Facilities were great. Room was spacious, terrific amenities that the kids loved - pool was huge and nicely shallow for kids, lazy river nice, even the arcade was small but fun. Variety of food options. Huge inconveniences in parking (shocking number of spaces taken up by construction effort) and utter lack of luggage carts making move in/out a workout.

3/5 – Beautiful property, but disappointing “Winter Hours” and limited amenities We enjoyed the room and overall setup—it’s a nice, relaxing property off the Strip. However, being off the Strip meant expensive Uber rides back and forth. The website advertises a shuttle to several locations until 10:30 p.m., but in reality, it only goes to the Excalibur and stops running at 8 p.m. Apparently, they’re on their “Winter Hours,” which we had no idea about before arriving. The pool area closed at 4 p.m., and guests weren’t even allowed to sit around and enjoy the evening by the pool having a drink. The lazy river was closed for the winter, and the pool bar was closed one full day and other days by 3:45 p.m. Despite paying the same resort fees, we didn’t get access to many of the amenities listed online. There’s also no daily housekeeping since it’s a timeshare property—again, something not clearly mentioned ahead of time. When I tried to speak with a young female manager about possibly adjusting the fees due to all the unavailable amenities, she wasn’t helpful and didn’t offer any resolution. Overall, it’s a nice and peaceful spot, but the lack of transparency about seasonal changes was frustrating—especially when it was still over 85°F in Vegas. If you plan to stay here, make sure it’s during their “summer hours.” Otherwise, you’ll find many amenities closed (including the lazy river) and limited service, even though you’re paying full resort fees.

Solid place to stay off of the strip. The lazy river water was colder than we preferred but was fun nonetheless. The pool was great with different areas for everyone and the family friendly hot tub was awesome. The observation deck was great.

This was my 5th stay and I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. All of the handles were grimy. The closet mirror was dirty. The walls, doors and artwork were all filthy. The door hinges and light fixtures were covered on dust. There was a chunk of something on the bed cover. They say that tower 2 is the last to be redone, but I feel that is no excuse for cleanliness. The pool and towers are becoming more and more delapitated as time goes on. The pool tiles are falling off. The jacuzzi jets were either broken or blasting water out of them and the guests treat it like a kiddy pool, not respecting the asults trying to relax and staying in there for hours instead of the 10 minutes allowed for children. I don't want to, but I may need to find a different family friendly place in Vegas for my aon and I to staycation at.

We love the lazy river and the adult only hot tub area. We were disappointed to see the shuttle service only offers one drop location on the strip now with the latest pickup being 8:15. Because of this, we had to utilize ride services quite a bit more than usual. Also, there are no luggage carts available up front for ease of transporting a grocery delivery as we’ve seen in other condo like hotels. The rooms are very spacious and clean.

Great for families. Fantastic pool / lazy river area. Large rooms and suites. Handy having a kitchen. Could use some basic maintenance, but apparently are renovating, so they're likely not keeping up at the moment, but nothing major. Shuttle to strip is handy, although it stops at 8pm.

The hotel room floor was a little dirty and the table on the balcony was not clean. The main pool was closed for our stay. The washer/dryer in the room did not work properly. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The furniture was not very comfortable to sit on in the room. The lights/light switches were not convenient. The shower was not very adjustable because it just blasted water and there was no exhaust fan.

Getting into the property was very secure. The room needed to be cleaner. There was a fishy smell in the kitchen. We found a cockroach in the dishwasher. There were hair balls in the restroom. There was also construction on our floor which took away from the experience.

