Very strange location for the Swimming Pool! Everything else was great!

Had a very pleasant stay. Very clean. The only sad thing was that the indoor pool was freezing cold

We stayed one Saturday night in July. This is a newer hotel behind newer chain strip mall. Breakfast was an underwhelming self-serve buffet. The fitness room was clean, new equipment and pretty good for a full-body workout. The pool is indoors and decent size to keep kids busy, but the ventilation is lacking so be prepared to inhale chlorine fumes in a sauna-like environment.

The good: this property is in a good location and for the most part was very clean. The bed was above average as far as comfort goes. The breakfast area is clean. The bad: I would not stay here again. We booked this hotel because it had an indoor pool and we wanted to take our grandkids swimming. It pool is not heated. The water was freezing and we were told by the front desk that the owner won’t turn it on. Over the three days there we saw several families wanting to swim and immediately leave with kids quite sad because it was too cold. Another issue with the hotel is they have a smoke detector that flashes a bright red and yellow light all night long on the wall next to the bed. Finally, the breakfast was very limited as well as no fresh fruit. This brand of hotel usually does better than this.

Lovely hotel, good location for our needs and a good gym with a walkable food option.

We had a great 5 night stay. The rooms were clean and the staff was great. Only thing that stunk was that their pool is not heated. Most of the year probably not an issue but it was ice cold while we were there.

Room was great no issue there. Very disappointed that on Spring Break the pool that is INDOORS was ice cod and couldn’t swim. We had our choice of hotels usually stay at IG but will rethink that next time. It’s important when traveling with kids. Otherwise wouldn’t care.

Check in was great, everyone was friendly, and we were super excited about the indoor pool. Breakfast was really good as well. They have a really cool pancake making machine, eggs, sausage, gravy biscuits, and cinnamon rolls. There were also some cold options. The woman that cooked the food did a wonderful job!

Staff was so nice! Hotel was clean and comfortable. Location super convenient. Easy parking. This was our second time staying here and will continue to choose this hotel.

Staff was friendly and facility was in order. Hotel had a nice inside pool and excercise room.

We were there about 12 hrs but room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We will be staying again soon !

I booked 2 rooms for 1 night. Upon enter room #1 the bed was not made and appeared someone was sleeping in the bed. The hotel staff had to move me into a different room. Room #2 after settling in and unpacking pulled the bed covers over only to find the sheets were full of dirt and hair. Again we had to change rooms again.

Very disappointing stay. I didn’t expect luxury from this hotel but I did expect competent staff and clean rooms. Unfortunately, neither of those expectations was met. The shower had mildew all over the caulk and stains on the floor (and there was no hot water in the shower at all.) When we got in bed the first night we realized there was a stain on the sheets. We called the front desk to ask to have the sheets changed the next day as well as towels replaced (we were told at check-in that these services were available upon request.) When we came back to the hotel the next evening, the bed was still unmade and unchanged, there were a few towels replaced but not a full set, and there were disgusting drops of brown liquid in multiple places on the floor, as well as a new stain on the carpet. We went to the front desk right away and were told there was nothing they could do to clean our room since housekeeping had left for the night. They offered us another room but we did not take it, because the shower in the new room was even worse and there was hair in the shower. We decided to go buy cleaning products and clean the brown spots in our original room ourselves. The front desk worker told us he would speak to the manager and there would be a credit on our account. When we checked out, the person working had no idea anything had happened and was not aware of a credit. We were told we’d receive a call from the manager. We have yet to receive a call.

Sofa bed was not clean when it was unfold.

Arrived early. Room was ready at 2:00 which was great. Staff was friendly. Went in room bathroom was still dirty. Asked that they come and clean. They did. Still was not clean. And by not clean I mean the back of the toilet lid still had feces from someone else. The toilet still was dirty from someone else. We ended up after the second time cleaning it ourselves.

if you are sitting on the toilet in the hotel room you can see black mold along the bottom edge of the shower and if you look under the edge of the sink where it meets the counter is black mold

The breakfast was great. The staff amazing. Only Little thing is that it has paper walls you can hear people on top and from other rooms.

The hotel was nice and the staff was pleasant however we had room 101 which was right beside the lobby. There was a group of loud people until 11:00 pm.

Room was big and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was standard and good. It was nice to be right next to the shopping center.

Request for coffee maker in the room resulted in a non working coffee maker. I was warned that there may not be one available but this is an essential small appliance that is available and working at other hotels. Otherwise the room met my needs.

