영어 리뷰입니다: --- **A wonderful stay — we'll definitely be back** We had a truly lovely time at Raku Suisan. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming from start to finish, the rooms were spotlessly clean, and the food was delicious. We were traveling with our one-year-old, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Their thoughtfulness made all the difference and let us relax and enjoy the trip. The weather wasn't on our side during our visit, but the stay itself more than made up for it. We would absolutely return without hesitation. Highly recommended, especially for families with young children.

One of the best places I have ever stayed in. Beautiful property, room was amazing. Soaking in the hot onsen with the windows open looking at mount Yotei was so relaxing. Our room was so good and cozy. The staff here are amazing, so attentive and very helpful. The vibe this place has is incredible. The food was top tier as well. My only regret is that I didn't stay longer here. 3 days was not enough in this ultra relaxing place. This place exceeded all of my expectations. Will definitely go back someday.

The room, the views, the location are fantastic ! We loved the building and ‘its feel’. The onsen / ofuro in our room sure was a highlight ! The staff was kind and helpful and the food just wonderful !

Unforgettable experience. Immaculately clean. Very close to the town of Hirafu. Incredible food (though not for the unadventurous type), and great wine/happy hour/ sake/ whiskey. Attention to detail was 15/10. The staff made us feel like royalty. Highly recommend.
