Next door loud music for hours each day, called the host multiple times no answer, if u need help dont waste ur time, had to knock on the door & tell them to turn it down.

The room was clean and a very good size for a family trip. It's excellently located for the free tram service and there are great cafes on the small side street next to the building. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind which was a big plus when travelling with a child. Would definitely stay there again when I am in Melbourne.

Friendly staff clean and comfortable.

Rooms were clean and spacious, for a 2 bedroom apartment. Staff were helpful during work hours, though not available 24/7. Walking distance to Queen Victoria markets and the city.
