I had already paid for another night and was sitting in my car outside my room when police approached me. I was told there had been a report of a woman yelling, which I did not hear or know anything about. I was concerned and told the officers to check the other side of the property in case someone needed help. After the other officer spoke with hotel staff, he came back out and I was suddenly told I had to leave or I could be arrested for trespassing. I was then accused of throwing a garbage can at someone, which is completely false. I had stayed at this property multiple times and had never had a confrontation, argument, or altercation with staff or another guest. I am a people person and have always been friendly and respectful, and I would never throw anything at anyone. I asked the officer to tell the manager to please come out and speak with me because I knew I had done nothing wrong. He told me she refused and that she was the person who made the allegation. Resolving this with Hotels.com took approximately seven hours, but I am thankful it was ultimately resolved on their end. I ended up sleeping in my car. This was extremely upsetting and unacceptable, and I am filing a formal complaint. I want to be clear that the front desk staff I interacted with were genuinely friendly and helpful. My complaint is specifically about the manager and the false allegation the officer told me came from her.

No pool or hot tub but we knew that going in. The room was clean, beds were just ok and breakfast was nice. Check in was great very friendly lady. Room was small but for one night it was fine. I would stay here again for only one night I think more than that it’s not a “hang out at hotel” kind of place. For a days inn tho…it’s a 10!!!
