The rooms and bathrooms are dated and well maintained, but everything was well cleaned by housekeeping. Location is good close to the beach and off the beaten path but still close to downtown avoiding the heavy traffic. There is also a restaurant nearby that is convenient if you don't feel like driving downtown. Plenty of parking. The location near a main road results in a lot of noise being heard in the bedroom. Good news is traffic dies out after 8pm and generally road noise is not terrible. Room walls are thin and you can hear everything from the next door unit and even downstairs or upstairs adjacent units. Overall it is not a bad value, but it is dated and noisy.

For April in Florida, it was cold in the mornings, and after sun set. It also rained on night. Location was good. Not too far from everything. The unit we stayed in was on the 2nd floor. Water pressure in the shower was lacking. Construction being done on the unit next door. It was a little noisy. The dumpster in the parking lot was a huge attraction for the local raccoon. Internet was intermittent. We did, however, get to relax on both the front, and back patios. Water views were nice. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Room was clean and well ordered with a planned retro vib. Great view of the harbor. My only complaint is that the TV streaming was not working at all. The hotel was having WIFi problems.

What an adorable place. The front desk ladies were so lovely and helpful. The room was absolutely spotless and comfy. We loved the location on the harbor and took a nice sunset stroll on the harbor together, very romantic location. Thanks again for everything, when we come back to St Augustine we will certainly choose this place again!

The shower head was full of black mold only took one shower and very limited time after I saw it. The bathroom had black mold in some areas. The pillows were very dirty.

Lounge chairs on the deck would’ve been nice. Towels and toilet paper were cheap quality. Popcorn ceilings aren’t my cup of tea. Office area and lounge area need some updating and improvements especially the carpets. Could be a super nice property. Connections with boat rentals and tours would be a nice touch for this property. Loved having odd birds nearby. Worked well for 3 of us for just a couple of days. The employees were super great and helpful!

Lovely surprise. I had to make a last-minute reservation in Saint Augustine and it went perfectly. It was convenient, easy, clean, and Matt at the desk was delightful. The room overlooked the marina which was quite pleasant. I wish I could stay longer!

The room I stayed in was big and the patio connected to it was comfortably. The beach is near by just across the bridge and also there is a Publix Supermarket. The attractions are not far away from this hotel.

This was a very nice place. In a great location - right in a marina. Not far from downtown St. Augustine. The room was decorated with a beachy theme. The furniture was very comfortable. I was looking forward to sitting on the balcony overlooking the marina but it was too cold. The restaurant on property was very good. Definitely a place to go back to.

Beautiful place to stay. Great pizza and breakfast cafe in the same parking lot. If you like to fish it’s walking distance as well!

The rooms and bathrooms are dated and well maintained, but everything was well cleaned by housekeeping. Location is good close to the beach and off the beaten path but still close to downtown avoiding the heavy traffic. There is also a restaurant nearby that is convenient if you don't feel like driving downtown. Plenty of parking. The location near a main road results in a lot of noise being heard in the bedroom. Good news is traffic dies out after 8pm and generally road noise is not terrible. Room walls are thin and you can hear everything from the next door unit and even downstairs or upstairs adjacent units. Overall it is not a bad value, but it is dated and noisy.

This is remarkable. It is right on the water. The views are beautiful. There is a pizza shop a breakfast place right there. We had an amazing time.

We went there for a little getaway from the kids and it was a very clean, calm and cozy environment. We loved our view in the room with the brick floor. 100% recommend to anyone!

This was an absolutely delightful stay. Although it wasn’t a vacation, it was recovery from a retina procedure. It was relaxing clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating.

We were amazed about how large and homey our room was! There was a bedroom and a separate area with a small kitchen, dining table, couch, and lounge chair. Two TV's (around 42" each) in the bedroom and living room. I loved the fact that there was screened-in porch in the front and an open deck in the back, so I could see the sunrise and the sunset. The mattress seemed a little broken-down, but I was still able to get a fairly good night's sleep. Another slight negative aspect was that the water pressure in the shower was low and the tile on the shower floor was pretty slippery. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!
