We were impressed with this hotel, which was very modern. The bed was comfortable and the room was big. It is a short walk into town with lots of restaurants close by. Would recommend Le burger…. Nicest burger I’ve ever had! We think there was a problem with Hotels.com and the booking because they were unaware of our booking when we arrived despite having already paidbut the friendly staff quickly sorted this and luckily there were still spare rooms. It is also unclear about the Parking on Hotels.com. It cost €24 for 24 hours Parking, which is quite expensive. Luckily we were here over the weekend so could get free parking on the street. But just be aware it could work out quite expensive during the week. There was not a great deal to do in Villach so one night was enough. But if you have a car, they’re in a nice places to drive to in the area.

Buona posizione per visitare Villach a piedi, un po' caro il parcheggio convenzionato e la colazione. Nel monolocale è da migliorare la posizione del tavolino per pranzare e cenare (attaccato al muro è davvero scomodo) e la dotazione di padelle e pentole per cucinare. Letto molto comodo, camera silenziosa.

Das Hotel liegt direkt beim Hauptbahnhof (super für Ausflüge zum Wörthersee) und die Altstadt von Villach ist in einigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Zimmer sind super sauber und ruhig. Personal vom Hotel war top. Man wird sehr gut beraten und die Mädls an der Rezeption haben Spass an ihrer Arbeit. Toll macht weiter so! Bin begeistert... Hatte schon lange nicht mehr so ein tolles Stadthotel erlebt!

Tolles neues Hotel direkt beim Bahnhof. Parkgarage vorhanden. Zimmer klein aber alles drin was notwendig ist. Frühstück auch schön präsentiert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Einziger Minuspunkt ist dass es laut ist und somit ein Schlafen bei offenem Fenster nicht möglich ist. Preis Leistung perfekt.

Hotel molto comodo nel centro di Villach, nella piazza della stazione. Vicino all’hotel ci sono parcheggi a pagamento e anche, a meno di cinque minuti a piedi, parcheggi gratuiti. Vicino a parecchi ristoranti sia locali sia etnici. Il personale è molto professionale e cortese. Non è un hotel lussuoso ma è pulito e moderno e gli ambienti comuni sono studiati in modo che ci si senta come a casa. La colazione è soddisfacente con un buon buffet dove si può trovare tutto ció che si desidera, sia salato sia dolce. Camera e bagno sono molto spaziosi ma manca una scrivania dove potere lavorare in caso di viaggio di lavoro, come nel mio.

Já havíamos ficado em outro hotel Harry’s Home e gostamos muito dos apartamentos da rede. Harry’s Home Villach tem apartamento amplo, confortável. Apesar de estar em frente à estação de trem e de ônibus, os quartos são silenciosos. Banheiro limpo, com ducha quentinha deliciosa. Estacionamos em vaga quase em frente ao hotel apenas para rápido check in. Há estacionamentos disponíveis nas redondezas: ou na estação de trem €24/dia, ou nas ruas próximas com parkímetro ou até você pode ter a sorte de encontrar uma vaga gratuita numa rua sem saída perto do rio . Hotel bem localizado, perto de lojas, restaurantes e até Feira de Natal. Atendimento excelente da recepção.

Bezahlung erfolgte via Paypal damit konnte der Mitarbeiter leider nicht umgehen und gab uns in einem unpassenden Ton zu Verstehen, dass er jetzt „wieder das Problem damit hätte und seinem Geld hinterherlaufen müsse“. Leider aus Sicht eines Gastes der vorab bezahlt hat nicht seriös und vollkommen unangemessen. Die Unterkunft an sich und das Frühstück waren gut im Preisleistungsverhältnis.

Right across from train station and easy walk to everything in town. Lovely staff- exceptional- and the room was comfortable and quiet. Perfect for our brief stay en route from Bled to Salzburg.

Camera moderna e pulita.una parte del personale reception conosce poco altre lingue , tipo inglese, e poco disponibile poiché fatto presente che l aria condizionata non andava e l addetta ha risposto che non era un tecnico e che non ci poteva fare niente, poi l aria ha funzionato abbastanza infatti l ho spenta nuovamente.qyindi forse la reception può migliorare

Arrived quite late but got a really warm welcome by receptionist Damir. Super friendly and well organized, handling 3 check ins at the same time shortly before the end of his shift. Room was very clean and quiet. Would definitely stay here again. Also really nice staff at check out.

Fantastic place to stay. 50 metres from the station/bus stop. Room was beautiful. - absolutely faultless. Reception were fabulous. We were very early arriving and our room was ready, so we were allowed to check in. Reception also gave us some milk for tea and coffee. Thanks a mill good people!

Frühstück gebucht - aus Zeitgründen konnte ich es nicht in Anspruch nehmen - musste dies aber trotzdem bezahlen ! (System lässt es nicht zu das Frühstück rauszunehmen - ich kann solche Aussagen schon nicht mehr hören - sind wir wirklich solche Sklaven der Edv oder wollen wir nur nicht ?)

Hotel molto comodo nel centro di Villach, nella piazza della stazione. Vicino all’hotel ci sono parcheggi a pagamento e anche, a meno di cinque minuti a piedi, parcheggi gratuiti. Vicino a parecchi ristoranti sia locali sia etnici. Il personale è molto professionale e cortese. Non è un hotel lussuoso ma è pulito e moderno e gli ambienti comuni sono studiati in modo che ci si senta come a casa. La colazione è soddisfacente con un buon buffet dove si può trovare tutto ció che si desidera, sia salato sia dolce. Camera e bagno sono molto spaziosi ma manca una scrivania dove potere lavorare in caso di viaggio di lavoro, come nel mio.

Buona posizione per visitare Villach a piedi, un po' caro il parcheggio convenzionato e la colazione. Nel monolocale è da migliorare la posizione del tavolino per pranzare e cenare (attaccato al muro è davvero scomodo) e la dotazione di padelle e pentole per cucinare. Letto molto comodo, camera silenziosa.

We had been traveling for 9 hrs and had to go and tell reception about the situation. Apart from that the room was spacious and the bathroom and shower was good. We did not have breakfast.

I only stayed the one evening but the location was perfect for the train station and for walking around the lovely town of Villach. The hotel had a relaxed feel to it and all the staff I encountered at reception at breakfast etc were very friendly, helpful and professional. The room allocated was spacious, comfortable and clean. Coffee / tea making facilities were provided. The hotel Also provided a laundry and an iron board if required. The breakfast provided was very nice with hot and cold options available. The only adverse comment I would make was when I asked if I could have an extended check out of 1 hour only I was going to be charged €15. I declined. I would definitely stay in the hotel again if visiting Villach. Thank you
