There are plenty of nearby options for food and shopping. The rooms are clean and offer decent space for a family of four. The AC unit in the room drips water, though not enough to create a major mess. We reported this to the front desk and hope it will be fixed for the next guest. We booked two rooms—one for my family and another for my friend and their family. My friend mentioned that their room door was left open after cleaning. Fortunately, nothing was lost. We messaged the front desk about it but haven’t received a response. If not for the AC dripping issue and the door being left open, this place would easily be a 5-star stay for me. Gigi has been very prompt and helpful (except for the lack of follow-up on the door issue). When we needed linens washed, Gigi took care of it right away.

It’s in the middle of everything! It’s only 2 in. Walking distance from the metro station and you can walk every major attraction in the city as well. It’s located in the Flea Market street and while it’s busy during the day, it’s very quiet at night. The rooms are big, clean and modern. Gigi at the front desk and also Kostas are incredibly friendly, helpful and make your stay as comfortable as possible. I can’t recommend enough this hotel and I would stay there again.

I just suggest to add more mirrors in the room. In my room there was only one mirror in the bathroom that 4 people in the room had to share it. We had to wait for the person in the bathroom to leave so we can use the mirror. There should be a mirror or wall mirror in the bedroom or living room. Everything else was perfect. The Staff is very kind and friendly. We stayed to 5 hotels in different places on our trip and among all of this Hotels , Muse Urban Suites is Like a Gem…highly recommended, very clean , big rooms, excellent View .. walkable to shopping and attractions.. Excellent Choices of Restaurants recommended by Kostas the Staff and it was really cheap . We are back to California and here looking for our next tour next year hoping we find another hotel like Muse Urban Suites.. Thank you Kostas for taking of us ..

The rooms had great views, a close to all the action. Close to all the great shopping and dining you could ask for. The rooms had a lot of space and were very modern. The staff were very helpful and responsive to any communication, even before our arrival. The only thing that turn me off was I got pick pocketed just steps away from the front door. So that was a little bit of a bummer.

Gigi who assisted us was great. We really appreciated her attention to detail. She assisted us by arranging a transfer from the cruise port and then later to the airport. The driver is one they often work with and we could have spent the whole day with him because he was so pleasant to visit with! The property is above the flea market which is why we chose the location. It may not be the setting for everyone but we felt safe at all times including later at night when the market had shut down for the night. There are many restaurants / outdoor cafes within a very short walk. Tons of souvenir shopping right outside your door. A fun city vibe to the neighborhood. Very close to a central metro station and Monastriaki Square. Close to the Acropolis and many other tourist highlights.

Muse Urban suite is located in an excellent, convenient and lively neighbourhood of Athens. Everything is easily accessible by foot. Private transportation cannot access the property due its unique location. Absolutely love the property, it’s like home away from home. Super cool, modern boutique hotel

This was a very unique property in the heart of Athens Monisteraki region. It was a super fun place to stay with easy walkable dining options, shopping options, and nearby sights. My only concern was the significant noise encountered by guests on the second floor during a late night wedding on the 3rd floor. We are fortunate to travel with ear plugs and white noise machines, so we were able to sleep. But, it could definitely have been an issue for some guests. Otherwise, it was great!

This was a very unique property in the heart of Athens Monisteraki region. It was a super fun place to stay with easy walkable dining options, shopping options, and nearby sights. My only concern was the significant noise encountered by guests on the second floor during a late night wedding on the 3rd floor. We are fortunate to travel with ear plugs and white noise machines, so we were able to sleep. But, it could definitely have been an issue for some guests. Otherwise, it was great!

Gigi who assisted us was great. We really appreciated her attention to detail. She assisted us by arranging a transfer from the cruise port and then later to the airport. The driver is one they often work with and we could have spent the whole day with him because he was so pleasant to visit with! The property is above the flea market which is why we chose the location. It may not be the setting for everyone but we felt safe at all times including later at night when the market had shut down for the night. There are many restaurants / outdoor cafes within a very short walk. Tons of souvenir shopping right outside your door. A fun city vibe to the neighborhood. Very close to a central metro station and Monastriaki Square. Close to the Acropolis and many other tourist highlights.