Great stay. Wanted to try something off-strip, and Tahiti was waaaay cheaper than the lame strip hotels I usually stay at for SEMA. Friendly staff at check-in, though I am not a fan of the datamining at check-in. You don't need to make a profile of all my info for staying at a hotel for 2 nights. Property is amazingly clean. The upkeep to the grounds, pools and common areas was noticeably nicer than other places in town. We booked the double room suite for 3 guys, perfect call. Stacking both sofa bed mattresses made for a nice bed, and the king suites were huge. Loved the full kitchens, jacuzzi tub and steam room - have not seen one of those outside a ski resort. Very nice! Smart move would have been to bring food, the kitchens in the suites are awesome, but even better is the full outdoor kitchens next to the hot tub in the pool area. Flattop griddles and grilles, all perfectly clean. Next time we're cooking here! Pool was nice, but cold. They hadn't started heating it yet. Hot tub was great and adults-only, so very peaceful and never crowded day or night. Nice observation lounge on the top floor. Great place, definitely top of my list when I'm forced to stay in Vegas. Only bummer is location and getting around in Vegas traffic, especially with the F1 mess they're setting up.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, which was 2 rooms connected. We were not able to check in at check in time posted. We were told it would be ready by 4-430, but we were not in a room until after 5:30. Apparently, they had the wrong number and a text was sent to me at 5pm stating my room was ready, which I never received. I was sitting in lobby and checked back with front desk at 5:30 and was found out it was ready then. The room was nice and spacious. You can tell most of the room was renovated, but there were some older features in room still. The bathrooms looked a little dated and the washing machine & dryer in room was tiny and loud. The outdoor areas were nice. The pool was big and busy. Hot tub hurt my kids eyes, maybe chemicals in it to keep clean? They had 2 areas with many grills for guests to use. One grill area was infested with cockroaches at night. They were crawling in front of grill, on seating areas, and pretty much all over! I began to notice roaches around other outdoor common areas. Due to the big infestation, I would not come back to this property.

The rooms were nice and we really loved the size of them, but we had to change rooms because the first rooms bathroom smelt like bad urine. Then when we moved rooms l the other room literally smelt like if they just painted so it was very strong. Overall it was a nice stay just wish we didnt have those issues.

The room was ice cold and we couldn't turn the A/C off. I turned the thermostat up to 84 degrees and it was still pumping out cold air. Everything else was perfect.

My wife and I stayed here for our 10 year anniversary. It’s off the strip, which was deliberate. It’s quiet, shuttles run every 30 minutes to the strip, though the last pickup shuttle is 8:15, which is a bit early, otherwise it is like having your own apartment. Full kitchen, washer, dryer, pots, pans, plates and silverware. I would stay here again.

We recently stayed at this hotel and overall, it’s a nice family-friendly spot with good amenities. The lazy river is great, though the water is very cold, while the pool water is much warmer and more comfortable. One thing to note: the hot tubs tend to close often because they get dirty quickly, which was a bit disappointing. The biggest downside for us was the sleeping accommodations. The main bed’s mattress was in pretty bad shape, and I ended up with back pain that required painkillers for all three nights of our stay. The pullout couch for the kids was extremely uncomfortable—despite other reviews saying otherwise. My son had to stack six pillows on top of it just to be able to sleep. Overall, it’s a fun spot for families thanks to the amenities, but the sleeping arrangements really need improvement.

Stacking both sofa bed mattresses made for a nice bed, and the king suites were huge. Loved the full kitchens, jacuzzi tub and steam room - have not seen one of those outside a ski resort. Very nice! Smart move would have been to bring food, the kitchens in the suites are awesome, but even better is the full outdoor kitchens next to the hot tub in the pool area. Flattop griddles and grilles, all perfectly clean. Next time we're cooking here! Pool was nice, but cold. They hadn't started heating it yet. Hot tub was great and adults-only, so very peaceful and never crowded day or night. Nice observation lounge on the top floor. Great place, definitely top of my list when I'm forced to stay in Vegas. Only bummer is location and getting around in Vegas traffic, especially with the F1 mess they're setting up.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, which was 2 rooms connected. We were not able to check in at check in time posted. We were told it would be ready by 4-430, but we were not in a room until after 5:30. Apparently, they had the wrong number and a text was sent to me at 5pm stating my room was ready, which I never received. I was sitting in lobby and checked back with front desk at 5:30 and was found out it was ready then. The room was nice and spacious. You can tell most of the room was renovated, but there were some older features in room still. The bathrooms looked a little dated and the washing machine & dryer in room was tiny and loud. The outdoor areas were nice. The pool was big and busy. Hot tub hurt my kids eyes, maybe chemicals in it to keep clean? They had 2 areas with many grills for guests to use. One grill area was infested with cockroaches at night. They were crawling in front of grill, on seating areas, and pretty much all over! I began to notice roaches around other outdoor common areas. Due to the big infestation, I would not come back to this property.

