Villa Galerna -moderno, piscina privada, ar condicionado e Wi-Fi grátis

There was a lack of comfortable seating options. Only decent option was a small sofa - not sufficient for a 5 bed villa. It was also positioned under the AC - which dropped water onto whoever sat underneath it.Pool was very tired & worn. Broken tiles on the steps which cut my son’s foot. Pool sealant was perished & mouldy. The patio was filthy, with loose, broken tiles. The pool was not cleaned during our week stay until the morning we left. The BBQ was also filthy when we arrived. The inside of the villa was similarly bad. The grout in the floor tiles was dirty & the bathrooms had obviously not been cleaned properly in a long time. All the sink drains were blocked & toilets stained. Limescale had been allowed to form heavily over time meaning the showers were pretty grim & the shower heads only had a few holes that weren’t blocked by limescale. The kitchen bin had obviously not been cleaned because the smell was repulsive - so bad that we had to clean it ourselves on arrival. The upstairs bedroom blinds did not fit the windows properly and were severely damaged from the sun, meaning those who slept in the rooms struggled with the brightness. The AC units upstairs were also extremely loud and made many random noises. Overall we were very disappointed in our stay, especially considering the cost. The villa is looking very tired but more importantly is in need of a thorough, deep clean.

Lovely villa which hosted 10 of us for a week. Pool area excellent and plenty of outdoor seating. The villa was lovely and clean on arrival and was very well stocked. Great views and a lovely quiet area. Lots of hills to navigate so be prepared for walking or taxi’s. Thanks for a lovely week

La casa nos encantó, ubicación ideal, súper práctica y cómoda para el verano. Pero lo que más me gusta es la atención y gestión del equipo de 3 villas que fue excelente en todo momento. El proceso de check in y check out, la solución de cualquier inconveniente,y la cordialidad y amabilidad realmente hacen de la estadía un placer.

We had a lovely stay. The villa had everything we needed. Good location.

Wir haben uns in der Villa Galerna sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten waren komfortabel, alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert, die Außenanlage mit Pool, Terrasse und Garten sind großzügig. Das Haus ist nett eingerichtet, wobei die Küche eine Auffrischung benötigen könnte. Insgesamt sieht man dem Haus und der Einrichtung an, das es etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Das hat unseren Aufenthalt aber nicht betrübt und wir die Zeit dort sehr genossen.
