Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Elkhart North by IHG

This hotel is up to date, clean, good amenities and one of the best breakfast offerings, aside from a few very luxurious hotels, I have experienced.

The room was great except be careful in the shower. It was very slippery. I put a towel on the bottom which helped a little.

Check in was a challenge but I think that is the IHG software which seems to be confusing for staff at all their properties, IHG is following a venture capital model and all their properties are going downhill noticeably lately. Highlight was breakfast, Tiffany ran a lovely breakfast that was like being in a home, she was quick taking care of a ton of teenage boys eating a lot of food and taking great care of everyone; someone give her a restaurant to run!

Very Nice Clean Rooms. AC Working Fine. Breakfast was Excellent. Staff Very Friendly.

Everything was great, late check in made easy, clean and comfy. No issues.
