We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was spotless and very clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was comfortable and relaxing, making it easy to unwind after a long day. The location couldn’t be better—it’s within walking distance of many shops and restaurants, which made exploring the area convenient. The property also had lots of parking. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

The only thing I wish this hotel had was an atm so that I can take out cash to use the in-building laundry facility other than that my stay was excellent.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Property has a nice gym. The breakfast was good. There was road construction in front so you had to go out of the way to get in and out. Is was a short drive to beach and shopping by the pier.

A lot of construction was happening when we stayed. There was no signage on how to access the hotel from any street. The main entrance off the main road was a non marked gravel road. Very frustrating. The staff wasn’t rude, just indifferent. The bed cover on my bed in my room had what looked like blood on it…and it wasn’t mine. I took that cover off immediately. The work out facility was not stocked with towels or cups and appeared it had not been cleaned in a bit. It was not the worse hotel I have stayed in by far, but I will not be returning either.

The property was in great condition. Check in was a breeze. Rooms very nice and clean. The kitchenette was a bonus. Staff were very friendly and professional. The pool was nice. Sitting out front was very pleasant. Checking out was a wait but we got it done! We will be back and I most definitely recommend.

The free breakfast was delicious and fancy. That alone gives it 5 stars. The hotel was in a great location by shopping and restaurants that are walkable. Clean room. Comfy bed and pillows. Nice pool and grills. Definitely will stay here again.

The rooms were immaculate and came with a homey feel. Very clean and worth the money. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere close to stay and about 5 minutes from Pier Park!

Close to $300 a night, you would expect s little better from this hotel. While the room looked pristine, one of the bed smelled urine. Could be human urine or animal as the hotel is pet friendly. Despite making a complaint to the hotel management, they have poorly addressed the issue as the smell remained intact. I can only imagine what’s in the dark carpet inside the room. I had to wear sleepers all the timel. To add insult to injury, water was cut off for at least 3 hours. Whilst not the Hotels fault as it was caused by nearby construction, charging $300+ a night you should have a water reserve as backup plan but not here. Breakfast was sub par and does not reflect the hefty price they charge per night. This was the first time and last time I booked this hotel. Simply not worth the price.

I really liked the bed; it was super comfy. Pool was nice but small and the breakfast was top notch. Unfortunately ants in kitchette area even without having left out any food items. Both my boyfriend and i were bit by them (we assume the ants) while we slept. It was 6 mins from the beach and close to lots of shops. 3/5 stars

The hotel was clean and quiet. The room was well-equipped with mini kitchen and HUGE tv. The bed was very comfortable and made for a good night's sleep. However, I would have designed the layout of the room differently. I would not have placed the bathroom next to the bed. It should be around the corner by the entrance to the room. But, nobody asked for my opinion! All in all, I would definitely stay here again. It is very close to all the action at Pier Park.

The room was smaller than expected but it was clean. Couldn't walk around the bed after the sofa bed was out. It was difficult to get fresh towels, housekeeping came every 2 days. Breakfast was not good all 4 days i was there. The location was great. Right next to pier park & pirate voyage.

Arrived to a friendly welcome, on arrived to my room found a clean and lovely layed out. With the kitchen to the left fridge dishwasher cooker and draws with all you need to wardrobe to the right. On entering to the main part a 4 persons table and chairs , tv and draws two comfortable beds that we sleep well in and charging points for phones and things. Then a bathroom with walk in shower and every thing lovely and clean with a good surply of towels and hair dryer would recommend to any one it was lovely. The pool area and gym looked good but didn’t use. The breakfast in the morning was nicely played out with hot and cold available for you. Quick check out

Very nice hotel. Only bad thing our room was facing the very busy hwy 98 which made for a noisy stay. There are only 3 rooms on each floor facing the highway. I guess i was just unlucky or the clerk got her dig in.

Very nice and big room. We were 2 adults and 2 kids under 10. There was ample room to store our items out of the way. The room was ready when we arrived. The room and linen were nice and clean. Comfortable beds. The full size fridge was a plus. Nice laundry room. The complimentary breakfast was ok. Proximity to beach and shopping was great. Five minute drive to the beach. Would stay here again.

This is our 3rd stay in 6 months at this location. The staff is my favorite! Very professional and friendly. The rooms are nicely decorated and are stocked with everything needed for a 2 day or 2 week stay. The rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The staff was outstanding. Jason offered great area recommendations when we checked in. The property is in a great location and they will be opening a new attraction (Pirates Voyage) accross the street on May 29th 2025. My wife and I would highly recommend this property.

The photos gave the appearance that it was on the water when in fact the water is simply attractions nearby. I arrived at the property less than one hour after booking the property. I realize my mistake. I asked to cancel the reservation and they told me that I had to go through Expedia. Expedia called the property to get authorization to cancel the reservation. The property manager, refused to give them authorization to cancel my reservation so I could book at another Marriott property on the beach. As a result, I have spent my last dollar with Marriott despite having spent over $10,000 at Marriott properties in the past 12 months. If you want to be near Pier Park and all the shopping then this is a great property. Just know that there is a lot of road construction around the property so it’s not exactly convenient at the moment.

