This is one of the best hotels in Tbilisi: amazing staff, great breakfast with different options, nice terrace upstairs, close to everything and very comfortable beds. The location is nice. Few problems: noise isolation was poor, we heard everything what was happened in the next room. There was a bad smell in the bathroom, smell of sewage, and the ventilation in the bathroom was not working. The breakfast was very basic minus.
