Pets are allowed with prior permission. Violations may lead to eviction without compensation. Loud music, parties, and disturbances are prohibited. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am. Failure to comply may result in immediate eviction. Guests must behave respectfully; failure to do so may result in eviction without refund and forfeiture of the reservation. Upon check-in, guests are expected to behave appropriately and respectfully. If any guest, or accompanying individuals, fail to adhere to this standard, the host reserves the right to request immediate departure from the apartment without eligibility for refunds or compensation. Such action will also result in forfeiture of the entire reservation.