This is a nice place to stay if you have a family. It is not on the strip so it is very quiet. The food options are OK… They don’t really have breakfast but that’s because of Denny’s is right next-door. I quit going to Denny’s about 30 years ago and That was just not an option for us. However, there is a Starbucks within about a five minute walk. If you have children, the lazy river and the swimming pool is amazing. The poolside drinks, alcohol, etc. was very expensive. The staff was very friendly… And even though we did not have kids, we still enjoyed sitting by the pool and the lazy river. It wasn’t too noisy, but I’m not going to say it was peaceful and quiet either… Not at all. It was mostly families there. The room was very spacious nice and clean and it had a kitchen unit. There is a shuttle that will take you to the Excalibur every day but it stops running about 815 or 830 PM to get you back so it’s pretty much useless. And most people stay out well past 8 PM… we were happy with our little mini vacation, but probably won’t stay there again. We felt like staying on the strip would’ve been better after all… As there is more to see and do and to walk around and there’s really nothing around this property to do anything like that. There is a mall basically across the street, which was nice, but that was about it… I would say for adults that are going without children… Not really sure if this is the place that you would want to be.

The rooms were nice and we really loved the size of them, but we had to change rooms because the first rooms bathroom smelt like bad urine. Then when we moved rooms l the other room literally smelt like if they just painted so it was very strong. Overall it was a nice stay just wish we didnt have those issues.

Great place to stay with family. Extremely convenient and close to the strip but away from all the noise and smoke. All staff were extremely helpful. Rooms could be updated, but still really well taken care of and lots of room. Kitchen was a huge plus! The pool is only open to 4 pm. Huge downside. There is also renovations going on and lots of noise in the morning. That should be over soon. Would highly recommend staying here and def will next time we come to Vegas!

Didn't like hearing the banging & loud construction noise @7:30 am after get back to the room @3 am from gambling . Front desk waa no help. Lady at the front desk said I should've camw on the weekend when there's no construction. They offered me to do a timeshare presentation and pay $75 in order to book another stay within the next 18 months at a discount rate. Didn't enjoy my vacation.

What an absolute nightmare. We had stayed at Tahiti Village years ago and loved our time. This visit was much different. So sad to see a fun hotel go downhill so quickly. Service was horrible. Every person we encountered was rude, which tells you it's from the top. Our room had no hot water so at 1050PM they moved us to a different tower and we had to set up shop all over again. The new tower had the worst sewer smell you could imagine. Never had to deal with a smell that and before. The key cards were not working at the main pool or lazy river for several hours. Workers said they knew about the issue and that it was intermittent but never opened gates, never put an attendant there so you were constantly waiting for someone to exit so you could enter. The in room coffee maker was absolutely disgusting. The water chamber was so gross it was clear to see that it had not been cleaned in a very long time. Overall very gross all around. For a "resort" with a pretty hefty daily resort fee, there was certainly no resort feel to this place. Will not be back.

3/5 – Beautiful property, but disappointing “Winter Hours” and limited amenities We enjoyed the room and overall setup—it’s a nice, relaxing property off the Strip. However, being off the Strip meant expensive Uber rides back and forth. The website advertises a shuttle to several locations until 10:30 p.m., but in reality, it only goes to the Excalibur and stops running at 8 p.m. Apparently, they’re on their “Winter Hours,” which we had no idea about before arriving. The pool area closed at 4 p.m., and guests weren’t even allowed to sit around and enjoy the evening by the pool having a drink. The lazy river was closed for the winter, and the pool bar was closed one full day and other days by 3:45 p.m. Despite paying the same resort fees, we didn’t get access to many of the amenities listed online. There’s also no daily housekeeping since it’s a timeshare property—again, something not clearly mentioned ahead of time. When I tried to speak with a young female manager about possibly adjusting the fees due to all the unavailable amenities, she wasn’t helpful and didn’t offer any resolution. Overall, it’s a nice and peaceful spot, but the lack of transparency about seasonal changes was frustrating—especially when it was still over 85°F in Vegas. If you plan to stay here, make sure it’s during their “summer hours.” Otherwise, you’ll find many amenities closed (including the lazy river) and limited service, even though you’re paying full resort fees.

