Our cabin was adorable. Our kids loved swimming and skipping rocks. It is newly renovated and in great shape. Our family of six was comfortable in our cabin with a full fridge and kitchen. We visited Glacier and didn't mind the drive because Big Arm was beautiful and not crowded despite being full. My only critique is that the bedroom was warm because the AC unit was in the front of the cabin.

Place was great, clean, and comfortable. Grandkids loved swimming in the lake and the sunsets on the lake were beautiful. But a little disappointing when for $200 a night, there was no mini fridge or ice.

The Resort are rustic cabins. No microwave, fridge and limited internet access. This area is for locals or people who like solitude and quietness. People from out of state wanting to go to Glacier National Park I will no recommend. The Resort is to far to daily commute, groceries are limited to one country store that is about 20 miles away from the resort. They have a restaurant/ Casino only opens Thursday- Sunday until 9 pm. Nothing special. We didn’t get to eat there because open at 10 am. By that time we are already in the park. Remember that you need to reserve car entry for each entry point, meaning road to the sun, many glaciers and north fork the day before you go at 7:00pm. The area lacks internet access big time so you have to plan very carefully about getting the vehicle entry tickets. This resort is good if you just want to enjoy this area for kayaking, fishing, RV life or picnicking. Do not recommend if you are commuting to Glacier National park.

Very cute little stop-over on our trip. Location was right on the lake, was quiet, and had restaurant within easy walkable distance. The parking situation was a little difficult for our motorcycles as it was uneven gravel but we managed. Didn't realize the cabin had a full-size bed rather than queen but it was comfy and clean. Would have liked more hooks to hang our gear and more easily accessible plugs for charging things but overall it was a really cute location and was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Happy with location by a scenic lake, restaurant on site & easy to find. Glad we could upgrade to family cabin. The one bedroom with bathroom did not meet our needs. The office person was very helpful in assisting us with finding that & greatly appreciated it.

It was end of season for them. They were short staffed. It was nice and quiet resort and we had excellent view of the lake from our cabin. The food in the restaurant was good and yes we would go back there again.

Everything about this stay was perfect, the cabins were adorable and well maintained. The bar and grill was closed when we were there but no big deal. You have views of the lake and mountains, felt like a steal for the price! If we’re ever back in the area we would most definitely stay again!

The view and swim area were gorgeous but there were multiple things broken in our room upon check in that cleaning staff had totally missed. A broken chair, a broken plate, and worst a broken oven knob leaving us with only one burner so then we decided to try the Big Arm restaurant... but it didn't open even though it should have been open so then we left

It was absolutely filthy and disgusting there was grass and dirt in the sheets, food under the bed. Hairs all over the bathroom floor toilet and shower. It was hands down the worst place i have ever seen for the hospitality industry.

The room itself was great, clean and tidy. But the dining wasn’t so great… pasta was undercooked, and the waiter barely noticed us the whole time we were at the table.. I pushed my plate away because it wasn’t cooked properly and it took her 25 minutes to come and check on it.: kind of ridiculous. I am always the kind to tip; first time I didn’t

Great little cabins and beautiful property! Would have been nice to have a mini fridge and a microwave, but that’s the only thing missing! Also front desk staff to help would also be a benefit. Their office is only open a few days a week.

Terrible check in service. Got charged $1 for swiping my credit card. Attendant took 2 personal calls prior to saying welcome. Ride whe asking about changing rooms. Room wad crowded and no mini fridge. Room was clean and nice area. Bed was comfortable. Heater was very noisy

We arrived before check in and they allowed us to go to our room early. We then took a ride all around Flathead Lake and stopped for dinner along the way. Beautiful ride! Got back in time for sunset too! Nicely decorated small unit. No refrigerator, but the larger units have kitchen facilities! Would definitely come back! Very pleasant people!

Having booked this location sight unseen, we were extremely happy with Big Arm Resort. The cabin was virtually brand new and was very well appointed. The only downside, and this is nitpicking, was that there was no toaster in the kitchenette. Overall we were very pleased with this accomodation.

Found old dog bone laying on floor in the room. Broken bathroom window. Woman at desk extremely rude after being told of these things!!!!! Would never stay at this facility!!!!! My husband and I left without spending another minute there!!

