8th Avenue Cottage - 4 min a pé da praia!

Property was great! Very clean and many basic amenities provided. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. Great location, just up from Twin Lakes beach and an easy 30 minute walk to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk and rides. The host was great and very communicative. We will definitely return to the area and hope this unit is available when we do! Mahalo!

The house was perfect for our stay. Nice little backyard for the dogs, couple blocks from the beach, well appointed and clean. Beds were very comfortable… so much better than a hotel room!

Perfect location. Close to everything by the harbor and yet so quiet. We definitely plan on staying here again when we visit Santa Cruz again!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. We are local to SC and needed a place while our house was getting done (always stressful), and this VRBO was perfect for us. It had one of the better appointed kitchens I've had in a vacation rental, which as a cook, I really appreciated. I'd absolutely stay again, or recommend it to family and friends visiting.

We were happy to find this dog friendly location within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and coffee (less than 3 blocks). The house was clean, communication was easy, and there were two outdoor areas with tables, chairs, and umbrellas. The back yard had grass and was completely fenced in and the front patio was semi fenced in. Our dog liked to spend her mornings out front in the sun, while I sat in the shade, read my book, and drank my coffee. I would highly recommend this location. Thank you!
