Clean, spacious, many restaurants nearby, private parking. Highly recommended.

Very clean, great location, the pool was very refreshing

Our villa was very clean and we enjoyed our short stay. Having covered parking was a plus, since we visited at a rainy time and the luggage carts were very convenient. We were unable to access the internet TV, which was a disappointment. It would be nice to have printed instructions for this since after-hours phone communications are not available. The same is true for instructions on how to use the jacuzzi tub. We were impressed by the high quality construction of our unit. Sea Gate is a place we will consider visiting again — hopefully for a longer period of time.

Everything was good, except the elevator was having repairs one day & my mother in law was with us who just had back surgery & she had to climb the stairs to the 3rd floor. We were disappointed in that. But everything else was great.

This property has ocean views so it was very reasonable compared to ocean front. The beach walkover was very close, closer than some Oceanfront condos I have stayed at. Bedroom was big. Bathroom was huge it was a walk thru from the bedroom with an extra sink or from the living room with a pedestal sink. Separate enclosures for shower and toilet so both could be used at the same time with privacy. The balcony overlooked the pool. I could see this getting noisy in the summer, but it was very quiet in Feb. Didn’t get in the pool, but water was warm. We could have walked the .7 miles downtown, but parking was very easy this time of year so we just drove. We did walk down to the brewery it was only a couple of blocks. The only very small problem we had was when we got there the Wi-Fi was out which meant the tv did not work or our cell phones on the Verizon network (1bar), but I reported it and it was up with in an hour. The tv was connected to Hulu by Roku, and we were able to sign in with our Netflix account and watch movies. They also supply you with drip coffee packets. Ample supply of bath towels and beach towels. Clean. Parking underneath was easy for our midsize car, but I could see it getting difficult in Summer with a really big truck or suv. Lastly you could see not hear the ocean from the couch and porch. We took this option since it was 40 degrees.

Very clean, spacious and close to everything! Highly recommend renting a golf cart. Golf cart parking was available and we never had to move our car until we left.

The positives are it is in a great location and walkable to the beach and about 3/4 mile walk to the pier, restaurants and shopping. The pool was nice and clean. There is convenient covered parking and management company very responsive. The rooms are dated (older kitchen and bathroom) and the furniture was worn. I understand that some units are being renovated so that may help. We had plenty of room for four of us with two queen beds in a decent size bedroom.

We evacuated her from Florida during Hurricane Milton. My four kids enjoyed the pool and walks on the beach! I would definitely stay here again.

Room was immaculate, very clean and comfortable, good view of the ocean and easy short steps to the beach. Village Pier area near by for shopping, restaurants and is just a really nice spot to hang out in the evening.

I will absolutely stay there again. Communication was great, condo was clean, updated and well appointed. It was also in close walking distance to two public beach access points and the beach was not crowded .

Perfect for 2 people, our villa was ultra-clean and had beautiful ocean view. Lots of shopping and dining nearby. Plan to walk, as parking is a premium.

Only drawback, the room was across from the elevator which created noise when in use- a disruption to peace and quiet.

Our room was beautiful and super clean. The balcony had a great view. Our code did not work when we arrived. Management was very responsive and resolved the issue immediately. This is our new favorite place to stay on SSI!

The location is good as you can walk across the street to the beach. Plenty of parking and pool area was good. Unit itself was very outdated and not clean. Furniture was worn out and very uncomfortable. Mattress was so bad it was almost impossible to sleep. The kitchen faucet dripped and the bathroom faucet leaked all over the counter. Floors and faucet area were all dirty. There was a magnifying mirror in the bathroom, which was nice, but the light didn’t work and it was not clean. The balcony was a good size and provided a nice place to sit out and enjoy the weather. We would not stay again, unless the unit was renovated first.

Always love staying here. So roomy, clean and well-appointed.

The kitchen wasn’t very equipped and very small. The bed was very uncomfortable unless you were directly in middle of the bed

Beautiful rooms and location. You are 100 feet from the sand and the sound of the waves can be heard to put you in the mood! The rooms are very large, well equipped and there's everything that you'll need for an awesome stay!

Wonderful area across the street from the beach. Walkable to restaurants in both directions. Fun biking area and especially biking on the beach. Nice balcony.

Property was good location, across street from beach. Unfortunately it was very plain and dated. Floor electrical outlet in middle of living room was terrible tripping hazard. Unit and complex should and could be special. Needs updating and fresh coat of paint. Also, does not have an oven. Not ideal for longer stays. Either install or add air fryer.

Had a very splendid stay! The villa is beautiful, very spacious, and the furnishings were comfortable. The balcony was nice for our morning coffee. Loved that the shower and the tub was separated; and it had a water closet as well. Getting to the parking was a little different but not hard. Communication was excellent. We will be back….Soon!!

We had an excellent stay at The Sea Gate! Such a gorgeous property inside and out with a view to the ocean! When we entered the condo upon self check in, there was a wonderful Christmas music/video playing on both of the TV's! What a special welcoming touch that we will never forget! The staff were exceptional! It was great being a block away from the beach to take our walks. We will definitely be staying here next time we come to St Simons Island! We travel extensively and this is amongst the best condos we have stayed in!

Great place to stay with staff to match. Very attentive to our needs as we brought our older dog with us. Room was very clean and in good shape!!

Very roomy with a great location only 1 block from the ocean on a quiet street

The place was amazing. It was right across from the beach with a view. Easy to check in and out. We got email around 2:30 our unit was ready. Lots of restaurants within walking distance that were amazing. We ate at Fiddlers, Iguanas, Crab Daddy’s (Fried Grouper Fingers) and Southern Soul BBQ. Will definitely recommend and add to my favorites