Everything was great there. The only thing you need to know about the place is, if you show up after hours, you had to call the casino in town 406 883 3636 and get the code for the door

We had a fantastic time! The staff was so friendly and professional. The site is beautiful and close to so many activities. The kids were planning the next trip out before the first day was over.

Happy with location by a scenic lake, restaurant on site & easy to find. Glad we could upgrade to family cabin. The one bedroom with bathroom did not meet our needs. The office person was very helpful in assisting us with finding that & greatly appreciated it.

The room didn't seem to be cleaned. The sheets were changed and the garbage was emptied. I prepaid for my room and was then charged again after checkout.

Our cabin was adorable. Our kids loved swimming and skipping rocks. It is newly renovated and in great shape. Our family of six was comfortable in our cabin with a full fridge and kitchen. We visited Glacier and didn't mind the drive because Big Arm was beautiful and not crowded despite being full. My only critique is that the bedroom was warm because the AC unit was in the front of the cabin.

Place was great, clean, and comfortable. Grandkids loved swimming in the lake and the sunsets on the lake were beautiful. But a little disappointing when for $200 a night, there was no mini fridge or ice.

The Resort are rustic cabins. No microwave, fridge and limited internet access. This area is for locals or people who like solitude and quietness. People from out of state wanting to go to Glacier National Park I will no recommend. The Resort is to far to daily commute, groceries are limited to one country store that is about 20 miles away from the resort. They have a restaurant/ Casino only opens Thursday- Sunday until 9 pm. Nothing special. We didn’t get to eat there because open at 10 am. By that time we are already in the park. Remember that you need to reserve car entry for each entry point, meaning road to the sun, many glaciers and north fork the day before you go at 7:00pm. The area lacks internet access big time so you have to plan very carefully about getting the vehicle entry tickets. This resort is good if you just want to enjoy this area for kayaking, fishing, RV life or picnicking. Do not recommend if you are commuting to Glacier National park.

Very cute little stop-over on our trip. Location was right on the lake, was quiet, and had restaurant within easy walkable distance. The parking situation was a little difficult for our motorcycles as it was uneven gravel but we managed. Didn't realize the cabin had a full-size bed rather than queen but it was comfy and clean. Would have liked more hooks to hang our gear and more easily accessible plugs for charging things but overall it was a really cute location and was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

It was end of season for them. They were short staffed. It was nice and quiet resort and we had excellent view of the lake from our cabin. The food in the restaurant was good and yes we would go back there again.

Everything about this stay was perfect, the cabins were adorable and well maintained. The bar and grill was closed when we were there but no big deal. You have views of the lake and mountains, felt like a steal for the price! If we’re ever back in the area we would most definitely stay again!

The view and swim area were gorgeous but there were multiple things broken in our room upon check in that cleaning staff had totally missed. A broken chair, a broken plate, and worst a broken oven knob leaving us with only one burner so then we decided to try the Big Arm restaurant... but it didn't open even though it should have been open so then we left

The resort itself was amazing. The cabins were comfortable and relaxing. My only issue was a staff member’s kid and neighbor kids picking on my daughters and saying they were to white cussing at them. Then returning the next day and doing it again. The office staff was great and took care of the situation but it made dining and enjoying the rest of my stay very uncomfortable as well as stressful. I also wish the restaurant and casino were open more often. While dining the pizza and Indian taco was very filling and delicious. Overall I will probably book this again.

Cute place, love the little cabin, roomy and enjoyed sitting out on the porch looking over the lake. The room doesn’t have much in the kitchen, a few glasses and no plates. If you want to cook make sure you bring supplies. Would totally stay here again

We arrived late to find that the office closed at 9pm. I could not find any info in my reservation details about the office closing at 9. We called the only “emergency” number listed on the door, chose the reservation option from the list of options and were told to call back and choose the “operations” option. So I did except there was no such option, nor anything remotely similar to it. So I selected the reservation option again. Only this time it seems I got routed to someone in Tulsa, OK and they claimed to have never heard of Big Arm and said they had no way of helping. My wife called the exact same number a third time and was immediately connected to someone without needing to make any selection from a list of options. That person was able to get us checked in with a door key. Very strange and frustrating experience. Also, the shower glass door was not frosted, making it difficult for any other family members to use the bathroom while someone showers.