This was our third stay at Tahiti Village (6/13–6/15), and unfortunately, it will be our last. After great experiences over a decade ago, I returned with my family—plus another I recommended it to—expecting a fun, family-friendly getaway. Instead, we faced some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The front desk was cold and unhelpful at check-in. When we inquired about larger rooms, we were told none were available—yet the hotel website showed otherwise. Poolside, we were reprimanded for eating outside food (due to dietary needs) though others were doing the same without issue. Staff also told us to move chairs we hadn't touched, making us feel unfairly targeted. At the towel station, we were denied extra towels despite being a party of six, and my husband was refused one entirely because he’d left his bracelet in the room. When he brought our son to confirm he was a guest, the staff muttered something under their breath and called security, accusing him of being rude. It was humiliating. The room itself was also disappointing: hard pillows, weak water pressure, and a tiny bathroom vanity. Although a manager later apologized, it wasn’t enough to undo the discomfort and stress we experienced. This trip was meant to be relaxing but ended in frustration and embarrassment. I can no longer recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay at Tahiti Village! Upon arrival, I requested an ADA room for my disabled mother, and the staff accommodated us right away this made her stay so much more comfortable. The cleaning staff were incredibly polite; we had a chance to thank them in person as we checked out right at 10am. While we weren’t able to get a late checkout, everything else made up for it. The room was spacious and perfect for families sleeping up to 8 people, with a full kitchen and even an in-room laundry area. We especially enjoyed the lazy river, which was a big hit with my 14-year-old son and made for great family relaxation time. I loved that they even provide the inflatable tubes, so no need to bring your own. The large pool was clean and inviting too. There’s also a Denny’s conveniently located in the same structure, open 24/7 perfect for late-night bites or early breakfasts. Plus, it’s just down the street is our favorite casino, South Point, which is great for families with kids since it has a movie theater and bowling alley. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly Vegas stay! Can’t wait to come back! I was looking forward to having 4 days with my family. I even set up my credit card to earn points and cash back. I gave the desk clerk my card and she made an error when checking me in and put $300 on hold. Told me she released $200 because of her error. Well, my card was locked and still is and it's over a week later. I had to borrow money for my vacation and all they were willing to offer me was a measly $50 in Tahiti bucks. Well, Tahiti bucks doesn't put gas in my tank to get home.

The stay was great, very clean. Check in was not great. Although check in is at 4:00 PM, our room was not ready and I was told that it "STARTS" at 4, I was told that I would receive a text when it was ready, they could not give me a time and that I would just have to wait for the text. I was rudely informed that they are a resort not a hotel and when the room was ready they would let me know. Just a warning if you think you will be able to go to your room at check in time. They did offer keys to the pool while we waited however it was 115 degrees, and I was not going to open my suitcase and change in the very crowded lobby restrooms.

Great stay. Wanted to try something off-strip, and Tahiti was waaaay cheaper than the lame strip hotels I usually stay at for SEMA. Friendly staff at check-in, though I am not a fan of the datamining at check-in. You don't need to make a profile of all my info for staying at a hotel for 2 nights. Property is amazingly clean. The upkeep to the grounds, pools and common areas was noticeably nicer than other places in town. We booked the double room suite for 3 guys, perfect call. Great family friendly atmosphere with daily activities and extras like a mermaid encounter and percussion play. There's also a game room and a few restaurants on site, plus BBQ grills for guests' use. Friendly staff and quick response to needs (we had a minor plumbing issue and needed more shampoo & conditioner). Communication got 4/5 because I called the day before our check out for a late check out and was told "sure" all I had to do was call back in the morning. When I called in the morning and I was told "We have no late check outs this week." 😒

Posizione tranquilla, lontano dalla Strip, vicina a Town Square/outlet e all'aeroporto, con facile accesso all'autostrada. La navetta gratuita è utile ma serve principalmente Excalibur (e a volte Treasure Island) e si ferma intorno alle 20:15, quindi molti usano servizi di ride-sharing la sera.

We loved the pool. The lazy river was nice, but the water was very cold. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The property is a bit away from everything. You can still walk to catch the duece but have to transfer right away. Glad they have a shuttle service to the Excalibur.