Great room. Quiet, nice linens, clean, ac works well and quiet

The hotel itself is fine, but the walls and floors are paper thin and the guests gave us a really hard time with letting their children run and clearly disregarding the other guests. Our first night of vacation was terrible and we were all very tired the next morning and miserable because we had to call six times to get the guests to stop being so noisy. I will sing the praises of the employees because they dealt with it after the last time that we called and ask the people to leave because they clearly had no regard for the time. It made our vacation start out very difficult with cranky untested children when the whole point was to be rested on time to get to our destination. I won’t take my chances and stay here again not because customer service was not OK but because of the issues with sound in this hotel. We stayed here back in February and I had forgotten how badly we struggled last time.

The room was clean and modern with no visible damage or any mold. The bed was extremely comfortable especially the pillows. I didn’t like that there was no freezer portion to the mini fridge. Our neighbors we’re having a late night party and playing music until the morning which we didn’t complain about because we didn’t want to make trouble but the walls are very thin.

So we got there after 6 pm to check in and the room wasn't ready. Even though normal check in time is 3 pm. The staff made some BS excuse about previous guests and offered nothing for us having to wait. The room was nice, spacious and clean. But the bed was way too hard and very uncomfortable to sleep in. The breakfast was fair at best.

Room was not ready at 230 pm when we arrived. The pool water temp was way to cold. We asked for 2 extra pillows. None were available so we had to go to walmart and buy our own We asked on tues to have the room cleaned it finally got done on friday the day before we left. We asked for extra towels had to wait 2 days for those. On wendnesday the hot food for breakfast was empty by 8 am no more was available. When i spoke to the manager he seemed not really intetested in talking to me. .We had to keep asking for tissues and toilet paper Overall For what we spent i feel there was no value for the money 2050 spent

Unfortunately, this stay was challenging. Bed was comfy but overall the hotel was very understaffed and that staff seemed to be struggling. The breakfast buffet had out of date items in fridge. Good location. But unlikely to return.

The staff was beyond courteous and helpful.

Short staffed it seems so request for additional blanket went unanswered and that was disappointing. The cost of the stay was in no way budget so simple requests should be handled.

When I checked in the lady working was amazing and very helpful. She helped set the tone for my visit. Always a great stay.

My staying have to end one day early When I arrived they have to look my reservation on different ways to find it.. They hold and extra $50 until they total payment process. Which wasn't mention during the reservation.. My payment process was done at the hotel location. The duty front clerk told me that she can't do anything to adjust the payment. That she will let the manager about it and will contact me. Never happen. That's why I contacted you guys. Unfortunately this franchise took advantage not only to pocket money for a service day not provided, but also put an extra amount of $50 on hold of my card. There was no manager on duty to speak with. Also your customer service person attentented to contact them several times without results Please dont let this type of business damaged others with situations like mine. V/R Jose A Santini.

Great staff, very courteous and helpful. The hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to the grocery store(Publix) and many dining options all within a short walking distance. Only a 10 minutes drive to Stetson University. The free breakfast had nice choices of continental items and more.

Nice place to stay! Came in for Rockville. Close to Daytona International Speedway but not so close that we had to put up with traffic. Close to food and the cute, quaint little downtown area of DeLand. The hotel was quiet except for a very heavy footed person above us. But, even that was tolerable. Clean, nice staff and decent breakfast options. Would stay here again

we went down to breakfast at 9am there was 15 people no eggs no bacon no hot food with over an hour to go on a sunday plus hotel was booked - when asked the lady in kitchen she said oh i will get to it abs tired of throwing away food! so none of us got any hot food l she was rude and very disappointed

It was the lack of breakfast items for me. While it was peek breakfast time, 8:00am - 9:00am, I saw a worker making himself a plate. The pancake machine was broken. There were no scrambled eggs, no hard boiled eggs, and 6 pieces of sausage.

The hot breakfast was wonderful. they had biscuits gravy bacon, turkey sausage pancakes so much more, well stocked .. Staff was excellent! friendly, helpful. the hotel is within walking distance of so many stores and restaurants. Quiet, clean . Excellent all around

Great part of town the owners take great pride and ownership and take very good care of the property. Breakfast was perfect. Good variety well cooked rooms were clean felt very safe traveling alone surrounding area had nearby grocery store, and restaurants to choose from
