Days Inn by Wyndham Apopka/Orlando

The pool was not open or working all the time we were there. We did not book it for the pool it would have been nice.

The first room they gave me was musty and smelled of stale cigarettes even though it was a "non-smoking" room. The TV didn\'t work and the small sofa was badly stained. They switched me to a different room without much fuss so I\'ll give them that. The ice machine was out of order, as was the coffee machine in the registration area. They told me they had complementary "ice bags". I got a small ziplock with 5 cubes from their kitchen fridge. I broke out in laughter then went to a gas station right down the street and bought a large bag of ice and gave it to some of the other guests who needed some. I wasn\'t expecting much as we were there for a two-day event but this was hands down, my worst hotel experience ever.

This stay was unfortunately one of our worst hotel experiences. When we first arrived, there was a large palmetto bug in the room that my husband had to kill and push under the bed so I wouldn’t see it, because I honestly would have wanted to leave immediately. The next morning, we went down for the complimentary breakfast, but no one was there yet. When the staff member eventually arrived, the breakfast that was put out was very minimal and unappetizing. The beds were uncomfortable, and I didn’t feel clean sleeping in them or walking on the floor. The shower also needed a much more thorough cleaning. Overall, the room just didn’t feel well-maintained. The one bright spot of our stay was the pool, which was surprisingly nice and relaxing. It was easy to get towels and enjoy some time outside, which we appreciated.

Room was by the highway, streetlights or hotel lights came through the room window. There was nothing to block it. The curtains were filthy like they never were clean. They had a coffee machine in the room with no pot. The outside look unsafe and could use a facelift.

The room was full of roaches and has no water in the morning. Made complaint to the front desk who said there was a problem with the water supply in the neighborhood, however, the manager said that the problem was the connection with the main water supply and was waiting for the plumber. Could trust either the clerk or manager. They didn’t address the roach problem so I jokingly asked if they were included with the room at no charge. They then said we’re going to send someone to spray the room. However, when we returned to the room in the afternoon the dead roaches were still in the bathroom indicating that they didn’t clean the room. At 6pm the hotel was still without water. Complained again and the manager assured that water will return after 6/30pm. Arrived after dinner and water was restored however roaches continue to appear around the bathroom area. Overall an awful experience

Although the exterior looks somewhat antiquated, the interior has been recently remodeled. Very clean. Pleasant colors, bare floors, mini fridge & microwave in the rooms. The bed was quite comfortable - the pillows took a bit of fluffing. My only complaint was that the sink and bathtub did not drain well & I was there for 4 nights and did not receive clean towels or room cleaning during my stay (but my brother, who stayed in a neighboring room, did). This motel is on a. main thoroughfare so there is the expected traffic noise. Despite being a motel (with outside entrances) we felt safe. We opted not to take advantage of the continental breakfast the motel offers so I can not comment on that but the breakfast area looked neat and clean w/ a few tables & chairs.

Looks like the property has undergone a renovation. Will definitely stay here again for this price. If you're going to the amphitheater you're only about 20 minutes away

Second floor room 219 that has had a refresh. Clean and included a small fridge and microwave. Good value. Several food options on the main road and very near to Apopka city hall, police, fire etc. A Bank of America is very nearby if you need an ATM.

This place was disgusting had mold on the curtains and the walls. The shower was stained, the sheets were stained. Wouldn’t recommend a homeless person to stay here

- ROACHES &. BUGS EVERYWHERE in the room. You kill one... another one appears (see pics). - Wake up first morning to dozens of bugs all around the sink.. because of the water! - The room is a recent remodel but the floor is caked in black soot. It looks fine till you see the bottom of your feet. Rub a white towel on the floor (see pics). - Air quality. Upon entering room it smells like a nasty public bathroom. Sickening. - Talked to font desk guy about it and he just kept saying "we have no other rooms sir". Easily the worst experience I\'ve ever had staying anywhere. AVOID

The room and bathroom were very very dirty and uncomfortable, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The floor in the room was dirty. We went to the breakfast an hour before it was over and the only food available was cold cereal and two slices of bread. Pathetic! I would definitely not stay there again!

I wish i had taken pictures. The bottom of my feet were black from walking around inside our room. My boyfriend said,"Did you go outside without your shoes? Your feet are filthy." I washed them off and wore something on my feet at all times after that. The rest of the room was clean enough. I would have prefered a blanket or duvet to the ultralight coverlet.There was good water pressure in the shower. The toilet did not flush that well and sometimes neededto be flushed multiple times. We liked that there was coffee available in the lobby when it was open. The breakfast was minimal, existing only of ceral and bread for toast plus juice and coffee.

Bathrooms had mold in walls and ceiling. Floors were sticky. Property is rundown. Beds were comfy. If you’re are looking for a place to just lay down sleep and then go, maybe this could work. I wouldn’t recommend for family with kids.

