This is a favorite hotel in Nova Petropolis for my wife and I. Comfortable rooms, with large comfortable bed. Balconies are nice. Neighborhood is safe and great to walk downtown. Heated indoor pool for use in any season. And the restaurant is fantastic! Quality food with amaing taste! I love their risoto! ** Only negative is their internet. It is terrible. It constantly drops. I work remote and it is difficult to have meeetings online there.

Generally a very happy experience; service, pool, breakfast, all very good. We live in Brazil, and so this is almost always our "go to" place when staying in Nova Petropolis. If I had to complain about anything, it would br the crappy TV system; seems to be just receivable digital broadcasts over the air, no satellite or cable system, minimal channels with often lousy reception But, I guess, since we\'re not there principally to watch TV, it\'s not the end of the world. Still, though, a small demerit on an otherwise wonderful stay.

One of our favorite hotels! Reception is always friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable (great beds), fantastic pool area and the food in the restaurant is great! My wife and love staying here when we visit Nova Petrópolis.
