The Reef At Seahaven Beach Resorts

Very disappointed with the room, the floors were dirty, sand , very sticky like they haven’t been mopped in weeks, that was all through the room, the bed needs attention every time you moved it sounded like it was going to hit the floor.

Great location. Limited parking

We usually stay at Sea Haven for Thunder beach bike week. Love their staff usually clean and helpful. The reef was extremely disappointing due to lack of care from staff. Parking was a joke. Couldn’t get pillows so didn’t have for pull out sofa bed. The person stationed outside to help direct traffic should be fired. Just stood there letting cars go whatever way they wanted to to the point the traffic jam was ludicrous. Ha someone park a motorcycle behind ours in a space that didn’t have a parking pass for your hotel and was told by a employee that it did t really matter because we could get our bikes out if we know how to move our bikes. At one point our keys didn’t work so the ga e new keys and sent us back up to the room three times before an actual employee went up to fix the issue. If you’re going to be involved with the festivities that bring a lot of people and money to your hotel you should be more concerned with your guests. Having to share parking with a restaurant and their not be designated parking for your hotel guests is also ludicrous. Our room was not clean and towels we did get had public hair on them. Never again! Extremely disappointed

Toilet paper on the roll had blood on it also the coffee maker had chewing tobacco in the water. There was no conditioner but other than that, everything else was good

Great location, great room for the price and easy walking distance to everything
