Le rapport Qualité/prix n'y était pas du tout. C'était 2 à 3 fois plus cher que l'équivalent en raison d'un évènement important à Oshkosh vers lequel on se rendait. Nous avons nettement plus apprécié notre séjour au Cobblestone de Hartford qui était 2 fois moins cher et de bien meilleure qualité.

We made this reservation days in advance and we show up to be told there is no reservation. After providing my itinerary number they found our room, and had given it to a family with a different last name, same first name. We stood at the desk for greater than one hour trying to find a solution as they were sold out, like other hotels in town. We were assured our card was not on hold for that room. We left to go have dinner and when we returned they had our room. We were told we would not be charged. Completed our check in and finally got in our room after 11pm. No remote in the room for the tv, so my husband went to the desk and they already knew why he was there. They knew there was no remote but didn't bother to fix it before we went to room. They then had my husband go take a remote from another room, (yea, we thought they were sold out?) When we went to check out in the morning no one was at the desk so we waited 20 minutes and then left. Continue with our trip and find not only were we charged, we paid the whole amount, on the card that was on hold for the booking that we never presented at the desk. So it was in fact tied to the room in the beginning. The hotel was nice, some minor upkeep issues, but would not recommend.
