A really lovely property. We had the room with a lift that opened directly into our room with a hot tub on the balcony which was a real treat! The staff went above and beyond for us throughout our stay. A good variety available in the included breakfast and nice and quiet - great place to stay in Athens!

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Free breakfast , even packed me one since I was leaving earlier! Rooms are new with modern gadgets. Walkable to train. Highly recommend!

Cute hotel and pleasant staff. The only downside for me is the elevator had a malfunction, we had a earlier flight and had to leave 5am in the morning, the elevator wasn’t working so we had to pull our suitcases down the stairs and we were on the 3rd floor. Other than that pretty decent hotel and friendly staff.

The biggest disappointment was not having tea and coffee facilities in our rooms. No where else have we experienced this loss of amenity, except in some 3rd world countries! This is not deluxe as claimed, but standard in even 3 star hotels. Also, why the rotten plastic cups still? Not good for the environment at all! The rest was pretty good!

We spent 5 nights in this clean, safe and quiet boutique hotel. Just 5 min walk to Monastriaki square with subway station, hop on bus stop, flee market and many restaurants and taverns around. You will appreciate a quite Nema location after visiting noisy Monastriaki. Hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to Anastasia and Liya. What makes this hotel unique is a smart room operating system with control panels to set up AC temperature, light intensity, indicate DND sign and even auto open/close curtains. Spotless hotel only comparable to Dubai. Respect to owner for managing Nema high standard!

We stayed in the suite with a hot tub and it totally exceeded our expectations! Very modern and well designed, the perfect space for us and our two kids. We were welcomed with a free bottle of wine, the room was ready early, breakfast was lovely. This is the perfect location for exploring Athens, loads of cool places to eat nearby and walking distance to the main tourist attractions but far enough away from the crowds to not be bothered by them. We'll be back next time we're in the city.

Rooms are not well isolated so there is alot of noise (you hear everything from neighboring rooms). If you are on floor one, you also get to hear the noises of the people preparing the breakfast (at 7 am!). The shower does not have a door, so you will spill water when you take a shower. The lighthing mecanism is modern but complicated to use. The coffee machine did not work.

Great property. We stayed in the suite room on level 6. Room was nice and had everything you needed. Jacuzzi was a plus. Only issue we had was room was bright because of the exit signs in our room and elevator was very loud since the elevator was directly in our room. Other than that we loved the room and area and staff was great and friendly!

The hotel was very clean, the cleaning lady was present every day. The employees were very attentive to our requests and they were very kind. The hotel is located in a perfect location, amenities are about 5 minutes walk away. I definitely recommend this hotel

The staff were kind and accomodating and the location is great. The hotel has potential once it is ready for opening. Which it was not when we came to stay. The shower drain was not working properly and for some reason there was no shower curtain or door in the shower, so the bathroom floor was flooded with every shower. The beds were hard, especially so because one of the mattresses was placed with the wrong side up. Which we discovered while trying to soften the bed by adding the extra duvets offered for this, since the extra top mattress that we were initially offered had not yet been delivered. Our room was quiet, but also very crammed and practically windowless, as the window, which did not open, was facing a narrow shaft. It certainly did not resemble any of the pictures featured in the hotel description. We discovered in the morning, that inside one of the wardrobe closets the ceiling was missing, leaving an opening to the electrical/air vent installations. This might explain the relatively loud hum of the air conditioning. In conclusion this stay did not meet our expectations for a hotel, which are really quite basic: a comfortable bed and functional shower facilities. We want to highlight though, that the staff were always very kind and proffessional and tried their very best to help. It is not their fault that the construction was not finished or that the delivery of extra top mattresses was delayed.

My stay at this hotel was excellent in every way. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel’s location is very central, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and I had no issues with hygiene. It was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. If I visit Athens again, I would definitely choose to stay here. Highly recommended!

I’m so disappointed with my stay. While the hotel has the ability to be a boutique hotel, I was so upset with my experience. I was on the 6th floor and the central air conditioning barely works up there. They had out a regular fan and claim everything works fine. I was sweating all night. When I got in the room, there was ants all over the bathroom and some in the bedroom, so gross. The rain shower was broken so hard to take a shower. Even after letting the hotel know and going back and forth through email, they provided no compensation. They seem to think this is all within reasonable issues. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I’m usually a very simple and easy going person and tolerant of a lot, but this was totally unacceptable. It made it worse that they weren’t willing to reimburse me.

My favourite part of this hotel was how quiet the street was that it was on. Despite all the graffiti around it felt quite safe and we slept well. The bed was comfortable and there was lots to do in the area

They were nice to move us to a bit bigger room with window as we stayed four nights. The room was fit for King. Beautifully decorated! Rm 415 was on top floor with a great view. Had room and bedding for 4 preferably with a close family in a king bed on lower level and a queen bed up steps overlooking lower level. Automated shades for excellent privacy! Only 1 bathroom with nice shower. Recommended!

We had the junior penthouse suite and while it had a very nice jacuzzi and felt private, it should be noted that since the elevator opens directly into the room you can hear the elevator being used by other ppl day and night and hence our sleep was not peaceful. Breakfast was good and staff very attentive. Room was modern.

Rooms are not well isolated so there is alot of noise (you hear everything from neighboring rooms). If you are on floor one, you also get to hear the noises of the people preparing the breakfast (at 7 am!). The shower does not have a door, so you will spill water when you take a shower. The lighthing mecanism is modern but complicated to use. The coffee machine did not work.

Great property. We stayed in the suite room on level 6. Room was nice and had everything you needed. Jacuzzi was a plus. Only issue we had was room was bright because of the exit signs in our room and elevator was very loud since the elevator was directly in our room. Other than that we loved the room and area and staff was great and friendly!

A really lovely property. We had the room with a lift that opened directly into our room with a hot tub on the balcony which was a real treat! Nema was a very pleasant hotel. What made it stand out though was the friendliness of the staff on reception. Stella arranged an early check-in by email and was very responsive; Anastacia was brilliant when we checked in and out, taking us to the room to show us the amenities. My favourite part of this hotel was how quiet the street was that it was on. Despite all the graffiti around it felt quite safe and we slept well. The bed was comfortable and there was lots to do in the area

A very new and modern hotel. Very clean, very good choice of buffet style breakfast. Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Giannis went above and beyond, he made our stay more special. Would highly recommend, if we return we will stay here. First class.

Excellent stay in all possible ways. Friendly and helpful staff. The entire hotel was almost brand new, very clean and comfortable. Well-planned room with all the necessary things you can think of. The breakfast was also fantastic with a great selection of greek dishes along with continental hotel breakfast choices. The location of the hotel was another plus. A few major problems we've experienced: - there was no AC. We've asked them multiple times, the staff kept saying that they'd fix it through the manager, but did that manager ever existed? At least that person never showed up nor fix the AC. And in Summer Athens, that gets quickly unbearable. I also saw that they can decide from the front desk who gets AC and which air speed each room deserves to have individually - our room was a serious design misconception: the bed faces the elevator, but there is no door: your room door is the elevator (you read that right). From 6am to 1am, you hear every single action of the elevator. Also, if someone is in the elevator and you ask at the same time: that person lands straight in your bedroom. I still don't understand how that was ever considered acceptable but anyway - there is a fun thing within customers who can tell who is on their first night and who is not by the fact that if you are going to the included breakfast, that can only be because it's your first night and you don't know yet. The breakfast was in a really sad room, and I've never seen so little choice, no refills, and such poor quality. Kudos to the coffee, who is probably the worst I've ever had.