THE FLOOR WAS FILTHY, AND ROACHES WALKED AROUND LIKE THEY OWN THE PLACE. AFTER TAKING A SHOWER MY FEET GOT FILTHY BLACK ON THE BOTTOM FROM THE DIRTY FLOOR, AND I DON'T WEAR SHOES AT THE HOME, CAUSE THAT CASING GERMS. JUST MOP THE FLOOR WITH BLEACH OR SOMETHING.

It was nice would have been better with blankets on the bed instead of just a sheet.

Water in bathroom was not hot or warm

Room was affordable. Initially room smelled like smoke. Bed was clean but I wish there was another blanket, as it was cold with the AC. No cream for the coffee in the room. Good TV. Noisy outside with hotel being close to the road. Some of the patrons were also noisy but I was able to sleep quietly. The shower water was warm and amenities were provided.

I arrived after having made reservations the young lady at the front desk informed me upon arrival that my reserved from had been given up and that there was no longer any rooms available. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. Worst experience ever

The girl at the front desk was absolutely rude, unhelpful, and unfriendly. She was intimidating. I would not have felt comfortable asking her for anything. We were there on 08/20 - I've been tempted to contact coorprote, that's how awful she was.

For the price it was decent, but what baffled me was the fact that the housekeeper went into my room and didn’t clean anything but removed certain items didn’t replace the trash bag in the trash can after removing it and didn’t replaced the bath mat after removing it, and I noticed on my second day that there was small ants crawling on the sink.

Room clean, staff courteous and would recommend.

We stayed here for a couple nights due to having septic issues at our house, and our landlord wanted us to find a “reasonably priced” hotel. Rooms were clean and nice upon checkin. That’s where the niceness stopped. We checked in, took showers and went to bed. The hair dryer in my room was disgusting and I had to reset the outlet 4 times to get it to work. Our microwave didn’t work at all, and was missing pieces to function properly. So we kept our leftover pizza in the 2nd room with the working microwave. When we left we put the do not disturb signs on our doors, came back and the housekeepers had went in and “cleaned” anyways. They made the beds, changed out the towels (no problem) and they took our leftover pizza that was in the fridge. The room was booked for a double night and I asked the desk lady if this was normal and she just said “no,sorry.” No sort of compensation for our $60 worth of pizza being taken (we were meal planning for the couple days we were there) They advertise breakfast included which was another bonus that made us choose this hotel. Not expecting anything fancy by any means, maybe some gas station equivalent breakfast sandwiches. A bagel maybe. How disappointed we were when all they had was a couple small canisters of cereal. Staff also does nothing about the nonstop hooting and hollering by guests until 3 am. Quite unfortunate to stay in a hotel with an already cranky 8 month old, who now is woken up several times a night by the people yelling.

My brother and I stayed there 6 nights and not once did we receive fresh towels from the cleaning staff. Our room wasn’t serviced during our stay except for the trash being emptied once. The room wasn’t bad but the service was lacking. I had to go to the front desk to pick up fresh towels after we used up the towels that were in our room. Night one was a little rough as there were other guest talking and drinking rather loudly outside our room. The remaining nights were more quiet so I didn’t feel the need to call the front desk. “Ok” place for the money but probably will look elsewhere if I am back down that way.

The motel was clean and ok for a one night stay. The amount I was charged by Expedient was $110 but the receipt I received from Days Inn said $84. The lobby was not opened during the stated breakfast hours. There was sign stating that employee would be back in 5 minutes. We waited over 30 minutes and the employee was not back.

For a motel on a busy street it was fairly quiet. The room was surprisingly clean for a motel

Very noisy.It is located right on 441 and not set back,so you'll hear traffic. People hanging outside their rooms made me feel unsafe.

Convenient location for Spring Rock

It was close to kelly park springs and the staff was very nice.

The location was the reason we booked. While we were close to Kelly Springs, I’m not sure it was worth the DRAMA, this stay provided. We booked nearly a month in advance. Checking in on a Sunday leaving on Tuesday. We have stayed at a many Days Inn that are consistent with the brand. Not this one. The rooms were very clean, but we felt very unsafe in this location. Even the staff had to call for police.

The breakfast was frosted flakes and a communal pitcher of milk that sat out for god only knows how long. Every. Single. Towel. And. Washcloth was dirty. I found this after being strictly advised that if we stain towels we would forfeit our deposit.

Location is ok but Breakfast has no fruits and other food. Cannot recommend to ther to stay.

Not Happy The Main Reason I Book At That Hotel Was They Offer Free Breakfast But They are Serving No More Free Breakfast

Property did not include a traditional Continental breakfast, the only option was white bread and peanut butter with watered down orange juice, or oatmeal packets. The bright exterior lights flood the room at night past the curtains. The entry door also barely closes/latches. We requested and early checkout and were denied by Expedia.

Old style motel - not typical Days Inn that we expected. “Breakfast” was a joke. Should not advertise as included.
