Great place to be. The apartment was lovely and clean and with few steps to the swimming pool. The staff was very lovely and helpful with everything we need. They kept our bags our last day and they offered us their courtesy room for a shower before to take our plane. I recommend this place with 5 starts. I will definitely be back.

Had a lovely 10 days at Plaza Azul. Staff were very friendly and helpful, pool was fantastic. Only downside was the sunbeds, people were out all hours, late night and early morning putting towels on them!

Facilite pour se garer. Appartement est assez grand. Le menage est fait regulierement. C est dommage que les transats soient inaccessible. Ils sont reservés la Nuit, les gens mettent leurs serviettes dessus. Impossible d en avoir un. Les transats sont reservés en journee mee si personne n est decut dommage. Ce serait un point à revoir. Sinon l hotel est à conseiller.

First time staying at Plaza Azul, spotlessly clean, good house keeping services throughout. Apartments are well equipped, everything you need for doing your own food if required. All the staff were amazing & helpful all the way. Good secure safe in the apartment & very cheap price for key rental. The pool & outside bar area was always spotlessly clean & well attended by staff. Plenty of sunbeds at all times of the day. Very well situated for taxis, local buses & excursion pick ups & of course really close the the main big beaches & bars & restaurants in Puerto Del Carmen.

Notre sejour a l appartement plaza Azul s est dans l ensemble bien Passe. Au niveau du ménage un mauvais point pour la literie, nous avons passé une semaine mais les draps n ont pas ete changés. Petit dejeuner se composant uniquement haricot, oeuf et saucisse servis qu a partir de 10 heures du matin. Dommage pour le manque de climatisation Sinon tres belle piscine,

lovely apartments clean and very comfortable ideally situated middle of the resort just 5 minutes from the beach.decent sized pool.apartments could do with an upgrade but for what you pay they are spot on.only niggle i had and it may seem silly but most apartments i have been too in lanzarote have an area where people leave left over books and you can drop yours off and just pick a book.here you had to give up a book and pay a euro to get a book.bit odd

All areas outside and around the pool were really well cared for. I had a balcony apartment which was basic but had electric kettle, coffee machine and microwave ( no hairdryer). This was a one bedroom apartment with comfortable twin beds and lots of storage and hanging space. The apartments are very close to sea front and shops/restaurants etc.. I found the location to be perfect. I would certainly come back again.

Hotel was nice , in nice area Sofa bed could do with updating it was like sleeping on the floor Communication between the hotel and hotels.com needs to be improved. I purchased a pay on arrival, but I was emailed while at the airport asking for payment , to be told my accommodation will be cancelled if not paid with in 2 hours, this is not good customer service.

The staff at the apartments were really welcoming and helpful. I stayed with my son for 4 nights and had the best time. Lovely friendly place to be. All the guests were friendly too which was a bonus. Apartments are a bit dated buthad the best sleep, beds were so comfy. Better than the hotel for the previous part of our holiday! Ben at the snack bar was so kind, generous and friendly. All in all, a good experience.

Jammer genoeg was het appartement bij aankomst volgeboekt en moesten we 2 dagen in een verder gelegen appartement verblijven. De ligging van Plaza Azul is prima. Appartementen goed, maar wel wat onderhoud nodig., schoonmaak prima! Mooi zwembad en ons appartement was rustig gelegen.

All areas outside and around the pool were really well cared for. I had a balcony apartment which was basic but had electric kettle, coffee machine and microwave ( no hairdryer). This was a one bedroom apartment with comfortable twin beds and lots of storage and hanging space. The apartments are very close to sea front and shops/restaurants etc.. I found the location to be perfect. I would certainly come back again.

First time staying at Plaza Azul, spotlessly clean, good house keeping services throughout. Apartments are well equipped, everything you need for doing your own food if required. All the staff were amazing & helpful all the way. Good secure safe in the apartment & very cheap price for key rental. The pool & outside bar area was always spotlessly clean & well attended by staff. Plenty of sunbeds at all times of the day. Very well situated for taxis, local buses & excursion pick ups & of course really close the the main big beaches & bars & restaurants in Puerto Del Carmen.

we have been here about 10 times and its always good, only thing missing was a decent bar which has now been addressed by the new managers, will definitely be back.

The staff at the apartments were really welcoming and helpful. I stayed with my son for 4 nights and had the best time. Lovely friendly place to be. All the guests were friendly too which was a bonus. Apartments are a bit dated buthad the best sleep, beds were so comfy. Better than the hotel for the previous part of our holiday! Ben at the snack bar was so kind, generous and friendly. All in all, a good experience.

Stayed here about 10 times, always had a good time , shame the bar isn’t always open in the evening . Most staff are good, particularly the ones who have been there for years. Definitely improved since the first time we went

Apt a bit old-fashioned but very well kept and very clean. Staff pleasant and very efficient,especially our cleaning lady. Very nice pool and pool bar. In a good location. All in all very good value for money.

Notre sejour a l appartement plaza Azul s est dans l ensemble bien Passe. Au niveau du ménage un mauvais point pour la literie, nous avons passé une semaine mais les draps n ont pas ete changés. Petit dejeuner se composant uniquement haricot, oeuf et saucisse servis qu a partir de 10 heures du matin. Dommage pour le manque de climatisation Sinon tres belle piscine,

The hotel was good the bar was a little expensive but I understand that it is expensive to run a bar, the only major issus is the sunbeds, people just leave their towels down for there whole holiday and not on a daily basis

Great accommodation. Never sunbeds available beside pool people Leave towels out on sunbeds night before be prepared to do same. Great location but bit of a climb to accomodation. 5 mins from main strip.

**Review of Plaza Azul** I’ve stayed at Plaza Azul a number of times now, and overall it’s a solid option if you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay in a great location. The location is definitely one of its biggest strengths—close to everything you need—and the pool area is excellent. The reception and pool areas were good the room was ok, a bit battered and outdated but did us for 4 nights. First time ive had to pay a deposit for a tv remote and also had to pay to hire a hairdryer
