Good parking, rooms serviceable and quiet, convenient location.

The property was conveniently located however parking was difficult due to the very limited size of the spaces. Parking my medium sized SUV meant little room either side to be able to get in and out and the short length of spaces meant unloading luggage prior to parking. Gardens were overgrown and likely to scratch cars as doors are opened. Check-in was tricky as there is no on-site reception and signage indicating who to call and when etc, was confusing. Also, being co-located with other hotel chains added to the confusion. Finally, the room itself was ok. There was no wifi and that's just not acceptable in today's modern age and the bed was very uncomfortable. I did not enjoy the sleep experience. I felt like I was rolled up in a hammock most of the night and I was the only one in the bed. Overall, a pleasant enough experience, but not one I will be keen to repeat at that particular property.

The free parking was excellent. It was undercover and large enough for a 4WD.

Room was reasonable, staff pleasant ample parking and great location

Mould in the bathroom. Saw nobody for check-in or check-out. The entire place was hot and no lists.

Room is older but has the necessary items. The window in my room did not close fully and hence on cold windy days my room was very cold. Aircon of course could fix, but I prefer not to use aircon. Staff were nice if you could find them. There is a reception desk but it is NEVER manned. You have to ring a phone number. There is no Internet access, which I did not know when I booked. The bathroom has a shower over the bath. Bath and basin do not have plugs, so you can’t use them. Shower fortunately has a handle to assist safety as you step out of the bath onto slippery tiles. You can’t step onto bath mat because it has to be out of the range of the shower water. The shower screen does not stop water hitting the floor. There is plenty of parking, including undercover. But if it rains you have to park your car in a spot that drains, or you get wet shoes. The walk to the car park is not covered. I was there two weeks and at my request the room was not serviced. But I was able to ask for and get extra tea, coffee, toilet rolls etc. Staff definitely tried to help provided you could find them. All in all, not perfect but certainly in a convenient location with food, supermarkets etc all readily within walking distance.

Altho comfortable and quiet, there was debris (dried fruit) on the carpet and hairs in the shower recess and stains on the comforter. There were also very few tea bags in the tea box. There also wasn’t a screen on the window so bugs flew in if I opened it!

Yes, it was spotless. My severe cramping responded to the hot shower, but a plug for the bath would have been a help. But IO am responsible for my legs cramping. I had a good sleep. THank you very much. Alan.

I booked here to stay on the 29th of Nov for my partner, my son and I to stay after attending medical appointments as we live out of town. When we arrived, there was nobody at the reception and the signs posted on the doors were very confusing. The hotel lobby was stifling and stuffy, as was upstairs in the hall. The room didn’t seem bad at first, but upon closer inspection, we realised the couched didn’t fold out and there was nowhere for my son to sleep except with us - and it was dirty. There was rubbish poking out from under the fridge, there was handprints on the bathroom mirror, long hairs stuck to the bathroom wall, bugs on the carpet and toenail clippings beside the bed. We didn’t stay, we went home early, none of us could sleep knowing the room hadn’t been properly cleaned and we weren’t game enough to use the sheets. Utterly sickening.

Location & communication are awesome. Cleanliness is hopeless. Previous guests hair everywhere, toilet bowl & sink probably not even wiped, so dirty to the point where you start laughing.

The property is in a good location but needs a complete refurbishment to rate any higher than a 3. Very dated throughout the foyer and the rooms. One sofa in the foyer area had the fabric ripped off and was just a dirty piece of foam. In the room the shower had visible mould growing in the grout. There was thick dust along the skirting board and carpet behind the bedside table. The carpet was very poorly laid and was loose and rippled in parts. Sheets were clean but the blanket I retrieved from the cupboard was VERY old and I doubted that it had been cleaned in some time. There was no obvious entry point, signs on the door but not clear about where I was supposed to check in. No staff around. Overall presentation was poor.

1st room TV not working, window open to try to hide smell, could write my name in the dust on coffee table, carpet bare etc, asked to be moved! 2nd room, they had tried to mask smell with a spray and as I went to open window ( which couldn’t be opened ) I slipped on the floor where sticky spray had landed. Luckily didn’t fall . The bath was atrocious, ( shower overhead at least had good pressure ) cleaning very average at best. When we went to go to bed late that night we found a bottom sheet was thrown on not tucked in, no mattress cover at all, no top sheet, then an uncovered doona with a sheet over the top. We took that sheet off the top to use as a top sheet. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough in the morning and DEFINITELY a will never be back. The room smell went through everything! We certainly weren’t expecting top quality but at least clean and comfortable! ☹️☹️

The shower is over spa bath which is fine but the bath, jets and around taps weren’t very clean. Staff seemed fine when you saw them on the rare occasion. On the upside the rooms are a good size and it’s in a great location

The property is in a great location and is a nice property. The room I booked was not clean.

Key boxes need to be clearly marked. Room was clean but quite dusty. Window didn't have flyscreen and very hard to close

The location in Kew was terrific, minutes from tram, bus stop and shops and the facilities within our studio were very good and spacious. Main negative that could easily be fixed is the signage for checking in. Needed to ring reception to find out where/ how to get into properly. No wifi only 4G connection as Kew is ‘in a black spot’

This property is well located and the room itself good value for money. The bathroom was in a poor state, however - but OK. The worst two things are: 1. Rooms aren't serviced until after you leave. I stayed for 4 nights and had to take my own rubbish out and ask for fresh towels. 2. The Internet was non-existent. Actually I used the internet from the place next door. How a hotel this day and age cannot provide internet is beyond me!

Firstly no wifi , otherwise stock standards for motels . Anyway The manager - whoa did he have his full - one person to handle multiply arrivals . I was impressed!! Cheers

Quick overnight trip with no problems. Staff bothered to hang around until I arrived even though they would normally be closed. That’s good service!!!

The customer service representative I interacted with was very confrontational and did not display a friendly demeanor. From the start of the conversation, I did not feel welcome or valued as a customer. Lack of Friendliness: There was a noticeable lack of friendliness in the interaction, which is essential in creating a welcoming environment for customers. Overall Unwelcoming Atmosphere: The combination of a confrontational attitude and lack of friendliness contributed to an overall unwelcoming atmosphere during the customer service interaction.

Dirty. Front desk not interested

Booked 3 weeks in advance for 4 days for 3 people. Confirmation email received a day before we flew into melbourne reflected the booking for 3 people. When we arrived the very rude manager told us the room only accomodated 2 people but we had paid for 3 people. She was the rudest manager ive ever met and she refused a refund and hung up on us when we called. She shouldnt work as a manager, she is ruining the reputation of the business. Started legal proceedings to recover our refund. Avoid this place. Not worth the effort.