My wife and I stayed here for our 10 year anniversary. It’s off the strip, which was deliberate. It’s quiet, shuttles run every 30 minutes to the strip, though the last pickup shuttle is 8:15, which is a bit early, otherwise it is like having your own apartment. Full kitchen, washer, dryer, pots, pans, plates and silverware. I would stay here again.

I felt like I was back home on Kauai!! Alohi checked me in and her gracious spirit comes from her roots on Molokai. Caleb helped over phone to keep me in same room for my entire 4-night stay, mahalo for that! Everyone was great I loved the pools, the amenities, the location was awesome!!
I felt like I was back home on Kauai!! Alohi checked me in and her gracious spirit comes from her roots on Molokai. Caleb helped over phone to keep me in same room for my entire 4-night stay, mahalo for that! Everyone was great I loved the pools, the amenities, the location was awesome!!

This is a nice place to stay if you have a family. It is not on the strip so it is very quiet. The food options are OK… They don’t really have breakfast but that’s because of Denny’s is right next-door. I quit going to Denny’s about 30 years ago and That was just not an option for us. However, there is a Starbucks within about a five minute walk. If you have children, the lazy river and the swimming pool is amazing. The poolside drinks, alcohol, etc. was very expensive. The staff was very friendly… And even though we did not have kids, we still enjoyed sitting by the pool and the lazy river. It wasn’t too noisy, but I’m not going to say it was peaceful and quiet either… Not at all. It was mostly families there. The room was very spacious nice and clean and it had a kitchen unit. There is a shuttle that will take you to the Excalibur every day but it stops running about 815 or 830 PM to get you back so it’s pretty much useless. And most people stay out well past 8 PM… we were happy with our little mini vacation, but probably won’t stay there again. We felt like staying on the strip would’ve been better after all… As there is more to see and do and to walk around and there’s really nothing around this property to do anything like that. There is a mall basically across the street, which was nice, but that was about it… I would say for adults that are going without children… Not really sure if this is the place that you would want to be.

Property and rooms are beautiful. The parking there is absolutely terrible. And if you're in a back tower room there is no short way to get to the last area's to park...where we ended up. We were impressed with the room, but the 'lazy river' brings lots of kids. If you're looking for serenity, this isn't the place. All we needed was a room for an early flight out, and this worked well as it is 5 minutes to the airport.

Great customer service and pool area. Happy hour in the pool area would certainly help with the drink cost. Great drink and food specials would attract more people to use the pool bars.

This property is old but still a good place to stay especially with children. My kids enjoyed the pool and lazy river. The rooms have a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster so make sure to bring groceries so you can have a light breakfast before starting your day. The only big issue is the quality of the food. We ordered pizza slices Arturo’s and they tasted like elementary school freezer pizza. Super dry and hard. The food at the restaurant on property was not very good. The rice was cooked with too much water and looked like mush. I ordered the salmon which was just okay on flavor. The wings were the only hit. Overall we would come back just need to leave the property to get a good meal.

Did a staycation for my daughter’s birthday had a great time. Enjoyed the amenities at the resort the famous lazy river, sand pool for my grandbaby, the arcade and had the yummy a Arturo’s pizza for dinner. Actually great deal 4 drinks, large ceasars salad, 18 inches pepperoni pizza for a great price and don’t forget the bone in wings. Everything all around was great friendly staff at check in, concierge desk great also. The only problem was the coffee maker had a leak an our coffee spilled but other than that great mini staycation!!!

The property was nice, our rooms were nice and clean, the AC worked really well. The pool areas were very nice. The Booze and Bites food was not that great, and it was Pricey. I recommend eating off site. Our room was not ready when we checked in at 4pm. I asked to be able to checkout at 11am vs 10am and my request was denied. Security and maintenance staff were great.

We enjoyed all the available Restaurants on Resort as well within walking distance 😀 My wife really enjoyed Her day of shopping at the factory outlets!! The biggest treat is the Resort Staff!!

our stay was okay overall. the hotel was older and had a noticeable musty smell, though cleanliness was generally acceptable. most of the pool area was closed which made the open section crowded and the lazy river did not have enough lounge chairs. we stayed for five days and never received room cleaning service.

I had an excellent experience at this resort! From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming, relaxing, and well taken care of.