The front desk staff member service attitude is horrible! She refused to give me two bottles of water because I was booked through Expedia and I was not a Marriott member. The service level and mentality are sub par!

The room was ok although rather pricey for such a basic room. The property was well kept and clean. The front desk staff lacks any customer service. I was disappointed with the morning and evening shift workers. They should try smiling and not being condensing and rude. Their bad attitudes are the sole reason I will not stay at the property in the future.

New and clean, but i went through Expedia and paid before my arrival and then the staff charged me again at the desk, this charge was pending the entire trip so i was out 290 dollars, also at check in i was told there were no rooms available but fortunately they found one. This room had a blower in it blowing the carpet dry from the previous guest. So we listened to a blower the entire first night. The pending charge really affected our stay negatively, and the trip was rather disappointing. The staff also said the pending charge would drop on Sunday, but as of today(Monday) it’s still pending. DISAPPOINTED with the entire trip to be honest

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was spotless and very clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was comfortable and relaxing, making it easy to unwind after a long day. The location couldn’t be better—it’s within walking distance of many shops and restaurants, which made exploring the area convenient. The property also had lots of parking. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Hotel was very clean, in a great location near plenty of restaurants and shopping. Was a little disappointed in the breakfast options, had leave the hotel one morning to grab something (went to the McDonald’s down the street) Had a fire pit but unable to enjoy it as it was out of propane for the 3 nights were were there. Also at night, a lot of outside noise could be heard esp, the cars passing the hotel as this hotel is situated on a busy highway which made it difficult to fall and stay asleep.

The hotel is new and located in close proximity to restaurants and shopping and it only about a 10 minute drive from the beach. Customer service was great! There’s lots of road construction going on in the area and traffic can get a little congested but overall not a bad stay!

I love that it is close to Pier Park, restaurants and shopping. The beach was also within a decent distance. Great place to stay for a couple of nights while passing through.

Great location for the price. I love to vacation in Panama City but normally split the cost with others so we rent a house or condo. This time around jt was just me and my daughter so I was on a budget 😁. I couldn’t have picked a better spot. Pier Park is literally across the street. Beach parking 15 minutes away. Our snorkeling excursion was 20 minutes away. Everything you need is no more than a 15-20 minute drive.

Very nice and big room. We were 2 adults and 2 kids under 10. There was ample room to store our items out of the way. The room was ready when we arrived. The room and linen were nice and clean. Comfortable beds. The full size fridge was a plus. Nice laundry room. The complimentary breakfast was ok. Proximity to beach and shopping was great. Five minute drive to the beach. Would stay here again.

We were disappointed that breakfast started at 6:30 on weekdays and by 6:35 when we had to leave for baseball games the breakfast wasn’t out nor was the juice machine on. This is one of the reasons we chose this hotel.

Beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was great in the morning. Quiche, oatmeal, cheese and jalapeño eggs, boiled eggs, yogurt, variety of breads and pastry and sausage. The attendant was awesome!! The entire hotel was clean and well kept.

Location is great, hotel pretty comfortable this is the 3rd time we have stayed here, the down side to this place is the sub par breakfast. Breakfast selection is not great at all and during this stay there were totally out of breakfast items with about 45 min left to serve breakfast, we left to get breakfast each day during our stay, it seems the hotel wasn’t prepared for the number of guest they had, I don’t really understand why bc it was a holiday weekend and of course people we gonna flock to the beaches this time of year, they should have been more prepared!

The room was smaller than expected but it was clean. Couldn't walk around the bed after the sofa bed was out. It was difficult to get fresh towels, housekeeping came every 2 days. Breakfast was not good all 4 days i was there. The location was great. Right next to pier park & pirate voyage.

Newer hotel; clean and comfortable. Close to everything but not close enough to walk. Breakfast was completely gone 30 minutes prior to the posted time including coffee which was supposed to be available even longer.

Everything was wonderful, the only little issue we had is that we booked this specific place because of the breakfast and we went down an hour before breakfast was over and there was only eggs and dry oatmeal. Everything else was wonderful!

The free breakfast was delicious and fancy. That alone gives it 5 stars. The hotel was in a great location by shopping and restaurants that are walkable. Clean room. Comfy bed and pillows. Nice pool and grills. Definitely will stay here again.

Oh my goodness, this hotel is absolutely worth a visit! It’s incredibly clean, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. My room was spotless. I spent four wonderful nights here with my family and our dog, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. There are all the big stores nearby, and the Russell Pier is just a short walk away. The pool was exceptionally clean and provided a relaxing atmosphere. My wife even used the gym room that they had. Our room had a small kitchenette, which was incredibly helpful. When I was searching for pet-friendly hotels, I had high expectations, but this hotel exceeded them in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to PCB. I’m already planning to return next time I visit.
