Elegant luxurious cottage - The Dove House

Arrived to a warm and welcoming cottage. Dove House is tastefully furnished and very comfortable with everything we needed. The garden was absolutely delightful, private with table & chairs and bbq. Great to sit with a glass of wine listening to the birds surrounded by fields. We enjoyed being able to walk along the lane to The Bell in the local village of Kersey, very little traffic. Visited Beth Chatto gardens, Dedham with a lovely walk along the river Stour to Flatford Mill, Lavenham and Long Melford. Great places to wander and have coffee & cake. Correspondence and information from Idyllic Cottages was excellent. We would definitely return.

We really enjoyed staying at The Dove House. It was very well furnished and very comfortable. There was plenty of outside space, BBQ etc. Would stay again.

We have just spent a week at The Dove House, the second time we have so. This is excellent accommodation which would be hard to better in south Suffolk. A Lovely location at which to spend a relaxing time, but near enough to Ipswich and Sudbury if more facilities or shops are needed. Plenty of interesting places and pubs to visit are nearby. We feel any guests booking The Dove House for a relaxing Suffolk holiday will not be disappointed.