Conveniently and centrally located, with easy access to everything from metro/transportation to sightseeing spots. There are plenty of nearby options for food and shopping. The rooms are clean and offer decent space for a family of four. The AC unit in the room drips water, though not enough to create a major mess. We reported this to the front desk and hope it will be fixed for the next guest. We booked two rooms—one for my family and another for my friend and their family. My friend mentioned that their room door was left open after cleaning. Fortunately, nothing was lost. We messaged the front desk about it but haven’t received a response. If not for the AC dripping issue and the door being left open, this place would easily be a 5-star stay for me. Gigi has been very prompt and helpful (except for the lack of follow-up on the door issue). When we needed linens washed, Gigi took care of it right away.

It’s in the middle of everything! It’s only 2 in. Walking distance from the metro station and you can walk every major attraction in the city as well. It’s located in the Flea Market street and while it’s busy during the day, it’s very quiet at night. The rooms are big, clean and modern. Gigi at the front desk and also Kostas are incredibly friendly, helpful and make your stay as comfortable as possible. I can’t recommend enough this hotel and I would stay there again.

En medio de uno de los barrios mas alegres de Atenas, el lugar es una delicia para disfrutar de las amenidades locales, tiendas, comida, ruinas... puede ser que cuando llegues pienses que no es seguro porque hay muchos grafitis y esta en medio de un fela market, pero en realidad es muy seguro y te encuentras dentro de uno de los barrios mas antiguos de atenas... disfrutas todo!! un poco complicado llegar ya que no tiene acceso directo a la calle, pero muy cerca de donde te puede dejar y recoger cualquier uber o Taxi. los cuartos son amplios y limpios, la regadera espectacular, las camas comodas... no tiene comedor pero cerca encuentras varias opciones y puedes incluso ir a comprar cosas y guardarlas en la cocina que tiene cada cuarto. NO hay personal todo el tiempo en la recepcion, pero GIGI la manager, esta siempre en contacto contigo por whatsapp y te resuelve todo lo que necesites. Recomendable? ...AMPLIAMENTE

Für das check in war niemand mehr da und die Infos sind leider nicht bei uns angekommen. Das Telefon wurde aber sofort beantwortet und der Schlüssel war hinterlegt. Die Wohnung ist top gelegen, sauber und grosszügig.

The suite we got had the most incredible view of the Acropolis. The room is thoughtfully designed with stunning details, like there’s a reflective backsplash in the kitchenette so that even when you’re laying in the master bed you can see the reflection of the Acropolis. Brilliant! It’s worth noting: it’s above a busy flea market which is charming but I wasn’t expecting it. Also during flea market season you cannot get transportation to the door, which is again totally okay because the experience is so worth it! But if you have a lot of luggage and might struggle with the walk you should just be aware. This was such a vibrant place with lots of amazing restaurants and fascinating sights and people. I really can’t recommend it enough!

The apartment was beautiful and very clean, and the location is absolutely perfect, with easy access to the metro, the Acropolis, and plenty of lovely restaurants and cafés nearby. The only real downside – and unfortunately one that has a significant impact on our overall rating – is the noise from the rooftop bar right next door, where loud music is played continuously until midnight. The rooftop terrace shown in Muse Urban’s photos is also not accessible to guests, which was disappointing as it was one of the things that attracted us when we booked our stay. During our visit, private events were held on the rooftop terrace on 2 out of our 3 nights. These included loud music, group singing, and furniture being moved around until 4:00 a.m. As a result, we got very little sleep during our stay, which unfortunately has a major impact on our review of what would otherwise have been a fantastic place to stay. Had we known in advance that there would be this much noise at night, we would not have chosen to stay here.

Gigi at check-in was very helpful and accommodating and apartment was a good size with separate bedroom and lounge/kitchen. Well equipped and spotlessly clean. Air con / heaters worked very well. Would definitely stay there again as great value for money.
