Rien à redire sur le logement, chambre propre avec sdb agréable, petit coin cuisine, équipement correct. La localisation est également appréciable, à moins de 30 minutes à pied des principaux points d’interêt de Bruxelles. En revanche , le processus de réservations est avéré complexe : en plus du paiement sur Expédia, il vous est demandé de fournir un certain nombre d’autres données par e-mail et d’effectuer une pré-autorisation de paiement à hauteur de 80 euuros. Or, une telle procédure n’est explicitée à aucun moment dans la partie instructions sur Hôtels.com, contrairement à ce que prétend l’établissement. Dommage que la procédure soit aussi complexe pour un simple week-end.

J'ai fait une réservation dans un hôtel. À la fin, quand je suis arrivé, je n'ai pas trouvé la réservation. j'ai appelé le service client de Hotels et ils m'ont trouvé un autre hébergement dans un studio. Tout s'est bien passé malgré la galère.

The room was clean, spacious, and well equipped. However, there was a small internal room accessed from inside the bathroom with a loosely locked door, which felt unsafe and unsettling at night. The building has no elevator. The surrounding neighborhood was dirty, with garbage on the streets, and felt unsafe; there were people loitering and drinking outside. Check-in was listed as 15:00 and check-out at 10:00, but after booking I was informed check-in would only be possible after 16:00 due to cleaning, resulting in a very short stay for a full night’s charge. Although payment was completed through Hotels.com, an €80 credit-card pre-authorization was required to receive the access codes. Twelve days after checkout, the amount has still not been released, and my bank confirmed it is not a banking issue. Communication with the host was limited to WhatsApp and slow; a question about parking fees was only answered after checkout.

READ BEFORE BOOKING! The room itself matched the description on the website — it was clean, adequately furnished, and appeared as shown in the photos. However, everything else was deeply concerning. The area surrounding the hotel felt extremely unsafe from the very first moment. As soon as we arrived, several men standing near the entrance and along the street started watching us closely while we got out of the taxi and entered the building. It was an uncomfortable situation that immediately made us feel uneasy. During the short time we were there, we witnessed drug dealing taking place in broad daylight, and the overall environment felt threatening and insecure. For safety reasons, we decided to leave the property shortly after checking in. After we left, I contacted the hotel to explain the situation and to request a refund for the unused nights. The response I received was shocking — the hotel offered to refund a small portion of the total amount, and only under the condition that I do not post a review about my experience. This kind of condition is completely unacceptable and unethical, not to mention unlawful. Guests should never be pressured or financially influenced to remain silent. Reviews exist to help other travelers make safe and informed choices, and attempting to suppress honest feedback is not only morally wrong but also against consumer protection laws.
